I got lost on my way to Arkansas and somehow found myself at this store in this small town. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and welcoming, gave me directions on where I needed to go. A couple of delicious fried fish and chicken tenders later, I was back on the road. I hope to see this place again.

Wow, I am so thankful that we decided to go to church at Pickens Assembly of God in Pickens Oklahoma today. Church was awesome and after church we had lunch at the quaint little country store and diner in Battiest Oklahoma. It is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sullivan and it is clean, serves good food and everyone is so friendly. Can't recommend it enough.

The friendly inviting atmosphere coupled with the abundance of daily life oriented products offers an experience second To None where rule America is concerned. Bit pricey but all in all a satisfying experience.
