Had all my needs and more and would give a better rating except there was only two checkouts manned and a line at both 5 deep. As with most if I am going through the trouble of picking out all my stuff and also have to check myself out I would just shop online. Open more checkouts that are staffed with the people that are standing around all over the store.

The store is clean easy to access the items on the shelves. The workers are rude they do not greet you , walk out in front of you stop and stock the shelves leaving their carts in the center aisle. So if I could give the customer service 0 stars they need better training and some manager aren’t any better. I bet you didn’t think I did reviews huh?

It's a Walmart, just like the rest of them. It would be nice to have more than two people to check out. I feel like Walmart should send me a paycheck for checking myself out.

I would highly recommend Walmart here in Altus as I would at any other state that I've lived in it's a very good store helpers that know where everything is in the store they they have whatever you are looking for you just have to ask the store is so large I have to look out every aisle to find what I'm looking for but again I would always go to the store good place to shop

Employees have boxes and carts everywhere to stock shelves. They have zero concern for you wanting to shop, because apparently taking up the isles with garbage and boxes is more important. To be honest this Walmart doesn’t have much of anything but I do admit that it is stocked well of the products they do sell. Sadly the cost of being well stocked is to battle for room to shop amongst the other shoppers who have little to no respect for others.As for delivery… we will save the headache for… never again.Cashiers are poorly trained, incompetent or just flat out lazy.

They will go above and beyond to help you out. The staff at Walmart are very good. They helped get an electric scooter for my mother when I couldn't find any.

Placed a online order, when it was delivery time the lady brought someone else's order to my door. Was able to catch her and she proceeded to tell me she didn't have my order. Called walmart (IN ALTUS) and was told it's not their responsibility???? Was given another number to call and told to cancel the order or wait. After choosing the option to wait, I was given another excuse so the order was canceled...supposedly!!!! What irks me more was the driver took a picture of an empty parking spot and still said the order was delivered!

Every time I go to the bakery the lady that works during the day is extremely rude to the point of being problematic. I thought it was directed at me only until my friends shared similar experiences.There is another cashier there that doesn’t respond to customers. Not a hi, how are you, or anything. Just blankly stares at you while checking your stuff out.Walmart is a place that you have to see people day in and day out. Being around so many people one would assume you can pick up on how to be decent to people. So there’s no reason behind their actions other than they hate their job/people and won’t quit. I heard they are taking out most of the cash registers and putting in self check out here in Altus. If this is true is so disheartening because it will take away many jobs. I also believe human interaction is a great thing, but it doesn’t look good when the people we have don’t even try to be kind or helpful.

12-18-2023How is the pharmacy gonna play with someones life and medication and be the absolute most disrespectful people I have ever met in my life.Had a couple instances with pickup but everyone is super helpful and very nice. Anytime I need to find something in specific they jump right to helping even if they were busy doing something else they stop what they're doing with no attitude and help. Then go back to what they were doing. That's how it should be the walmart back home was nothing like this one I could hardly find an employee to help in the walmart back home. Great work guys keep it up!

Great service! Young man got my large itm loaded and to free front in record time! Then they had a young man to load and he was equally as quick. The item was big and he was able to help adjust things to make it fit!

Very incompetent pharmacy employee who should be fired. This person is either incapable or too lazy to do their job. She never prepared my prescriptions for FedEx delivery. A second time my prescriptions had sat for over two days without FedEx picking them up. Had I not called to check the status, they would probably still be there. No accountability or process in place.

We took a tire only in to be replaced. No cars were in the stalls for tires when we arrived. We went and did shopping for over an hour and a half. Went to go check they never touched our tire and had vehicles that came in afterwe left our tire. We are from out of town and had groceries so we took our tire and left. Will not be bringing them our business ever again.

Don't bring your vehicle here if you have a tire leak. The service believes it's OK to drive on hard pack with no air in tire. This causes significant damage to your side walls of the tires. I was waiting for 2hrs for my truck to be repaired but then it got late. So I canceled it and asked for air tank to top of the tire. They said to drive it to the bay doors as they don't have an air tank. I said what.. no way am I gonna run my truck on a flat. I'm an ASE certified mechanic and that causes damage. He said it won't. Lol he needs to go back to school if he thinks that's not true. So if you see them run your vehicle in on a flat they have damaged the side walls its like a pair of scissors cutting the rubber as you drive on it. Dont let that happen to you
