Dog Magic is the best! We recently started having our red heeler, ex-farm dog, groomed on the maintenance program. We weren't sure how she would like it since she has never been groomed before. Well, she absolutely loves going to see the ladies at Dog Magic!Thank you Becky and Mae for making my Nellie look and smell great!! 🐶

I was called at 5:20pm to say they just finished with my dog. They close at 5. The owner is so kind. However, the blond lady with glasses cussed me out saying if I was not there by 6. She was sending him to the pound and I would have to pay extra 75$ to her for him going. She was going to file abandonment charges on me. I was sending someone because I was working in Ada. I told the blond lady I can’t leave with home health patients and iv called everyone to pick him up but now everyone is at work still. So I said do what you need and I’ll have to pay. I apologized many. I know they want to leave from work. I’m crying by this point thinking she is cruel and so I call someone from an animal shelter. He was a rescue dog. They calll her and let her know my dog is not to go to the pound and I clock out and go get him. Then to make worse! She proceeds to cuss me out and say don’t you ever have anyone call me again when I picked him up. Flips me off and says I only take cash. Iv been going here for years with my other 3 dogs since I was very young. I understand wanting to go home after your off work. I usually tip 5$ to 10$ not much but after this UN caring mouthy lady plus when I walked in, the other lady was smoking inside the grooming place. I will not be coming back. ( I had asked him to be shaved to almost no hair. He still had a lot of hair on him. I feel sorry the fur baby’s because she is not a people person and I’m seeing she’s not a dog person either!

I was told my 8 year old mini schnauzer was a “bad dog”. He had bruises all over him and seemed to be terrified when I picked him up. We’d used Dog Magic before without incident, but this time was the LAST. Please do not take your fur babies here!

I have three big winter coated dogs, I went here a few months ago to get them shaved down for the summer. The groomer tried forcing all three dogs into One cage. She may be good doing little dogs hair, but my dogs hair was absolutely uneven and bad. She was nice though.

Highly recommend!!!! We have a rescue pyrenees with high anxiety. The ladies were so patient and good with her. Tina is her favorite 😍

I've been taking my yorkie and mutt here for a number of years. I like that they keep a record of their haircuts, what guard they used, and how you requested to have your dog cut. If I'm not happy with how short it is around their ears, eyes, tail, etc. they will always fix it without complaint. I would have given them 5 stars except sometimes one of them smokes and my dog comes home smelling like it. Not only is it stinky but unhealthy for the dogs.

The Best dog groomers in Ardmore!! Been to several and I have a very anxious Cocker whos my sweetheart, but a handful. I've bred and welped numerous liters, but she's the first I couldn't cut!! Mrs. Mae is patient but firm, and caring and the animal senses it!! Didn't mind if you need to sit in occasionally. That's the proof of the skills you want when a groomer handles your babies.....

Affordable, Cash and check only. Good attention to detail and they will let you know if they see something wrong (infections, irritations, ear problems) that may need a veterinarian's attention.
