The best towels for a 4.59 $terrycloth towel great feel better absorbed better than a bed ,bath ,beyond that was 35$ for one towel i could buy one for each of my family at big lots better towels too do yourself a favor stop at big lots were you dollar goes further

I received a 20% off coupon last week which I used. I received two more 20% off coupons this week which they denied. If I had just received one, I would have figured it was an error. But when I got the second one I thought it was legit. It was a big hassle but they finally honored it in Bartlesville.

I went here, hoping to find some simple, cheap furniture. Big Lots has seen some big changes since I've last been, that's for sure. The furniture was all overpriced and not even something I would have bought if it were cheap, or even at a garage sale. I feel like they're really trying (and failing) to step outside their wheelhouse. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but, really, Big Lots as a whole needs to go back to its roots: cheap, dollar store type of line of products. Stop trying to compete with nice furniture stores while still selling off brand cookies and cat food. It's weird, man.

I'm not rating this as the end all be all store. I'm only rating this store as place to shop that's not the wall of marts or a general type of dollar store. With that said it's not bad. Usually, even before coronaviris, this store was never packed with people. It was just a place too get in and get out without hassle. The employees are friendly. And it's still fairly new so it's clean. They don't carry as much "stuff" as the bigger stores but enough stuff that if you just don't want to see crowds of annoying unhappy people walking around on their cell phones thinking you "really" need to know about their last doctors appointment, sorry, just had a moment, then this is a good store to shop in.

Currently it is December 2020. I went to Big Lots a few days ago and earlier last week. This is the Big Lots in Bartlesville Oklahoma. I very much enjoyed my visit and it was well staffed and they were helpful as much as they could be. People kept their social distance. I saw many people wearing masks including the employees. It was a clean store. I would recommend it

The last two times I was in this store the cashier was extremely rude. Acted like I wasn’t there and made me stand there and wait like I was inconveniencing them. This last time today (Sept 17) around 2:15 pm. I went to the register- no one was in line, just me. I sat down 2 cans of soup and the clerk just looked at me as she was running her fingers through some red tickets in a plastic container (weird to say the least). I waited, and waited (saying nothing at this point) - but she just stood there acting like I wasn’t there. Then the phone rang and she answered it. At that point I just walked out. I never had this experience at the old location. I know this one is bigger and requires more staff, but they need to be better supervised.

Went in to look at furniture and the sales person wouldnt leave us alone. Found something I thought Id like but it was out of stock but the sales person tried to sell me something else. I told her three times "Thanks for helping us. We will check to see if it is in later." But she kept hovering like she thought I was going to put a chair in my pocket and steal it. Wont look here again.

Nice little business, nice staff. Although it wasn't Craftsman the tools I bought there years back came in handy. Sadly since being away for awhile they were stolen. Now BigLots has little to offer in there tool selection...sure could use a set of standard and metric open / box-end wrenches. 😟

I like Big Lots but this one leaves a big lot to be desired. Higher prices than the others and I have found very little here that I would buy. I recommend the store in Owasso over this one. No comparison!

They have a great variety in store. Good prices friendly workers and very helpful. I was noticed by at least 3 sales people very helpful. The atmosphere was so neat, pleasant and exciting.

I bought a shower caddy to put up on Mon. Yesterday went to put it together and it was missing the pension pin to expand it. Went to return it today they said they are not taking back anything until May 16. Spent $26.00 on it. So big lots you have lost my business after going there for almost 10 years. Hope you enjoy that $26.00 you got from me

Shop here all the time. Surprising what you find, cleaning products, garden stuff, spices and condiments, backing supplies and pet stuff as well as stuff to decorate. They have furniture as well and there is always a 20% off sale once a month. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. They need a bigger store so so glad they are moving to the old Hobby Lobby this year.

Have note been here in a while. They have a lot of new stuff and have really cleaned up the place. Seems like a lot less clutter and easier to get around. Friendly and helpful employees too.
