Every time I go to this store I receive horrible customer service. The manager is rude, in fact they all are. The level of constancy is slim to none. The store is a disheveled mess that is rarely stocked. Completely unorganized and you have to page someone each time you need to check out. Sadly enough I would rather deal with the Walmart employees. I shouldn’t have to ask for a bag for toilet paper nor be given a dirty look and scoffing as if asking for a bag is such a hard task. Next time I will bag my own groceries since the employees would rather play trash music off their phones or wander around like lost puppies.Not worth the products or the service.

Worst place ever, has the worst customer service. Merchandise never put up always stuff on the floor and the male employee there with dark hair a total jerk. This place needs to be replaced with a dollar tree store instead😒 300 s main store > google needs to review all comments and complaints about this store it should be corrected to a - 1 star ⭐️ instead

I was shopping for tampons in this store and an old lady working the register wrongfully accused me of stealing and called the cops and filed a false police report to police without any evidence , and officer Gonzales with Altus PD chase me down at the goodwill and accuse me of stealing. I was not charged bc there was no evidence but I’m no longer allowed on the property.I think my skin was too brown for her liking, and she just didn’t want me in the store anymore. Racist manager

I like that this place is close for convence but, it’s rather ghetto not very professional. This place is always messy and crowded isles its a hot mess. Anytime I have ever called they never answer the phone, employees are scarce. What are the store hours by the way ? it says 10 but, lights are out at 9 and sometimes it seems at 8… They really need better management in this store.

Store is always a mess with truck shipment containers everywhere. The shelves are rarely stocked and they never have what I need when I go there. Complete waste of time to go here. There is never an employee at the front to check you out, either have to go find them or page them. The new manager is not friendly at all. She is very rude and shouldn't be working in customer service.

The store was messy and when we came up to pay the worker left. We had to walk out cause we didn't have much time. She clearly saw us coming because we were right infront of her..

Merchandise comes in daily stacked high for hours blocking aisles while many shelves are bare.With usually 1 or 2 employees left to do everything.There needs to be attention to situation for better customer service. Employees are troopers and really hard working...just need more help

Used DGpickup for this store. My grandchild needed diapers and wipes. Ordered 5 items. The store couldn't be bothered to fill the order. I had to call the store and be told they didn't have time to do that. Its almost 8pm and the order was suppose to be ready at 7 pm today Monday Jan 24, 2022

Even though it's a huge store, all of the shelves are so close together that I feel claustrophobic. They have some good prices, but it usually is a chore trying to find something specific because it could be in multiple places throughout the place.

Sign on door says opens at 8:00. But didn't open doors until 8:45 when the two associates had bags full of stuff for themselves. Unbelievable.

Great prices but store is always a huge mess. Aisles are so full and overflowing, don't even think about pushing someone around in a wheelchair. Have to pay attention on big sale discounts.. Most times at register the sale prices aren't put in correctly or at all.

I will not go into this store again until Mr. "Nathan" either leaves or gets fired. He is the most rude, inconsiderate, condescending employee to work in a public setting I have ever encountered. I even had another employee come out to my car to apologize for him. Embarrassing for the store. He will run away customers for sure. Total A**HO*E!!!

Other than the store on S. MAIN being extremely unorganized & super cluttered, I love it. They have almost everything I need at the last minute, with helpful and polite Customer Representatives.

It's in a slightly seedy part of town but this place has some really good stuff. It isn't a crappy dollar store with dime store items. You can actually grocery shop here and more.

They remodeled this store and has a new manager, she is very nice. The arrangement is very easy to shop in now.

It was awful, the girl walked to the back,after a few minutes I said"I'm ready,"after waiting in front of the register.She said " he will be there" well finally after a few minutes I just walked out and guess where the "he" was.. outside on his cell smoking.The store was messier than I had ever seen it!

I took my granddaughter here. We had fun here and the Associate's are very helpful and friendly. We had to go back for some items we forgot to get.

Usually have no issues couponing at this dollar general, but the cashier I had today was horrible. He was very rude and did not care about store policy. I'm disappointed.

Worst place you can shop at! Won't keep to there coupons so good luck trying to use those. And have the worst attitude I've ever seen in costumer service.
