Would NOT recommend! Pictures on internet are from years ago! 3 lamps without light bulbs. Broken toilet. Cracked walls. Filthy curtains. Needs remodeling the least is deep cleaning and fixing walk ways.Rooms: Filthy. Need of repairs! Bedskirt tucked under mattress. Missing 3 light bulbs. Just all around disappointing.

Rooms were OKAY. Hardly no water pressure in one of the sinks and we just got home and already found a BED BUG! I would NOT recommend to anybody. This is a place that needs a remodel and DEEP DEEP clean!Rooms: NEED TO BE DEEP CLEANED AND UPDATED!!

Rooms are outdated, not ideal for traveling with a family. Tangle of cords and junction box exposed in corner of room. Box spring isn't to size of the bottom frame, so metal parts sticking out, covered with thin bed skirt. As you can imagine it hurt when we "found" them. Much of the hotel is in need of repair or complete replacement. Even railing on the second floor is held to the walkway with steel brackets bolted to the concrete. Wyndham taking ownership of the facility only means the linens and breakfast are up to date. Staff however is very friendly & helpful. I wouldn't recommend this space to others unless changes are made.

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is falling apart, one side of the hotels 2nd floor was being held up with plywood and floor jacks. Our room was very outdated, the shower had a leak and I felt like I was going to pull the pipe out of the wall when I was turning the shower on. Carpets were stained, our room was on the outside of the courtyard it was dark with no lights, the hall with the ice machine was full of leaves no also dark with no lights. I probably would not stay here again.

I stayed at Days Inn the weekend of June 22-25 for my 50th class reunion. The room needs updating, but was clean. There were dead birds and cigarette butts on the ground right outside our door, and part of the rooms were blocked off with yellow tape as I'm assuming there are issues there that will be taken care of at a later date. Pool not opened. Staff was fantastic and breakfast very good...there was more offered than I expected. With some renovation, it would be a top notch place to stay!Walkability: Close to restaurants

Arrived late in the day, walked into my room and someone else was there. No big deal got another room, after we got back from dinner around 1030pm was greeted by front desk clerk telling me we had a noise complaint?? Had 2 visits with local police over said complaint which we were not even on premise. Outdated and falling apart. Not happy at all.Rooms: Needs updates,but cleanNoteworthy details: Not happy dealing with police over something not involved in , guess they were mad about switching us rooms because of their mistakes

The staff was truly amazing. Reanna was so good and helped with my event that we were having. The breakfast attended was super friendly with a big smile. The price we paid was not bad. I'm big on 3 things: guest service, cleanliness and breakfast. All 3 of these were superior. Thank you to the staff.Rooms: Rooms are dated and we did have a few maintenance issues. The room was very clean.

Let me start by saying the room was good. The A/C was ok considering the weather, Heat. The Staff up front was good as well. Now here are the major issues. The outside pool and inside pool has been closed for about 2 years. Some of the buildings are closed off due to it falling down. NO ICE MACHINES!! for about 6 months now. WIFI is terrible and had been recently changed from one service to a new service. All of these facts are from an employee onsite. Lots of crickets with some in our room. The breakfast of good though. I rolled with the issues, so no biggie for myself but the place really needs to let customers know what they will be walking into.

Let's talk about the Bed Bug Issue here. We'll, let me rewind...so I check in and get a room even though the pool was drained to the cement I figured I needed to sleep more than swim anyway. Get my room and go up to it to find that it had mud all over the floor and used towels on the counter. Went and talked with Will and he gladly gave me another room. The next room was much cleaner so I sat my stuff down and went on about my evening. Was on the phone standing outside and notices something crawling on my arm. I brushed it off not thinking much of it. Layed on the bed to see something running across the sheets and squished it. Still not really registering until I seen something much bigger running across my pillow case. I trapped it in the pillow case and took it up to the front desk. The place is Nasty. Save your money.

Didn't even look like they were planning on getting them filled up and opened anytime soon. But the breakfast was yummy. Yummy waffles. Drove 9-10 hours to visit family, hotel was good 5 years ago thought it’d be the same went to check in.. time says 3pm we got there 3:45 still wasn’t ready. We got in room me my husband and 2 young children. There was mold in bath tub, stained curtains, bathroom door looked like someone tried to brake down, floor had trash on it, said pool was open and it was not and looked unclean. Requested refund and left and found a different hotel.

I booked my reservation through my employer discount site. The pictures are 100% false. The cable didn't work, there was no hot water, and the pool was closed and disgusting. My teenager and I just went through a divorce and moved 3hrs away and I wanted them to be able to spend some time with their friends for their birthday, so I tried to book 2 connecting rooms. Again since I did this through my employer discount site there might have been a mix up with the description of the rooms. We did end up getting a connecting room. But the floors and chairs were dirty and the internet was slower then dial up, the walls are like falling apart and they tried to cover it with a thick base board. No one offered a discount for the inconvenience of the water or cable. I paid $123 per room. The pictures online looked ok for $123 and it was a Saturday so I was just going to deal with the over price but after the stay I'm incredibly irritated. It would be decent for $50 on a drunken night but you still wouldn't be able to wash off the prior nights mistakes if you needed to. 😫

We originally came to Altus and we were going to be staying at the econo Lodge and that was definitely not happening so we chose to go to the Days inn and I was very happy with my service the manager Melissa was very professional she was pleasant to talk to and she was helpful we were new to the area didn't really know what was up offered around there the only complaint I would have was that my room had a very moist feeling and the smell of mildew but other than that the experience was what I paid for I would stay at this hotel again but the manager is definitely what made me feel comfortable giving them my money. It's in a good location it's near Walmart it's near a coffee shop there's a liquor store within walking distance sometimes location is better than upgraded rooms or fancier walls and carpet

The indoor pool was great. Breakfast was excellent. Hot tub wasn't working. It's got a cool workout facility but the TV and their gets no signal . The room could have been cleaned better. There's mold in the shower up above the shower head because the exhaust fan no longer has power to it. Staff was very friendly however it was understaffed. With all that being said I still think that the price was reasonable and me and my family had a great time. We will be staying there again.

Didn't even stay the whole night. We were going to be traveling through and specifically chose this hotel because of the outdoor pool. When we called that morning, we were assured the pool was cleaned and in perfect working order and that maintenance comes and cleans and checks chemical levels and it was good to go. As soon as we arrived, maintenance magically had just been there and it was hazardous. Next, in the room, a part of the bed frame was sticking out so far but was hidden underneath the bed spread, so when i walked by, I ran into it and was cut and bruised almost immediately. I was still rolling with the punches. The last straw was when I went to the bathroom, it smelled like sewer. I flushed the toilet and it started to overflow. I made another reservation and we were refunded. Staff was friendly. Just a really, really old building with poor plumbing.

Will never stay at days inn again. First room had spiders and very dirty and spider webs on wall. Combined to office and they gave me another room. That the lock would not lock and I was able to get in without a key. Everytime, even with deadbolt locked. Which was weird. Management said it is because old building. So they gave me another room, and at least that one was clean, and deadbolt lock stayed locked, and u could nit shimmy it.. but phone did not work in that room. Overall very poor service, and quality of rooms. Stayed here before, and things were great. Not sure what happened this time around. Bit will not be staying here at days inn again. I will pay more at another hotel to get better rooms. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DAYS INN IN ALTUS OKLAHOMA.

Twas a decent stay,Minus the raucous birds during the light of day.Twas a decent location,Easy to find with or without navigation.Twas a few restaurants nearby,But none that would get five stars from I.Twas a liquor store next door,Within walking distance if you’re already over .04.Twas a slow draining tub,But that shouldn’t bother your showering Bub.Twas a place I’d stay again,Unless I had the company of a lady friend.

So I dont leave alot of reviews. This place was okay. When my family and myself arrived I was Informed by the front desk aget that was on shift at 11 pm there would be a hot breakfast. Upon coming down in the am my little family was excited to have a hot meal as we have been dealing with a family death. The front desk agent Robin was not the most very polite person. As an agent you try to accommodate your guest and what my family and myself saw was not appropriate at all how a situation is to be handled. What made it worse was the gm was sitting in her office. When I returned my room key and I said thank you to agent Robin I received nothing but rudeness. Please if you don't actually have a hot breakfast teach your staff how to properly inform your guests. Store bought Microwaveable sausage biscuits are not a hot breakfast. Also give the guest their food don't take it to your break room and warm it up. Overall i enjoyed my room just not to happy about the service of the agent Robin at check out.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Hotel was OK, nice clean room and no cigarette smell so that was good. Went to the bar to shoot pool and the bartender lady, can't remember her name (she was older, short hair) was a blast! She was taking all kinds of shots with us and we drank for hours and our tab was only like $15 so we gave her a big tip. Fun place!
