They did their best to help me find a friend! They are friendly and nice. They do the best they can with what they have! Definitely adopt don't shop! My kids loved seeing all of the animals even though we came for a dog we looked at kittys. The staff were good and patient with the kids.

These folks are fantastic!!! We live in the county so we had to tote this pitbull in, that ended up on our road. To do so, I had to make friends with him and he was scared and hungry and hurt. That took about 4 days and in the process, I fell in love. So it was great find how caring everyone is. Frankly, for both of us because I was in pretty bad shape too, having to give him up. Here's some pics of Big Boy.

The Washington County SPCA found my missing cat, and thankfully they were able to amputate her leg successfully after she had been injured during her escapade. Unfortunately I could not afford the $450.00 cost of the surgery, and so they adopted her out to the vets assistant at Madison Pet Clinic TWO DAYS after her surgery. I'm thankful that my cat is alive and being well taken care of, but i do not appreciate the lack of communication from either party involved, and I would have appreciated the ability to have said good bye to my beloved KitKat after being overjoyed with the news of her being ALIVE since she had been MIA for TWO MONTHS.

A wonderful animal shelter. I love the cat room where the cats can roam around and there are opportunities to interact with the cats. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And they seem very concerned for the health of pets they are adopting out. We adopted the best cat from wspca.

If you go there looking for a new pet you'll probably walk away with one. We went to just see the dogs as we were deciding if we'd get another one. Tried to leave empty handed and ended up coming right back to get the dog we were looking at. Turns out we got the perfect dog to add to our family.

We adopted our little Reggie and it was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and informative of how the process works. I highly recommend adopting from this facility!

I went in looking for a dog. I met Max. He is a German Shepherd. Very well behaved and is no problem. I spun the wheel so I only paid 15 dollars. Really happy !!!!

Awesome experience! They staff there was very helpful. After losing her cat of 21years my mom was able to adopt a sweet cat today. They definitely were able to fill a hole that was in her heart. Thank you to the staff.

There is a new woman Who works the front desk with glasses and a shaved head. She is cold and heartless and does not belong working with the public. I came in a couple weeks ago to get pet food and they brought me puppy food for my large dogs and I kindly told them that I had two large dogs and she said that’s what they had was puppy food. I saw multiple bags of large dog food in the hallway and walked back to check again and told her that there was large breed dog food back there and she kicked me out. I went back today to try to get dog food because I am in a struggling situation and she told me that she was not going to help me because of the way that I spoke to her last time. I was very calm with her Last time and she got upset because I proved that she was lying. I also witnessed her being rude and cold to elderly people. I wouldn’t be there trying to get donations for food if I didn’t need it.

I adopted a puppy from there he is absolutely perfect I do recommend adopting from there but so far as customer service goes it is 8:38 in the morning they are open from eight to noon on Mondays the voicemail that I keep getting says that they will answer the phone at 8 AM to noon today but I have called three different times in a row and not one person has answered I have questions and I really don’t appreciate a business that is open not answering the phone when they are open very unprofessional.

If I could give this place a negative review for what they did I so would.We took a puppy in because he was a sick stray that we had been trying to care for. My fiancé asked to be put down as the first person to call when he passes his dog test and everything so that we could adopt him. They wrote his name down and everything. Never ONCE did they call us to update us on the dog, let us know he has passed his dog test or anything. He was also never posted on the adoption page on Facebook (which is where they told us to watch) instead we call today to find out that they have shipped him off to Iowa without saying anything to us. Ridiculous

I went to the Bartlesville SPCA planning to adopt a 8 to 10 week kitten. I was taken in the cat room, a 6mo old kitty rubbed between my legs then looked up at me with big green eyes, done and done. She became my Ellie.!! The employees were wonderful to work with. Thank you Bartlesville SPCA for all you do for animals and people.

poor experience. adopted a kitten through them through petsmart. she had been at petsmart only a few days and when i got her they told me she was perfectly fine and recently vet checked. introduced her to my animals only for ear mites and ringworm to spread everywhere. took each animal to the vet for them to tell me the kitten is partially deaf from the ear mite infestation and ringworm had been spreading for weeks. i have now spent over 100$ on treating all of my pets (including my hamsters) for ringworm and ear mites because they lied to me. i called petsmart to inform them of the issue that now all their pets need to be treated and they said there’s nothing they can do because all the kittens were already adopted from this agency. don’t get me wrong, the kittens a doll and we love her dearly but had i known she was going to cause so many issues i would not have adopted her without her being healthy.

Because we got times mixed up we thought it was Friday not Thursday we paid 20 dollars to them to get their shots there but because we got days mixed up they won't take them they don't care about the dogs they only care about the money so I am just gonna have to let them go I found them no one's claiming them I we kinda of rescued them but now they are going have to go back on the streets because we messed up the days which pretty sucks because the land lord said we can't have them or we will get kicked out because we already have there dogs grrrr makes me furious

The only problem I had with them is my dog got kennel cough, if you knew he got it why keep putting him in the same area, I understand I didn't have to pay for the medicine but it's just I put him in your hands, I've had him for 5 years and not once has he been sick.
