Very disappointing. Was excited because I haven't had Sonic in almost 3 years. Cherry limeade was mostly limeade with very little cherry flavor. My cheese fries were old, over cooked fries.. couldn't eat them. Burger was ok. Tasted and looked to not be freshly cooked.

I ordered a simple ticket-- large tator tots with chili and a coffee on 10-28-2022 at 7:40 PM. I watched new people order and get their food. At 8:05, I finally asked what is wrong? They were unable to figure out where the order went to! They were nice about it and delivered it. Coffee was cold. No plastic silver ware included. I had to ask for it.

They always provide fast and friendly customer service. (Unfortunately, my hot coffee was more like hot water, no taste or flavor, very watered down. I always try and give Sonic’s coffee a chance and every time I am disappointed at all locations.)

If I could give a negative star, I would. Hands down worst fast food place I've visited yet. Took 13 minutes to even receive my order. When I called in was told they were waiting on mozzarella sticks. When I got my order burger had lettuce which I requested to leave off, sauce was ridiculously over flooded. Mozzarella sticks were even cold. If they're waiting on those they should have been piping hot. Completely unsatisfied and likely won't return. Quite literally any other fast food or restaurant is faster and better at preparing your food.

Inconsistent quality, sometimes my food is great other times my order is screwed. Drive thru service is slow most days you'll get faster service in a stall most the time than drive thru.Best choice in town of you're really really craving tater tots or a limeade slush otherwise I get my burgers elsewhere usually now

Overall, I personally am not a big fast food person, but my kids like it. Food normally comes out hot in a reasonable time. My only real complaint about the food is the after-taste from any of the bread or breading products. The taste has change since corporate was bought out and things changed. Also they do have outside seating. But in this southwestern part of Oklahoma it gets a bit warm. If Sonic was to install some large fans and misters it would help immensely.

Melissa makes the best shake in the world.Taught me how to order a vanilla milk shake extra thick.Leave out the milk.You essentially get a 20oz etc cup of soft ice creamperfect for an extra thick shake.Yummy.Parking: Not many spots, perhaps 10.Wheelchair accessibility: Honk your horn for assistance.

I placed a mobile order. I parked. Notified I was there. Screen said food was on the way, but it never came. After 20 minutes I went to the drive thru. Had to wait in line for my order. 25 minutes later I have my food. No explanation. Just a sorry.

Went to Sonic a week ago and I couldn't believe the service. 1st of all I had to repeat the order 4 times before she got it right. That should have been the warning. After waiting 45 minutes for the food. The fries were old and cold. I never like sending food back, but I did. After waiting another 30 minutes . They brought out the exact same OLD COLD FRIES! Then tried to tell me they were fresh cooked fries. I'm so disappointed and now the family doesn't want to go back.

went through the drive thru, ordered 5 drinks and food. Drove all the way home and realized they forgot not only some of my food but they also gave me no receipt. I drove all the way back and they ran the missing food out to me. I got home, took a bite and realized there was a long brown hair looks like was fried into my cheese stick, 🤮. That doesnt surprise me because my son worked there a long time ago and they never made him get a food handlers permit.

Updated I pulled my last review to reflect the new one. Yes the last one had enough complaints to choke a horse.Update.It's been almost 7 months since we were here. The service was very enjoyable the food list had some holes in it due to supply and demands. But I know that this one Sonic has been bending over backwards to just make sure you have the cups for drinks and the right bags for the food to be in. They have been going to other Sonics to get supplies. The food was good on this trip. I think during this low in supplies if they used wax paper tied close with a toothpick on the burgers and a generic pouch for fried foods would be just fine. I don't need to see the Sonic word on food wrappers. Cups can be blank also if they have the same amount of liquid I ordered in it. During these low supply and demands they are bending over backwards to keep up the good work and Sonic appearance. Corporate should re think packaging till world get back to work.

I order the bacon on bacon burger, one with no cheese. It was nothing like it was advertised.My no cheese had maybe three slices of bacon, no pickles, no sauce, nothing! It was suppose to be a quarter pound of beef! No! They were small. Never will I ever buy food from there again! This is a very disappointed customer!

This isn't going to be the most detailed or unbiased review because I almost always get the same thing (RT44 blackberry slush; occasionally I might try another flavor) and my daughter works there. I do like their slushes, and the crew works hard to get the orders out.

The food and drinks are good and fresh the service was ok. Only when I tried to add something to my order they made it a whole different order putting the partial order at the end instead of bringing it all at once?Causing an additional 30 minute wait! Where I could have left the stall making room for the next customer and another sell! All I added was a drink by the way!

The food and drinks are great, but the ice cream hasn't been smooth lately. It's been grainy or gritty... always enjoyed Sonic ice cream but won't order it again until it goes back to the smooth texture.
