This review is largely based on customer service. As me, my wife, and daughter walked into the place there were four "youthful looking people" (I. E. teenagers or barely legal adults) stand around the Register and never said a word/greeted as we came. I am real big on customer service and the importance of acknowledging all guest. Failure to do so leaves a person in suspense of why. Is it because we are an interracial couple? Is that the company standard? Did they not see us? Well who knows. Nevertheless, a polite and professional greeting can go a long way.

We love going here. The manager Vicky is awesome...sooooo helpful and friendly. We’ve gone there for years and tonight I had to get feed on my own which I have done before...but I had the kindest man (employee)... James White who saw I was having a rough evening and stepped in to help me get all my feed and get it loaded in the truck without hesitation or me asking. His kind words, reassurance and help with my stresses of the day were much Appreciated! I’ll never shop anywhere else!!!

Had my daughter do an exchange on a part that I bought the warranty on and manager was rude to her and wouldnt stand behind the warranty I bought. Will never step back in the store in bartlesville. Will continue to do business with the store in chanute were they are always helpful and care about customer setvice.

The staff here has always been helpful and kind. They have always been well informed and able to help me find what I need quickly and efficiently.The "4 Health" Pet food brand is some really good quality food. I put it right on par with Blue Buffalo and/or ToTW or any other high-priced non-sense.4 Health uses quality ingredients, almost identical to those other "premium" brands, and at a fraction of the price. Their wet foods are also awesome; quality ingredients at an affordable/reasonable price!

I love tractor supply, when buying chicks they are worlds better than the competition down the street. I wish the store was bigger, sometimes it feels like things are a bit crowded in there and the aisles can be hard to navigate. I would love to have a bigger store. It's always clean and the employees are really nice and helpful though! We love their 4health brand dog and cat food, it is great quality and the least expensive in its class. Overall I definitely prefer tractor supply over the larger farm store down the street (Atwood's).

I am always looking for a good deal on bird seed, and I found it at Tractor Supply. They seem to be less expensive than most places. I also like to shop their clearance near the back of the store.Anastasia was super friendly and helped me to locate the deer whistles.I will return because it is a convenient location for me, I find the prices to be more than reasonable, and the helpful staff.

The Bartlesville store is a great store.. They have everything I need for my horses, chickens, dogs, cats ,and wild birds. We have also purchased carts,fencing and many other items. All the staff are helpful and pleasant! I truly enjoy shopping there and feel at home there.

I'm new to starting to raise chickens and Ashley was amazing to work with and ask a bunch of questions which she answered throughly. Im the proud mom of 10 baby chicks!! The girls here know what they're talking about and are very nice! The place is super clean and has everything one might need to start raising chickens. :]

This is our place for feed because we typically buy Purina. Dumor feeds are good as well. I wish it was a little bigger as the aisles can be very cramped while stocking is going on. Staff is friendly and they usually have the items in stock.

The store is a typical ranch/home kind of store. Clean. People are helpful.Not allowing you to purchase a trash can lid without buying the whole trashcan is pretty damned frustrating, though.

Just moved here a few months ago . After visiting Atwood's and not finding the products I needed . I decided to stop Tractor supply today and not only did I find what I need . I also found many products priced lower . The staff were very friendly and helpful and were more than happy to answer any questions I had . I will be coming back regularly .

They had all the horse feed I needed, but whenever they have a sale on cat food, they are always out of the "sale size" when I try to purchase. I did find everything I wanted, just had to buy a smaller bag of cat food than I intended.
