Never been so poorly helped in my life.No clue what the cashiers name was. But no hello. No "thank you" took My money, gave me change and made me feel like I was I'm the way.I'll gladly drive the extra miles to the new one.This store Is such a dive. ;(

This store was easy to manage thru the aisles, easy to read and understand the prices, and no confusing "online discounts" you gotta go hunting for the coupon. It was nice and clean, and the Cashier was clean cut, polite and courteous to everyone in front of me, as well as me! It was nice to walk into the store, and get greeted with a big, "Hello!, Welcome to Dollar General!" Over-all, it was a nice experience! And I'll choose this store, over the one, closer to my house. I know that sounds bad, saying that if rather drive across town... But, the "West side store", isn't as clean or polite, as the "East side store"...

Big Dollar General store with eggs, milk, meats , big frozen food area and way more! Has about anything you need. Prices low, and lots of store items to choose from. People there are courteous , helpful and very nice! I like this Dollar General! Great parking also.

Store was clean, mostly stocked, not enough employee's to direct you or answer questions. They were busy restocking. Most everything in a kiosk wasn't priced, occasionally a shelf item wouldn't be. Prices too high for competition with like stores. I only go when it is a good price on something I need

Picking up odds an ends to topping of items that were left right before can finish this shopping trip getting what could be got at a cheaper but satisfactory items!! Live that $1.00 isle too, right,?? Sometimes never purchase any of the products and other times it's just what we needed!!

Staff is very friendly but they don't enforce their mask rule on customers, everytime I go in I see someone just walking around not wearing one acting like there isn't a pandemic happening.They need to enforce their rules to help prevent the spread.

I went in to the bartlesville location Dollar General to buy cat food and dog food it is marked on cat food 3 for a dollar and on the dog food for the pedigree is a dollar a can On 3 different kinds Pedigree dog food 3 different shelve Mark $1. the cashier ring it up it rang up at $1.30 I told the cashier it was marked a dollar the manager told me it was not a dollar that she had changed the price I went and took a picture of the Prospect on the shelf She called me a liar and told me to leave the store I've been buying that dog food and cat food for 2 months at that price and they've been override it because that's what it says on the shelf even have a picture On the average 3 and 5 items in that store will ring up wrong That location is a worst Dollar General in Bartlesville and we've got 4 of them

]the cashier was a young guy not very well trained and not very helpful. To top it off he must h Zaza Vernon thought he wa Zaza a rock star pounding the count er like it was a drum the whole t ime made me feel very anxious and rushed. And he got my cigs wrong too but I didnt notice till I got home I wa as so rattled by him. NOT one of my bett er experience es f ok r sure!

Very good assortment of products. Helpful and friendly staff. Competitive everyday pricing and good sale prices. A lot of times aisles are somewhat cluttered with new freight.

Sketch....If the cleanliness and disfunction of the store wasnt enough to get a 1 star, the staff didnt help a bit.I had to wait for 9mins at the checkout for a man to go get 3 more quarters from his car. And I dont mind waiting for that, I totally get going to the extra cash. It was the fact the check out worker just completely ignored the growing line of people ready to checkout. I legit thought there was going to be a fight bc people were waiting...

I think the Dollar General is the best way to get just about everything you need. I like the people who work there, they are nice and helpful. They always have what I'm looking for and need. Big Dollar General in Nowata, OK.

I know it's was close to closing time but still they shouldn't b rushing the customers. The guy was telling me 7 minutes then tell me again 4 minutes...I know better not to go to that one that late.

best DG in Bartlesville. decent selection of stoner snacks in the freezer section, most in-depth selection of beef snacks & a very kind, professional staff.(a thicky works there to, but I ain't one to gossip so you ain't heard it from me.)
