My son's dog had lost all his "spunk". He would just lay in his cage, all day long, for days on end, and would literally cry-out-loud if he moved, if anyone touched him, pretty much if he did anything besides move his eyes around. I took him to our regular vet 2 different times and they would say constipation, dehydrated, etc. A friend recommended All Pets Medical Center to us so, I called them and they told me to go ahead and bring him in right then. They looked him over, did an x-ray, and come to find out he had a dislocation in his lower back and his pelvis had a hairline fracture. Sent us home with a few different medications, and had us keep him confined in a small cage for 2 weeks (with food & water) and only let him out to use the bathroom every couple of days. With in a week all his spunk came back and he was back to his normal self. They didn't charge an arm and a leg and they also called every couple of days to check on him and ask how he was doing.

They had answers to all of my questions. The vets were welcoming, warm, reassuring, informative, and accepting. I feel like the staff went above and beyond to help us out during our emergency. They didn’t make me feel like a burden for bringing in my dog, who was in a terrible state. My dog felt safe in their care, and to me—that’s a big deal.

We love All Pets Medical Center! Dr. O’Hanlon and all his staff are very friendly and skilled. Each time we’ve been, they charge us extremely fair prices and often find ways to save us money, which I think speaks to their integrity. Recently, our cat had to have his tooth extracted. They got us in day of for his exam and first thing the next morning for his surgery. We’re so grateful they helped our little guy feel better so quickly. If you’re debating whether to try them, I 100% recommend it.

Dr. O is amazing!! I live in TX and drove to OK so my dog could have a major operation. He was able to do everything in his office. My vet was sending me all over Dallas for test. Which was going to cost a fortune!! My furbaby is doing great!! I highly recommend them!!!

The website says they treat exotics. They do not, according to their receptionist. Called to see about bringing in a sick guinea pig. "We don't really treat them. We don't really take exotics. You should check OKC or Dallas. " No empathy. No explanation for the lie on the website. Nothing.

My grandson took his German shepherd puppy in there because it got sick the day before it was to get it second round of shots. They said it was a stomach or gut bug. Took the puppy back because he was getting worse and they said the same thing. When asked if it could be parvo they said no. Took the puppy to another ver today and the puppy has parvo. They just asked them to refund one of the visits for misdiagnosed visit and they refused. Would never recommend this joke of a place.

My French Bulldog will be losing his front leg due to Dr. O’hanlons mistakes. He said my dog had a sprain took $250 for an 5 minute visit and sent me on my way. Got a second opinion later and he said he dogs elbow has been broken and that it had healed improperly. Now my French Bulldog will have to live his life as a 3 legged dog thanks to you Dr o Hanlon. I have spent over $5000 at your establishment this year and you could care less if my dog has his legs or not. You’re just in it for the money. 2x more pricey than any vet in town. We will not be back and everyone else should take their pups elsewhere. Just looks at his recent reviews! Unacceptable! My poor pup!!!

This facility is awesome. From when we walked in the door everyone was so nice. They were able to remove a few growths from my dogs leg who is a senior. They truly care about their patients and it shows. I can't thank this place enough for helping my dog.

My dog, Thane, was treated here for two years and they took amazing care of him. The staff is friendly and the doctor truly cares about animals. They even call and text to check in on pets. Thane passed away and they made the process so much nicer than I've ever experienced. We got his ashes back yesterday and they were in a carved wooden box with a metal name tag, a card with some of his hair saved, and pamphlets about dealing with grief. I have never had a vet clinic so incredibly supportive and just plain good. So thank you, All Pets.

All Pets Medical Center is great. We take both our dogs to them. I've never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. They're always courteous and helpful and they were able to successfully treat our dogs for the issues causing the visits. We're only in town temporarily thanks to the military but they still treat our dogs like we'll be long-time customers.

When they first opened they denied 2 of my dog’s. Now they want to charge $450 to put a pet down because it’s a weekend! As if people are not already struggling let’s charge a arm, and leg because a dog is suffering on a weekend and needs to be put down. I’m glad other people like this place. Wish I could give zero stars. Since I can’t respond, I did not call them as they suggested. My family member did and they already have a place for cremation and did not need the cremation service.

My son took his 9 week old puppy here on Monday night after he became ill. The DR told him that he had a puppy stomach bug. Gave him some medicine for vomiting and sent him on his way told him it was nothing serious. Two days later the puppy had declined severely.We called and they said just give him water. By Wednesday evening the puppy could not even stand up. I stepped in and called and they finally agreed to see him again. They gave him a small amount of of fluids and some more meds and continued to say it was a stomach bug. My son said are you sure it’s not parvo and they told him no it’s definitely not parvo.By Thursday the puppy was extremely bad. At this point we took him to another vet for a second opinion. They tested him immediately and said it was parvo. Gave him IV fluids and propper meds. I called all pets and let them know and I was told that they don’t guarantee anything and that they never said it wasn’t parvo. And I’m fact they don’t even text for parvo. What kind of vet doesn’t test a 9 week old ill puppy for parvo. He flat out told be he doesn’t guarantee anything and refused a refund.We only asked for the Wednesday visit back not the Monday and again he refused. The money was not the issue the fact that they don’t even care to help a puppy get better or properly diagnose him.I would not recommend anyone take your pet there.

My dog had an amputation here, and they made it such an easy experience. From the consult, surgery, checkup, and stitch removal, it was all a breeze and her recovery went amazing. Can't thank them enough for being so caring to my baby girl!

took my 80 lb female belgian malinois to see these guys for the 1st time since we just moved here, needed her brevecto, & needed her ear treated once again. She has recurring, horrible ear infections, & is very hard to get to calm down when we need to look or probe her ears. Every vet(2 in the last 2 years) is afraid of her & puts her under anesthesia everytime they see her. that is not good for any dog to have that happen every 2-3 months. However, Dr. O'hanlan came right in, didnt jump or wince once he seen her & her size, got down with her on the floor showed her some love then we muzzled her. i always muzzle her for her ear just in case, you never know. he and his tech were able to LOOK IN HER EARS with very little resistance!!! & see everything we needed to see without once needing to sedate her!! this makes me happy to finally find a vet who isnt afraid of their patient's!!! 5 starts x1000 for these guys!!

I would just go here for basic pet needs such as yearly shots etc. Maybe not the extent of infection or surgeries. I don’t mind paying the hefty price if my pet actually got the care she needed. I came there and try to explained what was going on with my pet. I was interrupted multiple times, and the doctor just left in a hurry. As a result, my pet was not prescribed anything for an infection, which over the weekend she was terribly ill. I had to take her to a vet in Lawton, which by the way they were amazing. I hate making the drive but for better care I am willing to do it for my dog. Not only that, they also charge reasonable prices. We just moved here due to military, and I am for supporting local businesses. However, not the extent of my dog’s health.

Love working with Dr. O’Hanlon and his staff. He is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience and always takes input from the owner. If there’s anything he doesn’t know, he does his research and will get you an answer. He and the staff truly love the animals in their care and I have never had a bad experience here.Dr. O’Hanlon does wonderfully with my Great Dane and know I can always trust him to take care of my gentle giant. So thankful to have such a knowledgeable, kindhearted vet.

I love this place.The compassion the staff showed for our guy when we helped him across the rainbow bridge was wonderful.Currently we have another elderly cat and have to give fluids to. The care that they are providing for her is outstanding. The check up calls are great!My daughter's kitten was spayed there. The incision was minimal and she was up tearing through the house the next day.Then there is "The Boys", our very large and one very excited dogs. Cannot say enough about their care there. From sprained toes to an autoimmune disorder.Dr. O and staff are the best!

Dr. O'Hanlon and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I brought our two dogs in for vaccine updates. One of our dogs is very shy and afraid of people she doesn't know well and they were great with her and made the process very smooth.At the end of the visit they gave me a tour of their facility, which is impeccable. You would think it is brand new, but was actually built in 2009. It is SO CLEAN and everything is in pristine condition. I would highly recommend All Pets Medical Center to anyone without hesitation.

If I could give me no stars I would. We’ve lived in Altus for a year now due to work. I have 3 older dogs and would have had 9 5 week old puppies today. I have taken two of my older dogs in to Dr. O with not so serious conditions, he looked at them quick and prescribed antibiotics each time. Two of the pups seemed super lethargic and wouldn’t keep anything down this week and when we took them in it was again a quick in and out exam. He told us it was just a tummy ache and to just keep them warm and hydrated. That night one of the pups passed away. When we got the message the next morning asking how the pups were I told them one passed and I didn’t get a response so I called the office to talk with Dr. O. Again I was met with “it’s just a tummy ache and to try to keep them hydrated”. He passed last night. I can not explain the hatred and disgust I have for that man. Please, please if your animal is in need of actual medical care do NOT take them here.

I called very late on New Year's Eve because my dog was vomiting repeatedly. The vet was very nice and helped me get the situation under control without leaving my home. He never asked for my name or for anything at all in return. He also called to check on our dog the next day. I've been pleased with every visit we've had at their office!

My dog was very sick. Called their after hour care explaining what the issue was. Assured me it was an upset stomach and to give him some pepto. Called again later saying his condition was worse and was told I didn’t give him enough pepto and I should give my dog a baby aspirin. My dog passed away that night as I drove him to OKC to see an emergency vet. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great facility and top notch care, but very pricey. However, their care is the best in Altus. Had my German Shepherd neutered with them and had zero complications. They are also very good about calling to see how your pet is doing.Unfortunately, they will only give you a written perscription and refuse to fax it for faster service. 1-800-Petmeds requires either a fax from the Vet office or a physical copy of the prescription to be mailed in.So if you plan on getting your prescription online, plan on a long wait because you will have to physically mail in your prescription with this vet office.
