Disgustingly disrespectful staff, horrible customer service and poorly managed. Do not order anything online from this backwoods establishment. This store in particular is not stocked with the items they say are available online and the staff is rude and difficult to deal with. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

This has become one of my new top places for outdoor and pet supplies, also a decent option for guns and ammo.Lots of options for plants including bare roots, Burpee's seeds and more. An excellent compliment to our local nursery and in a few cases better on price. Ammo can also be one of the best prices in town giving me another reason to walk in the door. I don't know who buys their clothes. Most are way too expensive but things like gloves and hats are alright.

Took my dogs in for a bath at the dog wash. The machine was completely out of all the chemicals and soap. The manager seemed like a nice guy and brought us some soap

I take my dogs in every week for a bath. The staff is very friendly and accommodating—thank y’all…There is a young girl who is one of the managers (supervisors) has a really poor attitude. Have had a few encounters in the past. She happened to be working the register when I came in today. Once again, same attitude.

This is a fairly new business in Ardmore. Very clean inside and out. Very big selection of what you are looking for. If you live in the City or the Country life. And the sales are always worth checking out. The Employees always have a smile, and ready to help.

I love this store!!! I got treats for my dog, a toy for my kitten and even got an adorable dress all at the same place! Lol! I only gave 4 stars because the clothes were outrageously priced!! Luckily I found my dress on the clearance rack for $15😁

I've always enjoyed shopping at Atwoods, but it feels like something is missing and I can't put my finger on it. The pet section is extensive, the people are great, love the apparel and boots...but there's nobody here shopping. Prices are higher, but I don't think that's it. Is it just this location? I will check back and update this in the near future, so best wishes, Atwoods! 🙂👍

Best place to buy feed and pet supplies. Also I buy my sons jeans here and sometimes can find a good bargain for me something in the line of clothes. They have hard to find candy there that I cant find anywhere else in town. This is also the place I have bought guns and ammo. All around good place to shop.

Went today for chicken feed and items for the chickens. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The shelves were stocked and they were having some good sales! Great store!

Don't take 3 stars as a bad thing. It is a nice store, clean with excellent staffing. I just expected more I guess. They are kind of limited in what they offer. Maybe they are trying to do too much right now. Nevertheless my animals love the food the priced are plenty fair, and I definitely find myself in there weekly.

Very disappointed we called and came in first the call I said hello the female responded what do you want not to talk to you I call the other stores came to get what we needed for the family farm I went in to talk to someone about the phone call the woman then blamed on Covid wouldn't share my hand a couldn't care less about the poor service this is not been our history with this store

Good "tractor supply" like place. Good hardware selection. Carry pullits seasonally. If you need something, ask an employee they,ll take you right to where what you need is located. One of my vary few 5 stat reviews. They earn it.

Been in this new store 3 times and got get help and service everytime. Better than competitors.But Friday i was in there and they had 1 checkout with lines then they finally opened a 2nd but I bought a battery and he missed the core so i had to go to the other register so she could give me refund on core, then she never gave me back my original receipt and the lines were backed up again. Yes everyone is new but the schedule and training on register staff is very poor. BACK TO TRACTOR SUPPLY.
