The staff here is like extra friendly and professional. The store is immaculately kept. One of the best Harbour Freights I have ever been to. I live in Texas was just traveling and stopped here, after all dudes do like tools...but seriously a great Harbour Freight.

Went there to buy some small work gloves but they only had 2 of the same absolute minimal protection gloves to choose from when I was hoping to buy some sturdy mechanic gloves. The supervisor that was running the register inquired why my response to how I was doing was just 'okay' and I proceeded to tell him I was disappointed in their lacking selection of small work gloves in the entire store. He went on to joke about it. I wasn't in the mood and that was just incredibly frustrating having some some guy belittle me when I'm already not in the mood. Maybe it wasn't his intention to come across that way but I hope I don't have to go back to that store for anything else just so I can avoid dealing with that guy again.

I went to buy a $250 winch at the Altus Harbor Freight at 3 minutes until closing on a Sunday. I understand it was late, but they weren’t close. One of the employees inside saw me and raced to the front door to lock it. She beat me to the door and locked it right in front of me. That’s pretty poor customer service. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Does the phrase "KID IN A CANDY STORE!" mean anything. It was great I was able get an idea of all the tools on hand without someone just hovering over me. No more excuses for not having the right tools now.

Would be a good store but always out of stuff and only get a truck once a month that's bad . Guessing I will still do my shopping at the Lawton store . From now on.
