Very helpful staff. Selection is a bit limited here compared to other places but they seem to have odd hard to find things. Prices can be ridiculously high so you need to price check things before buying. Hours are decent and access is pretty easy.

My husband and I just went to the Ace Hardware here in Altus, OK and the woman at the register asked what we needed as soon as we went in. My husband told her that we needed a replacement flag for our mailbox and immediately she said "we" don't have them..Then it sounded like she was talking to a customer and was still there saying they didn't have anything for a mailbox. The other Ace employee told us where they was. She was not friendly at all.

I bought a artic air as seen on TV tried it one day on day of purchase. Went to return with all parts in package. They would not return with credit back to my card. Would not recommend this store ever if you have return s. So disappointing after I asked for corporate number they did right by crediting my visa card. I bought it one day return it next day. The finally obliged . It wasn't like money in my had. Asked them to credit card and c did so. My time and money is important don't need hassle. But all is forgiven.by the way the manager realized problem but hesitated but honored

Exceptional service as soon as I entered the business several staff greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I came for paint blending because Wal-Mart couldn't mix the paint color I needed they didn't have a base color. However Ace mixed the paint and noticed the machine didnt response right when adding the mixes they promptly fixed their problem the color was darker than the paint selection so they were going to redo the paint. But I refused them doing so and took the darker color. It was very lovely on my front door. I love it. Best regards to the staff they were extremely busy but still wanted to make sure it was correct. I'm still going there again for my quick fixes. P.s. they cut glass also. I didnt know that.

Best place for all your home improvement needs. With the help of their staff there's almost no job that any homeowner can't tackle alone. Unlike some of the bigger out of town stores you actually get waited on and help with any questions you might have about the task you're performing. No reason to ever go out of town. If they don't have it they will order it for you. The service is what makes them the best. No excuse not to shop at home when it comes to home improvement. Good job to all the Ace employees and thanks for all the help you've given me.

I am very big into comparison shopping. The regular every day use type items are more expensive . But if you have the energy to sign up for yet another store rewards program....sigh....this seems to be a good one. Sale prices and Very helpful staff are what keeps me going back. Plus, I dig the popcorn.

Nicest, most well lit, comfortably laid out, and well stocked Ace I've ever visited. I don't claim to be an Ace Hardware expert, but this place doesn't have any of the claustrophobic aisles or low drop ceilings you usually see. It was refreshing.

I am quite pleased with our new(er) Ace store. It is like a Wal-Mart for people who do their own house work. Every time I go in for 1 or 2 specific items, I always see something else I want to get. Do 1 project, and already get ideas for the next one! Great, clean store and the employees have always been very helpful to me.

The store is neat and clean. The customer service is top notch and they carry all the best brands like Craftsman, Big Green Egg, Weber and Yeti. They also have popcorn and coffee available for customers while they shop.

If Home Depot or Lowe's where in town wouldn't go there. They have some of what you need. A bit pricey no military discount, with a base right in town.

I pay more then I would like here, but I keep coming back do to customer service. One time they even got a bag of popcorn and brought it to us while we were shopping, I wish I remembered who did that because that was definitely going above my expectations for a hardware store.
