Not from here and had to go here for food. Employees helped me figure out if they had non food stuff was looking for but didn't have it. Has to get some nonfood stuff elsewhere up the lot. Gas pump area traffic too scary to stay to pump gas. Almost got hit. Left without gas and pop I wanted to buy. Homeless people up the road with signs east of Walmart near I-40W ramp.

I have been going to this Walmart for years, and I have never had an employee talk to me like one did today. Kimmie is one of the employees at the self checkout. I was with my mother, and during the middle of scanning all the items, the pin pad/card reader disconnected. I went to Kimmie for help and she said it was fine and so we continued. When paying for everything, it said that it wouldn't accept a card and only cash. Kimmie said how we should have looked on the screen that it was only accepting cash before scanning our items even though she knew the card reader disconnected midway through. Also, when asked if we could withdraw cash from her register, she said only if your card lets you. Before this happened to me and my mother, she also got into an argument with a lady and her service dog and started harassing her. I hope this employee gets better training and better skilled at customer service.

Customer Service person that I didn’t get her name. I had a ripped bag and lost a purchased phone case. I came in to see if they had found one and she made the customer service experience as good as it could get. Thank you very much!

The worst Walmart ever rude workers got what we needed alcohol included it was a busy Saturday myself and my boyfriend he was checking us out at self check out he double scanned something lady came fixed it my boyfriend said while your here to save you a trip to do the alcohol she said rude there was nothing rude about what he said it was a little busy just trying to save her a trip like he said nothing rude about it and said I need all of your ID I forgot my purse at home didn’t have mine my boyfriend had his in hand we’ve been in this store many times some times they ID most of the time they don’t naver ask for booth with how she responded that my boyfriend was rude by saying to save you a trip yes I lost it with this lady and she is a manager what is she teaching the people that she’s over I had to put one star to do a review but I rate this Walmart a 0 it’s not only that issue it’s been a few more but that ones the worst of all I hope this Walmart does better on customer service

The man that started Walmart cared about people.. Sadly I don't thinkhe would be happy old people load cart while shopping, then have to unload to scan, bag it and put it back in cart.. then have to load it in car.. They said to save us money.. that's a load of baloney, Our income of $3000 a month, Everytime I walk in that store, it's $100 .... And I bargain shop .... And yet their are about 10 people standing around cash registers. ....... just being honest.. you asked

This place is always busy and I went on a busy day ( day before Thanksgiving). The stockers were busy filling shelves making sure everyone got what they need. This Walmart is in a town of 17,000 people and at any given time, 8,000 of them are in Walmart! Lol it’s a good store with stocked shelves.

So I paid for the Walmart club to have groceries delivered when I need them cuz my girlfriend is pregnant on bed rest and recently got COVID. We got an order today that included a loaf of bread....the bread was ripped wide open so I put it in a bunch of ziplock bags but this is not ok. Honestly not sure how they thought it was ok to give a torn bag of bread. Tried to call to address the issue and not a single person answered the phone. I'm very disappointed about this and recommend finding another way to get you groceries cuz I pay extra for this service I've used it twice so far and it's already been allot of trouble. Most the time they don't actually have what you order so they substitute for something else instead of saying it's out of stock so for example my girlfriend is vegetarian and eats the meatless meat stuff like impossible meat. We ordered impossible burger patties and they gave us the morning star ones... They are not the same as far as flavor goes and if she'd known they were out we simply wouldn't have ordered it. We also got the impossible ground beef and one was visibly discolored a brownish color. It's supposed to be pink. Not sure if that's safe as it's mostly soy product but still seemed odd

Pharmacy is unbelievably empathetic. The young lady working the check out at 6:55 got my urgent scripts to me with the best service I’ve had there ever with zero attitude! Will definitely go back!

I honestly don't know how, or if, this place sells fabric to anyone but me. It is ALWAYS like I'm asking someone to roof my house or swim across a septic lagoon. I ALWAYS get the same answer when I FINALLY find someone to ask; "I don't know! I don't have a scanner! I guess I could see if there is a scanner in the cabinet!" And, there is ALWAYS a scanner in the cabinet. I'm going to stop buying fabric here. I'd rather drive to Kansas, if that's the next closest place.7 months later...I'm a much happier Walmart customer now that I'm not trying to buy fabric there.

The self checkout register clerks are always hateful or rude. The door greeters are rude most times as well. If they didn't have what I need at the time I would never step foot into this store.

Conveniently, their auto care center is always busy at least a 3-4 hour wait with almost no cars in the bay or in waiting parking spots. I usually have to wait at the auto care center counter for a few minutes until finally someone comes over.I get it, they may be short-staffed, but at least have one person there…

The whole setup is madness 🤬 I stood in line for over 30 min trying to get checked out and as soon as I make it down to 1 person in front of me... the cashier walks off, then comes back with another worker complaining about never getting a break and how much she deserved it, then she stands there for another 5min blabbering on and on to the guy who's giving her a break. I was not happy to say the least.
