I returned two items and had my receipt, I had originally paid with both cash and my cashapp card so when she asked if it was ok if it was returned to my credit card I said yes, but I was not informed that it can take 1-5 days to be credited to my account. I'm very disappointed in the whole situation.

Always out of what I go for. Personal shoppers always in the way. Always crowded. Some shelves are always empty so I usually find decent substitutes. I try my hardest not to ever come here. Especially with covid people act like its not a thing and get super close to me and my kids. I feel like a need a stiff drink after going here. Why do they never want your cash at the self check outs? Drives me nuts. I love Walmart just not this one.

It was good but had to get onto one of the shoppers who shops for others. He plowed right across the aisles without even looking and almost ran me down. He didn't even try to stop or slow down at all. I said something to him and he didn't even acknowledge me. Otherwise the trip was good.

Was able to locate everything easily despite the store being in the process of remodeling. Signs were out to let shoppers know where things had been moved to and employees were helpful if there was still confusion. Can't wait to see the stores remodeled look completed.

Ever since they redid the stores to make it easier for the employees to do the online orders, it seems like they are constantly out of a lot of items. I’ve been twice in the past week and they’ve been out of butter, iceberg lettuce, rotini noodles, garden noodles, and so much more both times. I hate going to multiple stores for groceries but with everything their constantly out of anymore, I’m getting to the point of just going to another store and paying more so I can actually get what I need.

During a recent visit to Walmart everything was just fine as normal and would have like always received five stars from me because they have everything you need from employee help two products you may need my last visit had I felt with an access problem in and out with only one point to do so due to new floor system being put in if they had 2 entry points and exit points for the customer they would have received five stars on my last visit with only one way in One Way Out it was quite crowded and not safe should an emergency have occurred today and up into the time it's for a project is done I can only give four stars is they still choose to maintain one way in One Way Out

I love the prices at Walmart but I hate the fact that they've changed the store about 30 times you cannot find anything that you originally knew where it was. The employees are starting to be painful and unpleasant when you try to speak to them I understand that some people have been coming in and acting a fool but not everybody is out here acting crazy some of us appreciate the fact that they get up every day and go to work and miss their lives just to make sure I can be able to grab toilet paper off the shelf. But I also shouldn't have to put up with somebody's attitude because they caught attitude from somebody else sometimes you just have to smile and bear it

Nothing is ever stocked here. Horrible choices for baby food and diapers, they always seem to be out of the size I need. It's very hard to find anything since the remodeling. And why the heck do I have to self-check out?? Half of the fun of going and shopping was loading up the cart and having someone else scan and bag it too. I spent thousands of dollars here, someone should at least help me bag them and maybe even offer to help me get it to the car. Geck at least give a smile or something dang. Everyone was walking around with 0 purpose just aimlessly wandering employees but do they ask to see if you need help finding anything?? Nope!!!

Is a love hate relationship for me. Great variety and prices, no more arrows on aisles is nice. But always busy and miss more check out service. Always screw up my own when I self scan.

B-ville Walmart deserves an award for the level of care and thought they put in during this time in running this store. I feel very safe shopping there because they have been limiting people in the store, keeping things clean, and putting up with all sorts of BS because of it. It is not them though. They are EXTREMELY organized, had lots of guidelines and radio communications ongoing, and I've never seen a staff more awake and aware despite the stress. I read about other places where people are getting angry at staff and I never saw any incidences of that when I was there they were doing such a good job.

Took the kids eligible for the covid vaccine but they said that they do not vaccinate children for some reason. Also seems like they were late getting the shelves stocked. Couldn't get several items because they were out. This is not usually the case for this location.

Walmart is just that, the Bartlesville Walmart is like all the other's. The difference is the staff of course! For the most part everyone is polite, courteous, and helpful but........there are those few that are down right rude and need to be not only fired but escorted off the property and banned all together! They know who they are.....

It is walmart there is not much to explain it is exactly what you expect, however I do recommend walmart +. It is a fantastic system that allows same or next day delivery included free and scan and go in store shopping I use it a lot to order food, cleaners, and anything else my grandparents need because they have a hard time getting out to shop for them selves.

It was ok till we were leaving. My mother has copd she has to use a mart cart as we were leaving an associate named Becky real condescending said your gonna bring that back neither one of said anything till we got to the second set of doors and i said to Becky thats why u have workers. Bottom line Becky is very disrespectful 😤

Caring less and less just reworked vitamin aisle can't get potassium any more they do not have enough on the shelf,gone as soon as it comes in. To small of store for the amount of people in the area

What their website says they have in store NEVER matches what they really have in store. Order for same day store pickup and they email shortly later that they have to cancel the order because they are out of product. Just another big box retailer waving the American flag but selling Chinese and Bangladeshi stuff that the Chinese and Bangladeshi people are sick of making.

No decaf Folgers coffee in smaller cans. No jalapeno cheddar Cheetos. Had to go to Homeland. Aisles always congested with the carts filling pick up grocery orders. Seemed like lots of item were very low or empty shelves.

The internet need had this walmart open and when I got there they was closed for Christmas weekend that's why I gave 2 stars plus this is the first time I have ever seen a walmart closed

I like Walmart, but hate to be stopped so they can look at your bill. Purchased over $200 in groceries and other products last visit only to be checked before going out usually by the same old woman. Thinking about shopping elsewhere.

This place was packed with people! They have just about everything you need. Subway inside if you're hungry or the deli in the back you can order from. Benches you can sit and rest after strolling through each Ilet. Grocery store, pharmacy, hair styling place, bank, I only need to go to one place when I'm needing many different items. Clothes, food, shoes, dog food, treats and toys. Children toys, automotive, hunting and fishing dept. Toys for kids, jewelry, it's like many stores all in one.

I like Walmart, I can get groceries, toiletries, clothes, shoes, prescriptions, everything in one stop shopping. In this gigantic store, they really do have it all! You can go to the Bank or get a haircut! Whatever I need, I like it!

Great looking gondolas! The MOD team at this store is above and beyond! This store has products that are always presented perfectly, with proper left hand justification on the, ever present price tags.
