I would give 0 stars if I could! I bought a washer and dryer and didn’t pick it up in a timely manner according to them, and they refunded my Lowe’s credit card and put it back on the sales floor to sell. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve reached out to me before doing that, I would’ve come right away to pick it up. Unbelievable! This is exactly why I shop at Home Depot. I have never had this issue before with Home Depot. I will be closing my Lowe’s card. Do better, Lowe’s!

Once again, it's a fale by the Bartlesville Lowes. Picked out patio doors, had the price sticker right on them for $998. An employee goes to get someone from that dept and 2 guys show up. Neither really wanting to help. Said the doors weren't in stock and they weren't $998. We'd have to special order and they'd be much more. I mentioned that they should have to honor that price since it's what is ON that set of doors. He replies with, "well, I can fix that" and took the stickers off and walked away. This isn't the 1st negative experience I've had in this particular store. But, I can assure you it will be the last. Home depot has the same doors much cheaper!!! Whoever responds to these should really do some scrolling because there are very few positive comments. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Went in to buy a dishwasher. Stood back there for 30 mins all the while watching employees everywhere. Not a 1 asked me if i needed help. Asked passerby employee if I could get some help and he said he would call someone. 20 mins later I'm still standing there. Finally got ticked and was just leaving. Had a couple pots to pay for so as i was checking out I vented my frustration out on the guy at the checkout. He went out of his way to leave his station and go help me with my dishwasher. Very grateful for him. I wish I'd have gotten his name. Do better lowes!!!!

I am 62 and When I checked out they was supposed to get someone to help me load a hot water tank. 20 minutes later still no one showed up. Ending up loading it myself. Even tho a Lowes employee was 300 feet away giving out hotdogs.

0730 in the store to buy a dishwasher. Found what we wanted, looked around for an associate, several just walked past us, not a good morning, can I help you, nothing. Went to the register & pressed the 'assistance needed' button. SEVERAL minutes passed with the announcement requesting assistance before a lady who admittedly knew little about the appliances showed up. She checked to see if said dishwasher was in stock before calling for a specific employee... who never showed up. Finally, a nice gentleman who had previously worked in appliances came over & completed the sale, explained delivery, installation, warranty, etc. I wish we'd have gotten their names as they were the only two attentive, customer centric employees working this morning.

I believe in Lowe’s and at times they perform well.However at the Bartlesville Lowe’s the lawn and garden department does not adhere to opening the garden center as stated on their signs. Very frustrating and the management has been informed with no action. A competition store needs to move in. Lowes does as they wish and very non customer supportive as they have a monopoly in Bartlesville. If they just did what was company policy and opened up the lawn and garden center as stated. Would not report but it continues to happen without any correction.

I would have put no stars if allowed! We paid cash on Jan. 3rd for a new refrigerator and new washer over $2100.00. Delivery of the refrigerator was great set up as we had paid for and all went great on the Jan. 10th as scheduled. The washer was to be delivered and set up on the 16th of January, but due to extreme cold they called and cancelled the delivery which was understandable and I was told they'd call and reschedule and I said fine. Well today Jan. 18th, with no call telling me they were coming today, show up and drop my new washer off in my kitchen!! We paid for delivery and set up and got it dropped off in the kitchen. Luckily for him, our grandson was there to let him in otherwise he goes there for nothing!! I called to complain to the manager and acted like it wasn't that big of a deal but did offer my money back. I'm a 66 year old and paid to have this done because I can't do it!! I have bought from Lowe's for years but as of today that is no more!! Thank you Lowe's...for nothing today,!!!

The self checkouts are a way to eliminate jobs. I hate them. I hope your losses from people walking off with merchandise will bankrupt your company. One employee cannot watch 8 registers and help people that can't rum a register themselves. What next do we have to unload the semi for you to.

Definitely would NOT recommend using Lowe's Installation services! We have spent over a month working with Lowe's to get our order correct. We knew the exact material we wanted installed, we went through our home structure with them. We told them we wanted the current flooring removed down to the sub-floor and hardwood installed. During our initial visit, they assured us that would not be a problem. We then received numerous phone calls stating that they couldn't nail hardwood to concrete backer board (which we had specifically said we wanted removed). Each time we explained exactly what we wanted and we were assured that they could complete the work. Only to be called a few days later about the same issue. We attempted to be patient and work through the issues. Finally, day of install arrives.. worker shows up, looks at the flooring, spends about 30 minutes on the phone with his boss. Then he tells me he is not equipped to install the flooring as he cannot nail flooring down! So over a month and a dozen phone calls later and we still do not have our flooring installed! We have requested a refund and will be going elsewhere. Would give zero stars but unfortunately, that is not an option.

The man who helped me with ordering my storm door inside the Bartlesville location was GREAT!! He showed superb customer service and knowledge of what he was doing 👏 Experiences likes this makes me want to use Lowes for all my projects and home DYI . I think his name was Scott. Also the guy who installing the door Wendel has been great to work with as well.

Poor management! Receiving department is a reflection of the management and they suck!Give a driver a 7am appointment and if he's late, he would be in trouble but he gets on time he waits for the workers to decide when they want to actually do something besides stand around and talk. It's currently 7:40 and no one around. Ive even checked in twice.

We always buy our paint from lowe's and have had no real issues in the past, and considering I just finished a total remodel of my house it was a lot paint. I recently just bought more paint for a shed and when I started painting realized that it was a mistint. It looked nothing like the sample. Took it back and the staff member agreed it was obviously not right. We chose another color, got home started painting and realized yet again that the color was not what it was supposed to be. As this color was not objectionable like the first one and we did not want to have to drive all the way back to lowe's we just used it. Called Lowe's to notify them that they obviously have a problem and was basically blown off with a, well what do you want us to do about it? How about fix the problem, which they know they have because as I was waiting for my second round of paint another mistint was brought back and I heard the staff say it was the third one. Still need more paint but will not be buying it here.

I placed an order inside the store for delivery. I never received the item in the mail. I called about it and spoke to an associate which transferred me to another associate eventually they hung up the phone after I waited on the phone for 26mins. The employees at lows are not so nice.

Lowe's is awesome they got a clearance section which I love clearance. The employees are friendly. Great for all home improvements and much more. We get all our gardening stuff here.

The store needs closed down or under new management. The past couple times iv been there they don't have anyone working the check out registers only self check outs which I don't use nor will I ever start using one but at self checkout there's 3 guys standing around doing nothing. Biggest waste of time and money. I'll stuck with home depo I doubt with all the junk tools lowes sells that they'll even be a company much longer thank God. So Bartlesville Oklahoma lowes is trash thank.you

The store is always immaculate, but I have a heck of a time finding anyone to assist. My wife and I thought we would try again today, as they had a large upright cabinet that we wanted. Again, after walking around in an attempt to find some assistance, I finally found a young staff member who wasn't able to help, but would page someone to help. I heard the page over the intercom and waited for another twenty minutes...with no one showing, so we left!!

My 84 yr old mother has never written a bad check in her life. After standing around for 2 hrs trying to set up installation and pay for a garbage disposal, her $300 check was denied by the service they use called Certegy. She is not high risk. Luckily, she went elsewhere that accepted her check with no issues. Won't be back.
