Great people and super helpful. Everyone is polite. The only reason I have issue with Petco is the fish selection of freshwater fish. They have tons of beautiful fish, but when I went in to get my daughter guppies it was slim pickings. This has happened twice that the guppies and smaller basic fish were lacking. But other than that the store is always clean and people are always polite.

I had a good time there last week until I heard someone screaming at the manager over not telling them what to do and something about studying. Also, I think his name was John but he was really rude at the checkouts and could use a lot better attitude and his voice did sound similar to the one I heard yelling at the manager but I’m not too sure.

I was a little worried about scheduling my girls with Petco to groom. We’ve always used local groomers, but since moving I have not found on I like or will do what I want. They gave both my cocker spaniels a good scrub and trim. They smell great and can see out their eyes again. Plus they didn’t have any issues leaving their lashes like I asked! Very happy and will be using them again when it’s time for a full blown haircut!

Ordinarily, I'm sure it's a fine store. I just had the misfortune of going on the day before Christmas Eve, and the line was 20 people deep and only 1 cashier I put my items back and went to Walmart. Petco had much better variety of everything pet related as one would expect. That being said the 2 star rating reflects their prices. Very inflated

I've always received fantastic service at the Bartlesville store! Whether I'm just running in to grab some pet food, or have some questions about treats or medicines, I'm always treated with respect and feel appreciated by everyone. This trip, Shirley was my only interaction due to it being a quick trip in, and she was awesome! I hadn't researched the Vital Care program, but she let me know about how it could save me money and pay for itself, all with a smile on her face, while checking me out, and not holding me up. It's a level of service that keeps me coming back and has earned my loyalty with this store. It may not seem like much in the day to day run, but the attitudes of everyone in the B-ville store is definitely noticed, at least by me. Service counts for a lot in my book, and every person there is excellent at it! I'll gladly continue to drive over 30 minutes just to pick up my pet supplies at Petco just for that very reason.

Overly crowded aisles with extra stock and displays. We use Purina Complete Essentials for diabetic cats. They no longer sell the large 5.5oz cans, only the tiny one 3 oz. I buy online now and only purchase from the store if I am low.

Clean store, easy access, plenty of parking. Staff were helpful, the store had plenty to choose from. There was a wide range of item's and a wide range from fish to cats available. They also have pet groming services in house. Pet toys, treats, bedding, shampoos and grooming aids. Overall a nice store.

Customer Support hung up on me. Lots of Hidden Fees and such with the Vital Care. Just not helpful. Grooming can never schedule an appointment for both my dogs at the same time. And the app on your phone never works. Now they won't let me cancel my subscription. Just overall not worth the Hassel. Shop local and try a local groomer. 😕

Took my blind senior rescue dog to the groomer for the first time. I was extremely nervous leaving him. The groomer, Tara, went above and beyond with my Leo. She even called me midway through his groom just to let me know how he was doing. Not only was she great with me, but Leo loved her! And he left looking fantastic!

One employee is actually knowledgable about the products and made my sheperd mix feel happy and comfortable when we entered with his calm friendly greeting. IDK his name he always wears a beanie. He answered my questions unlike most of the employees there just say IDK and shrug shoulders and ring up items incorrectly every time I ever purchase a clearance item. The beanie guy greeted us, was stocking shelves and answering questions and then was also the cashier when it was time to check out and double checked to make sure pricing was correct without me having to ask. He is a hard worker. The other gentlemen there I'm sure are fine but they seemed clueless and not really interested in being there.

Well organized. Clean. Staff could be a bit more helpful, but they were not rude. No long line. Lots of products are offered for such a small store/location. Uodate: Prices have increased. Walmart and Ollie has better pricing, but Petco has a larger selection, but you will pay for it...fo sho!

We love Petco! We go into see the "treat buffet," and 2/$5 toys, my kiddos love picking out different treats and toys for our dog, checking out all the fish and other animals and the workers are all pretty nice!

Worst experience to date. The last few times, it was almost impossible to get help. Today was no exception and the store only had about 4 customers. We waited at the fish tank area for 20 minutes. I finally made eye contact with an employee as soon as he finished with what looked like a fish order for a customer and motioned for him to come over. He looked directly at me from the other end of the isle and just walked away. I then saw him pushing a cart with what I assumed was stock. I walked up and asked if he could come help us and he said he would find someone to help us. The next thing I know, another employee came over and before she got to us, this family walked up and asked for help. She stopped and began helping them. Again, we’re just sitting there with no help. We finally just left. From now on, we will drive to tulsa to purchase our saltwater supplies. I’m just 1 person, but now 1 person who won’t shop there again

Derek was absolutely amazing!!!! He helped me so much with everything down to sizing up a tank cover for my beardies tank!!! He is very helpful Everytime I come in and I know if I need help with anything he is the one to go too!!!
