The cashier I had tonight was very sweet and did a great job with a few huge multiple families transaction for a program that was giving Christmas Gifts to Elementary School Students I was the last person of those transactions and had a few items I had to get while I was there Shopping for my kiddos and she was still nice and very polite after all of that most cashiers are short and rude after that many people have been through the line like that

Locked everyone out during a severe Storm as the sirens started going off, even some of their own workers were locked out side that was freaking ridiculous to do that knowing people needed shelter!!!!

VERY RUDE SERVICE!!! Held my 52 year old mother at the door over a receipt that didn’t print against her will with her belongings without a security guard, in the middle of covid, flu, stomach bugs, etc while her husband who has seizures was waiting in the car for her, they made a whole deal about it and watched cameras to make sure she didn’t steal 5 items (tape and wrapping paper) and wasted over 30 minutes of her time just to find out that she did in fact pay and they were holding her against her will with belongings that no longer belonged to Walmart but in fact did belong to HER. She tried to show them where her bank took it out of her account and showed it paid to Walmart and they told her that wasn’t good enough! And then when I called to speak to someone the lady transferring me to the manager could care less what I was calling about, argued everything I said to avoid getting me a manager and used the term “whatever” after she argued that we aren’t in the middle of Covid. This store is TRASH! They treat people like criminals when the store doesn’t even own the items after the fact of you purchasing them, what they’re doing is illegal.

I would rather go to anywhere else at least I won't come into contact to employee's that are always rude and unwilling, you can always find nasty discussing fecal matter somewhere in the bathrooms and or other parts of the store, I don't see how this place is "the number one Walmart in the state" when the management dose not care at all about these problem or its employee's, then there the multiple osha violations that no one seems to care about, this store dose not train there employee's properly. this place should be reported to corporate and osha

Pretty happy with their fresh food lately. I was lucky to find a salmon with some great color to it. The guy who checks your Cart when you leave the store is starting to get less creepy.

I pulled into curbside pickup which was quick and easy. 10 minutes later I was headed home. BUT as I unloaded from car I found my two bread items, wheat bread and flour tortilla had been eaten through the packaging by what was possibly a rodent. Disgusting. Several food bags were placed into trunk and upon removing I noticed the damaged bread. how could Walmart not have noticed when they put it into my car. It must have happened in their pickup area as they awaited my arrival. Terrible. Gross. I must admit, overall I have a good experience with Walmart and the pickup

Walmart is legit the worst place on earth. If you do grocery pick up, check your expiration dates- they tend to give you expired food or food with mold. The employees loading your car or working inside the store are hateful. Always. 12/16/23

This Walmart reminds me of the good ol' Walmart of the past. The staff is nice and helpful with a small town feel. They have the largest selection of groceries in town and well-organized...most of the time. Good experience. I also use grocery delivery from this location. I'm glad they participate in that service as it is so convenient for me.UPDATE: The quality of produce needs improvement.

Prices are high, if you're shopping on a budget this year where you want to shop. My friend thought he rang up a fishing pole the guy didn't stop him to check his receipt before it got out the door and when he got on the other side of the doors then the staff came running because he had failed to check it himself correctly and accused him of shoplifting. They offered to go and pay for the fishing pole but they still called the police on my friend. If you want to make sure things are paid for appropriately then perhaps you should support the city that you're in and hire people to actually work cash registers instead of expecting us all to be able to bring things out all on our own when we're in a hurry and we have places to go and things to do. We don't have time to always stop and wait for your guy to run check our receipt, we don't appreciate being accused of shoplifting or seeing other people accuse the shoplifting because they failed to ring something up appropriately because your computer didn't catch it. This store is rude it is unfriendly it is not family oriented it may have lots to offer but if you're shopping on a budget it is not economical and you can never find the help you need unless they think you're trying to steal for something from them and then they're all over you. Absolutely hate shopping at the Walmart in bartlesville. Will continue to go to the one in Coffeyville Kansas and in Tulsa as you're not treated like a criminal there and they have so much more stock on the shelves that are budget friendly including generic foods.

The team lead went out of his way to go in the back and a find a drink my son loves. Then as we were loading up, a cart guy came up two rows over to take my cart because it's chilly and I had 2 kids.

This Walmart is great, their store is laid out nicely you don't have to go from one end of the store to the next trying to get everything you need. Its nice how their shelves are almost always fully stocked so you don't have to leave without getting everything you came for! Their staff are always willing to help you. I needed help in electronics, and the guy I ask was helping another person, but he sent someone else to assist me. Greatly appreciated, love this Walmart!

A family member was treated rudely by an associate merely because of a cancellation at the self-checkout due to expired bagged produce. The associate immediately assumed because the family member was a minority the individual was there to steal. Funny thing most people that do locally are typically non minorities. This location is rarely utilized by family because of racial discrimination, and the associate’s behavior was reported to the store manager. Not all people of color are desperate to steal Walmart merchandise especially since most of it is imported. SMH …

This place goes out of its way to hide things you used to be able to get quickly. The last 3 trips I have found stuff on their app, it shows in stock, then is not in the store. 3 different items. I asked the clerk last time and got 'it should be over there'. What little service you get is awful. At least this trip they weren't log jamming the exits demanding receipts. The system Walmart has in place, does not give you a receipt when paying with Walmart pay. So I have to wait for people to clear out before walking on by. No way to get a fast trip anymore, it takes 3-4 times as long and you'll not find half of your list. Shop anywhere but here if you can.

I have had the pleasure of meeting an employee that is truly a shining example of what true customer service is all about! The self check out register I was using kept demanding a custumer service rep and this wonderful woman never lost her patience and always responded with a smile and great attitude!

I was able to find pen needles for my insulin pen, SkullCandy earbuds, and distilled water, oh, and Charmin Ultra-Soft super-mega rolls. Theresa, I think was her name, in the pharmacy was extremely nice.

Not the best Walmart Supercenter I’ve been to but not the worst. I feel it’s the cheapest grocery store in town. The women’s clothing selection isn’t very good. Most of the staff are very friendly & helpful. I love the order online & pickup service!

I don't work for Walmart don't plan on being a cashier there every time I shop there and I don't pay a membership fee so what give them the right to check my receipt. If they don't trust their customers enough that they need to check your receipt then why make everybody be their own cashier. The youngesters of today can't even count money and they are to be a cashier for themselves. Walmart is getting rich and we all work for them for free. Don't shop there anymore and neither do my friends and family.

Easy to get in and out. Everything is eady to find and well organized. The store, as a whole is clean in appearance. Garden entry team member seems to enjoy her day.
