I have found the best deals here on speakers. The latest is an Infinity, PS-8 subwoofer. Paid $29.99 for it, fixed the cord and now it's worth $120. Also found a Yamaha studio monitor HS8 here for $39.99. Fixed the amp and now it's worth $389.99. Oh yeah, they have clothes also.

Ever since Goodwill started posting all their good donations online, this store has become more of an overpriced clothing/ junk shop. I used to spend quite a bit of money in here every week, now I only buy one or two items if they are lucky. The staff is great, corporate is making greedy decisions. And watch their reply be an automated bot response 😔And I would like to add, as well, how has our local Bartlesville Goodwill given back to our community?

Friendly staff that go out of their way to help you out weather it's running to go just check a price for you or taking the time to carefully pack your glass items. Great team from the top down at this location.

They BLAST the music so loud that it can be hard to shop there. When I've mentioned it I've been told they can't do anything about it. That's hard to believe. Clothing prices are wayyyyyy too high. Don't even think about getting a deal in the shoe dept. Just to to Ross, Dillard's Outlet, or Burke's for discounts. GW takes the used donated items and marks them up to sometimes being the cost of the same things new. Just go to the other places in town.

Haven't been to the Bville Goodwill in a while so tried it on monday. Although there was a decent selection the prices were so close to retail it made no sense to buy used items especially clothes when literally in some cases I could buy it new with tags and a guarantee. Oh and the shoes say 5.99 unless otherwise marked but over 80% of the shoes were twice that much or more. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.

It was ok. It was clean. Staff was friendly. My wife found a couple of items. I did not but I usually don't find much for me there anyway. Hard to shop for big and tall at a Goodwill unless your lucky. If you like Goodwill shopping you'll probably like this one.

Surprised to see someone writing "over-priced." When I have enough time to browse, I find great stuff - especially on their "half-priced all clothing" sales. Got my go-to black leather jacket for $15.00, and buy beautiful gift tops for a couple of plus-sized friends in other towns and pay three times as much for postage as for buying the clothing!

This Gooodwill store in Bartlesville. The staff is helpful. The store is clean, and organized. The cost , what can I say? So little. It's amazing the inventory and cost. How can it be. The good thing is how much they care about people. WIN WIN

This is one of the worst stores during this pandemic. I went there today (I forgot my mask at home) and they required a mask. That's not an issue, but if you require a mask then you should offer free ones at the door. I know goodwill is a non profit but I didn't go there to buy but to donate. They wouldn't even talk to me. I was about to donate more in toys and clothes than a single mask costs. Goodwills loss is Mary Martha's gain I guess. Feel proud for alienating literally everyone that forgot or heaven forbid can't even afford a mask. They aren't free, I assume your employees get them, why not the customers?

I really wish they'd spruce the place up a bit with some new paint at least. I feel like a bit of a fresh clean up and new colors that pop to express happiness and excitement. Help folks see the good of other people's will

Its clean and the staff are friendly.I love love love this place ! I try to make it in there at least once a week. I always find something i have to have. Ive been able to rebuild my wardrobe once again .

They are not friendly. They won't let you in the store without a mask no matter if you have a doctor's Excuse.. everytime I've been to goodwill before 2020 they always give me a hard time about the half price clothing. This was the last draw for me to go here....I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

I love thrifting. I know they have overhead and support various causes, but pricing is just too high for 2nd hand clothing. the atmosphere is that of higher end store, I just hate too see the funds put into a building culture to aid upper class. I have found small thrift and consignments have better deals. I'm not a hater and still stop in, just disappointed.

If you are only looking for clothes for women, then this is the place. There is very little of anything else. I saw no men's clothing and just a few things for kids. It has almost no homeware goods.

I went in about an hour and a half before closing just now, spent about 30 minutes looking for clothes, and an hour before closing was told that they just closed the dressing rooms. I had 6 items all of which I was just about to try on but ended up having to leave them because the dressing rooms were closed down way too early, plus everything is sorted by color which made it extremely difficult to find anything in my size. Very disappointed

I love the Goodwill! You can always find great bargains and they have a lot of selection. They change things out constantly as well which is really nice.

Its always been a favorite of mine but I do think they need to lower the prices. They get everything donated its free to them so they should make it affordable for everyone. I think they are to high priced. That's just what I think though.
