Had a great experience walked in with my walker and my wife the associate was very helpful. I was looking for a blood orange and mango flavour because I had purchased before in another store I was quickly shown another brand in blood orange. I will be back for all my vape needs. I would like to try a coffee flavored one next time if you had any suggestions that would be great

Very disappointed. I went there and asked the lady working if they had rechargeable vapes. Told me about the Flo brand, recommended a flavor, and I believed her. Bought it, tried it out, it was an ok flavor but nothing wrong so far. I thanked her and left. Get home and go to plug it in cause normally they are not fully charged. Turns out it doesn’t have a port. I call back up there within 10 minutes of purchasing and she is confused and goes to double check. Sure enough she comes back to apologize and state she was wrong. That’s ok we all make mistakes. However when I asked about coming in to get what I had specifically wanted and thought I was paying for I was told she couldn’t do that and I could have a 10% off. I just spent $21. I’m just supposed to throw that away and spend another $20? Very unhappy with this situation as I was told one thing by their worker and purchased a product based off of their experience with said product. Probably won’t be returning.

I will NEVER be back after my experience today. I am a long term customer and have never been treated with the attitude I did today. I went here because normally they are helpful and informativem I was seeking information on CBD, not even looking to purchase today and was given a rotten and judgmental attitude. I was made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable with the looks the girl was giving me just for asking.

A week ago me and my wife and one of my adult daughters went in so my wife could purchase a few things and my wife was instantly given attitude by the girl named Heather saying she refused to give my wife service because she said my wife gave her a review and lied on her and my wife replied to Heather no I did not lie on you and I did not cuss you out all I said was the F word because I was tired of the disrespect. Heather always has attitude towards so many customers and she is gonna drive so many customers away cause she can't respect people. This store has lost my wifes business to Ohems because they show her respect and kindness. I also won't be stepping foot in this place again. Something needs to be done about this girl named Heather.

As a loyal customer I will never go back to this storeThe sales person was rude upon me walking in with a friend and my friend was buying a product and showed there ID then the woman said I had to have my ID even not buying anything for my friend to buy there productsI said I’m not walking to my car when I’m not buying anything from this store todayThen she refused to sale my friend anything even seeing and verifying there IDTHIS is very bad customer serviceI would find another place to buy vapor products from for sure

2 out of three times I've bought a disposable vape they haven't worked .I even contacted me herman Thind the owner and it's been 2 months .still waiting for him to call me back tomorrow like he said he would.Customer service is just above quality products. . FailEDIT...so i called the owner of the stores,he told me he had a meeting that day and this man did what he said he would and made it possible to return non working products. THANK YOU MR. THIND

Not satisfied 😕 I bought two mamba vapes they were burnt no flavor so we exchanged them for two more they were burnt and no flavor as well they cost 9.99 a piece . So I asked if I could just exchange the two I bought for just one vape that is a different brand it was 17.99 they did that then charged me 8.00 more dollars to exchange for a processing fee on top of that. So now I have paid about 30 dollars for one vape that was suppose be just17.99. I asked for just a refund and she said she can't do that.Would NOT recommend!!

Out of the 3 I wanted, not one of the stores in this town had any of the mod kits OR the only juice I vape! Plus the clerk was not too knowledgeable on what was available. Left with something I didn’t want because after 4 stores it was closing time and I had a drive ahead of me. Still not happy with my pick, gotta wait for another one now.

If you like to have your own flavor mixed than this isn't the place for you. If you don't mind already premixed then you'll find more than enough flavors. In regular and salts. They have probably every kind of device that you could want. Not to mention a huge selection of cbd stuff there. Everyone there has always been very helpful and friendly. I go there myself at least 3-4x's a month.

I called ahead of time and asked about specific item, I was told they had it. When I arrived they did not have what I called for instead tried to sell me something else even telling them while in there exactly what I want. They wouldn't listen to me at all.

I have just recently started going to vapor maven to get items and I have also read these reviews but I'm lost. When I go in there Damion or Robin are always very helpful and patient, they are pretty knowledgeable and never have a issue helping a customer no matter how long it may take they always try to find what you need. I will definitely recommend them and keep going there for my items.

Horrible serive!! They sold my brother a pod system he wanted but then sold him the wrong brand and type of pods to go with it and he went back into the store with receipt and they guy at the desk admitted he made that mistake but the store refused to refund him his money or give and exchange so his money was waisted and they wouldnt fix the mistake that they made!!
