Eat from here often. Recently noticed other nearby sonic locations are fairly cheaper. Breakfast burrito for example, 50cents to a dollar more expensive here. Fuel isn't that different in other towns, while they are 10-20 cents different from each other. Staff is friendly, and I've over heard them going into detail of orders when asked.

Asked for the commercial promotion and I guess I didn't pronounce it right. So I was rudely told we don't make patty melts. Common sense would have kicked in for me and I would have asked the customer if they were speaking of the promoted grilled cheese with a double patty. Duh! It is just food. Not brain surgery. I never want to put any business in a bad light,but ya'll need to do more training with your employees. We don't have many places to eat around here,so step it up.I drove an hour,for some disgusting coneys and a bacon toaster with ketchup, lettuce, tomato ,pickles and, onions . No meat patty. Sadly I will not return and you have lost 30 years of business from my family. Do better.

Paid for cheese tots and got regular. Asked for ketchup (and it was on my receipt) and didn’t receive any. Tried to buzz in to ask for my items, but was ignored. I know we came in close to closing, but I still paid.

Really nice Sonic ran by a good manager. There are certain days when staff does run a little slow on orders when coming out but that could be due to unforseen things. I'm not quite sure what happened, but recently on mobile orders, when you order Mozzarella sticks it's supposed to come out with marinara sauce. Yet every time they come out its like someone forgets to put them in the bag so sometimes I'll have to give a quick friendly reminder that I'd like some. It's not a big deal aside from when you order the item off the app you cannot remove the sauce so you more or less anticipate that it should be there when its not you're kind of left confused. Aside from that the staff is rather nice and they work pretty hard always coming out with a smile. I know it's hard working in the food service industry so you have to give credit when credit is due.

Food quality is going down. Also the last two times chicken strips have been ordered the quality of those items have been bad. So pencil thin they are easily over cooked. Staff is friendly.

The service has gotten really fast in recent months! Our orders are always correct, but if there's ever an issue, the staff is quick to correct it. Always a good place to satisfy a snack craving.

My family and I were traveling out of town and stopped by Sonic to get some food. The carhop was a pretty nice young lady, but she accidentally left something off our order which was fine. She went back inside to correct everything and shortly after, the supposed manager got back on the intercom and began to proceed in trying to fix our order then suddenly got extremely aggressive and highly disrespectful. All we were trying to get was the fry we ordered and that was left off of the ticket. He basically threatened us to leave because THEY messed up OUR order! We were very cooperative the entire time, and he was not AT ALL. My uncle deserves a formal/written apology for the nonsense he had to deal with or for him to be dismissed. We were only customers looking for assistance. We also feel like we were being heavily discriminated because of our race. We were told in translation “if you don’t like it, then leave”. Definitely won’t be coming back.Also there were no condiments which we requested.

Chicken strips were horrible, tots and onion ring was cold, asked for a LG drink, did not get it!! The guy who delivered my food, not very polite!! Won't ever order chicken straps again from here!! What happened to real chicken, not pressed!!

The owner is rude and greedy, charges more for items then what other sonics charge. Also lets his car hops reset the order machine so it looks like there getting orders out a lot faster then they actually are.

We order with the app and our order was 1 large dr. Pepper, 1 large Powerade, 1 medium Powerade and 2 slushes. We got to sonic and there was 2 other cars. By the time we finally got our drinks 8 other cars placed orders plus the other 2 that were already there so total of 10 got their food and drinks before us..

In a college town, it's not fair to expect anything great from a fast food restaurant. That being said, this Sonic is slightly above the regular expectations I would normally have. While not great by any means, the food here gets delivered quick enough and is always tasty.

Unfortunately find myself going here quite a bit due to there not being many other dining choices in this town. The food is mostly sub par and overpriced. you can get a good deal on drinks during happy hour 2-4pm daily.

The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in all my years of going to sonic. The owner has bad customer relations. My drink was wrong. He had a fit because he can’t hear. We will never go to this location again

Worst food ever. My chicken sandwich was seriously raw in the middle and fries was so old and cold. Most time i never fo this but just watching out gor all yhe moms that go there. Check your stuff before you give to your kids.
