Friendly competent staff working WITHOUT a Pharmacist on WEEKENDS. They are doing their best under a shortage from Above. Don't fault the Worker Bee's for a faulty Queen. Be AWARE Plan AHEAD or Switch Pharmacy to the name I shall not mention.They are not CURRENTLY OPEN ON WEEKENDS. I plan my Prescribed medication around getting in ONLY M to F

Since when does a Chain Pharmacy close on weekends? Walgreens Pharmacy has always been opened on weekends. And still are in other cities. Why is Altus closed on weekends and closes early on weekdays? People need their scripts. People get out of the hospital and need to get them on weekends. Whatever the reason. I cannot believe there is not a pharmacist open to fill prescriptions. What a shame!!!

Been waiting for 5 days for prescription to be filled. Tried to call spending over an hour each time. Called the store manager and was informed they had so many calls that they are not excepting calls. What a joke of a pharmacy

Another glorious argument with the poor pharmacy staff, I drive 25 minutes to the store and there is no one waiting for a prescription. I was told it be 20 to 30 minutes because they have 110 prescription before the one I picked and they had to fill each and every prescription before they get to mine. Then the pharmacist tells me I'll have to wait until they finish. I ended talking to the store manager and ended still needed arguing with Bao about why if no one is here I still have to wait for 110 prescriptions to be filled. He would not see the point that none of the 110 person where there to pick up a prescription.

Very friendly and helpful staff up front. Pharmacy is a joke. Took almost 2 hours for 1 RX because of their own inability to put in the correct information.

Picked up prescriptions today at drive through, asked for a bottle of benadryl and cashier said you need to come in for that we don't do that in drive thru I told her they always have before she rolled her eyes and said not anymore. I drive 1 hour to use Walgreens but I'm going to move to hometown pharmacy now. Which is where I drove through and got my benadryl today.

Got a planner and it wasn't ringing up the price as marked got a assistance manger to help and he went back and checked the price told me he would give it to me for being in the wrong place went to check out with assistance manger Larry still ringing up worng price he was going to go check price again when he already had checked!!! I told him just to take it off because I wasn't going to keep going back and fourth with him !!!

I like shopping at this store. The people working there are helpful and friendly. For being such a small store (When compared with the other big chain that starts with a W) they have a great variety of products. They also run awesome sales.

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I am looking for a new drug store. The employees are so rude and mean towards customers I don't know how they stay open. Walgreens has lost a customer for life on this one. I will go without my medicine before I will be treated like that.

This place has had a decline in customer service over the years. I was just waved away 5 minutes before closing when needing emergency items. Never going back.

Love the convenience of getting my medications on the way home from work, stopping for that small something like a loaf of bread, and especially the ability to email or reply to the app to get my medication fillled.

Management is VERY rude when their having sales and you get to the cashier their quick to say the item is not included and the advertising says otherwise.
