Man I love Dairy Queen, but the one time I'm back in the state and stop at Dairy Queen. Just makes me not want Dairy Queen anymore. The pretty lady who was sweeping at the time was nice and even asked if there was something she could do? But the lady who had long black hair was really rude, she made me wanna not order. The dinning room was really clean. I work at fast food and that was not fast food customer service. The food needs to be better cooked. To where it does not look, feel, or taste like the oil needs to be changed or the machines need to be cleaned, like that customer service needs to.

I do not think I have ever left a bad review anywhere. The cashier was very, very rude. My wife is very kind and rarely complains and even she said that the cashier was not pleasant. This was the first DQ I have been to where I did not finish my food. Both orders were over cooked and we may have eaten 1/4 of our lunch. Do not recommend.

While traveling a week or so ago, I stopped to give dq a try. It's been years since I've been. It was clean & we received great service even though They were about to close. They served us the best chicken and dumplings & a1 burger. I should have ordered the cotton candy blizzards because the Texas locations don't seem to have that one & its my favorite. I'll be back !

Stopped in here for lunch with some coworkers on our way back from a work trip and was surprised by how fresh and delicious my food was. I got the chicken strip basket with fries and a pumpkin cookie batter shake. The chicken strip were hot and crispy and so were the fries. The toast and gravy were bomb too. I wish we had a DQ like this in our city.

We stopped here on a road trip on Labor Day. We had a huge order for our family, meals and ice cream. The young lady taking our order was attentive, she listened and got every single detail correct. At the window, they were very kind, the food came out hot, fast, and the order was exactly right. What blew me away was the kindness and customer service. It has been a LONG time since I’ve been to a fast food restaurant and was treated so well, and that the order was so precise. It was an extremely impressive visit. I called and talked to the shift leader, Kristy, and told her good job, but that whole crew deserves to be recognized and rewarded!

Great Dairy Queen! Even though it's not on the menu, they knew how to make a German Chocolate Blizzard. Very nice and patient staff. A young lady met me at the counter immediately. Very fast with the blizzard too. The blizzard did not disappoint...as usual! And the price! That was the cheapest blizzard I had bought in a long time. $3.52 for a small one. I'm used to paying $4-$5 for a small. A Dairy Queen in small town USA...you can't beat it! Yall need to come on over.

we had to repeat the order 4 times to the person in the drive through. we pull up to the window and get our food and drinks. i had gotten a slushy for my drink but it was completely thawed and tasted like liquid sugar. i told the manager and she said that its like that because its so hot in their building. if you’re aware the slushy is liquid why would you sale it? its just crazy they dont seem to care not even the manager.

Food was like normal fast food except it felt even less than what one would expect from a fast food restaurant. I was really disappointed to pay $26 for a kids meal and a regular meal with a substitute concrete... Seems expensive for the sticky floors with flies landing on our food every 10 seconds (I counted about a dozen flies throughout the small interior). Our table felt like they hadn't wiped it off in a day and the ground felt like they hadn't mopped in weeks...The staff member who lost her voice seemed nice but why would they put this person at the cash register when she couldn't respond... Seems like poor management...The burger wasn't worth the stomach ache, the fries were soggy, the corn dog was actually fine, the peanut butter puppy chow concrete was melted by the time I got to the table... I was going to show my son the upside down flip but... The melted ice cream overflowed by just grabbing the sides...If I had to choose whether to wait another hour for eating or stop there I would rather eat my finger nails as they would feel cleaner.

I was driving the Atoka, Oklahoma. On my way back home to Texas. Decided to get some chicken and dumplings. I asked if the could try to get me more dumplings than chicken. They did try and it seemed as if they were able to. The young lady was very polite and helpful.Because, I was driving I couldn't take any photos.My food was hot and fresh tasted great.

Tried coming in to order a ice cream at 845pm on Thursday and was met to a locked door saying they were closed. I was told the grill was shut down and registers were closed all ready even though sign says 9pm

We've eaten at the little place for many years when driving through Atoka on our way to Dallas. This was BY FAR THE WORST VISIT we've ever had. The burgers were way over cooked, my onion rings were way over cooked. The staff was joking around in the back and really loud. The gentleman who took our order was pretty much rushing us (740pm on a Friday) and was rude.

WORST Dairy Queen ever!! I placed the order @ 1:52, saw multiple employees smelling cups of ice cream and talking amongst themselves (ice-cream was spoiled). Since I hate getting sick or food poisoning I immediately asked for a refund. They told Mary the manager (only on who could give refunds). I was told she was writing an email. She lied and said she didn't know I was waiting but she was avoiding me. The only reason she came closer to the counter is because I saw a glimpse of her and called her out by name. I finally received my refund @ 2:08. This was an absolutely ridiculous experience. I wish I could give negative stars!!!!
