We bought 2 blasts and had to order each separately because they didn't put it in the computer. The price didn't add up right so I thought there was a promotion but no. The menus price $4.79, and was charged $5.79. The girl said she could not do anything about it. On top of that, the ice cream ended 2 inches from the top edge of the cup. Also no whip topping, but not sure if it is supposed to be on a blast. Told the service girl that it rang up wrong and she didn't care.

Make sure you watch the screen entirely after you swipe your card at Sonic in Anadarko. I watched the numbers for tipping being pressed for $20! I told them about it and they verified that it wasn't on my receipt, but there was a dollar tip, which I didn't put on there either. They finally canceled the order. Just keep an eye out and check your receipts. Also they have a bad rep for things tasting like they been cooked in bad grease 🤮...

made an online order and paid with a tip and they brought my food and did not put ranch or honey mustard in my bag. honest mistake ok so pulled back around and asked nicely for what was missing to be told that i needed to pay for ranch and honey mustard because the app doesn’t know to charge for it. all good i would have paid for the sauce if charged but to leave it out completely and then try to charge for it later was ridiculous! hope a manager sees this and fixes this before they lose more customers because this isn’t something you tell someone after they come back with their order not complete that they left it out because their “app” doesn’t know to charge for it SMH do better sonic

When you place an online order over 20 mins before you show up they shouldn't have to scan your ticket and you still have to wait 20 more mins for your order to come out.... Cherisa woulda had a bf...Kid-friendliness: They offer good toys in the wacky packs 🤣🤣

Mixed review...The food is great. I usually get a Supersonic Double cheese burger about 2x a month, last tome out it was national hot dog day and I had 2 chili-cheese digs and a frozen lemonade... Food always great...Service is always slow even though we ordered from the app.It's better than the McDonald's 100 yards away.

Food was okay. But I really wish they would teach or make sure that their carhops can count change. My bill was $9.29, it wook 2 tries to get the change from a $10. correct. Then when i tried to help her I get told, " I know how to count ma'am." I'm not sure she did. I told her that she was going to be short at the end of the day if she wasn't careful. She just turned and walked away. I have learned not to trust whatever they drop in my hand. Bless their hearts

Waited half an hour for my order on one occasion. Staff is okay, food is average for fast food. Drink menu is the best thing about sonic. Cheap drinks twice daily, morning til 10 and 2 pm til 4. Shakes are half price during summer hours. Half price burgers every Tuesday after 5 pm til close.

Terrible we waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line. 2 cars ahead of us left. Waitress came out twice asking what I ordered. I told her twice what my order was and told her we have been waiting 15 minutes! She said sorry and walked off! Finally I just left!

It took too long for them to get my order. I was waiting for a hour before they got my order. Then when I got my order the girl had to ask me if I had ordered the Sonic cheese burger without ketchup. She looked lost.

If I could give less stars I would. This location doesn't read well. By that I mean I ordered ahead and ordered onion rings i didn't get and was still charged and they had me come get the cash so my food will be cold. So I had to insist with Dava my order be remade. She didn't offer, I had to insist. This location has messed up 5 of 5 order ahead orders in the past 6 months.

So, yesterday I called in my order. I ordered a #1 Hamburger with mayo & mustard plus all veggies. 10 mins later I pull up to check in , sat there 7 minutes...no response so I pulled up to pick up spot. I had just took my medicine and had to have something on my stomach and was headed out if town. I sat there 15 minutes and watched 5 orders be taken out. And to the cars behind me also. I asked multiple car bops where my burger was. One guy said "Nice ride and I told him I been waiting on burger. He said "Ok I gotchu". I waited a total of 30 minutes at the pick up spot. I finally asked for manager. After carhops repeatedly told me they was going to get food .one even said they was checking it out. No burger. Finally, the Mngr comes to my car and handed me a quarter lb. Cheeseburger. WTH IS THIS ..🙄I have ordered from this sonic at least 6 times in 2 months and EVERYTIME I get my order messed up or they give me a cheeseburger. I hate cheeseburgers.Needless to say, I had to pull off after sitting there 37 minutes for one #1 BURGER.THIS PLACE HAS TO STEP IT UP BECAUSE IM GONNA START CALLING CORPORATE EVERYTIME.Matter if fact .I'll be going to McDonald's from now on.

By far the best burger I have ever gotten at a sonic. It looked like it came straight from a commercial. They must have a very competent chef at the grill. Customer service was also excellent and timely.

Ordered #7 which is a foot long chili cheese coney with large cheese tots and dr. Pepper order came out with no coney instead had a large cheese Fry and tots gave back the cheese fry and ask for the coney 5min later came out with I beleive the same cheese fry still no coney and 5 mins again finally got coney where is people's brains anymore such a simple task.
