Like that they offer free air. Don't like that the windshield washer fluid & paper towels by the gas pumps are always empty. The parking lot is quite small but it doesn't seem to hinder their business much as it is a very busy establishment (always has been).

They do great most of the time, but when they were the only store in town open after 11 they become slow. I understand that lack of employment can pay a roll, but if you look around so many people need jobs. I’ve sat in like for a drink for over an hour. An it isn’t always there doing it can some times be the customers also just wanting to cause them problems. This is something I believe they can improve on!

I think STEP is my favorite store here in Anadarko, OK. I get my gas and lunch food here almost everyday. They are friendly and fast employees. I recommend everybody got to STEP & FETCHUM.

The new owners are cleaning it up. When I walked it, it smelled and looked a lot cleaner. Plus, its not so cluttered.
