The quality of food here is better and doesn't have a bunch of preservatives or filler in it, 100% beef. The prices are affordable and sometimes cheaper than cooking at home. If you get a combo you can upgrade to a shake for no extra charge! Sometimes at night the lines can get long and service gets slow but mostly you get great service.

I was craving a burger and not a local. I stumbled upon Braum's driving by the place and thought it looked like fun. Oh my goodness, my bacon cheeseburger and fries were great. The bacon was crisp, but not too crunchy with a lot of flavor. My burger wasn't all smashed up and sloppy like some fast food places serve their food. Plus, I liked that it had dill pickles without me asking. The patty was juicy and the crinkle fries were old school. Perfect for dipping in ketchup. I wish a Braum's was in my hometown!

I had ordered a chicken sandwich with specific items off of it. They ended up giving me a plain sandwich. I go inside and ask for the cheese and bacon i asked for because i did pay for those items. They gave me a cold thing of cheese and a few burnt pieces of bacon. Then i go to find out they gave me a spicy sandwich when it was just a crispy sandwich. I understand you fast food can be overwhelming but if you can not get an order right not once but twice then you need to retrain your cooks. I manage a store also so i understand some mess ups but this is the fourth time i have had a mess up on my food in a week. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but now it is just pure laziness.

Standard Fast Food; nothing special but absolutely not worth spending $10 for a mediocre burger. Save your money get the McDonald’s app and get two McDoubles for the same about of meat.The remodel is wearing thin with age and the cleanliness of the building showing thru.Also, why are they smoking with the apron on our back? Aren’t you supposed to take that off?

I used to love going here. It is filthy every time now. They seem to have plenty of staff. I can be the only one in the dining area and no one ever cleaning. Freaking nasty. Food is still good only reason it got any stars.

Love having the affordable option of a "bag of burgers." I do wish the younger employees would take more initiative though. Ordered a large fry and then had to nudge the employee after a few minutes of just standing there to move the fries from the warmer to the bag so I could be on my way. Just a LITTLE more initiative and concern for the customer experience would be great. 😊

I stopped by to grab a couple of Jr burgers for my mother and I. Took them to the retirement center to have a little picnic with her. The malt's where wonderful but, the Jr burgers where so salty could not eat it after just one bite. Kids don't need all that salt! It tasted like they used the whole salt shaker on it.

The staff stayed late to take care of a LONG line of customers at the drive thru. Got my complicated 6-sundae order perfect, even AFTER I forgot my card and had to run home for it. And did it all with a smile. Great staff, great service.

Every experience is different with this store. With that said, today I was having a morning. I got up late for work and needed food. The person I. The drive thru was a lady named Cherry. She has such a sweet voice and was extremely patient with me. When I went to the second window she RAN to the second window and made sure I got the right order! She was unloading. Truck and filling orders all with a smile on her face!

Nice big place. Clean place and friendly staff. Got the summer special, double cheese burger, fries and a shake. Burger was hot and right off the grill. My husband and I had shakes that were extra creamy. He had chocolate and I had lime flavored they were both wonderful. We were taking care of very very nicely and professionally this is a very nice experience. I'd be happy to eat there again anytime.
