Always are stocked up, run some pretty decent ads, and have been friendly when I’ve been there. I hadn’t had an issue with them. Photo department is always super fast and the pharmacy is great. Always very friendly and understanding. Couldn’t ask for a better local Walgreens.

I really enjoy being able to pick up my prescriptions at Walgreen's here in Ada, OK. I like the app that helps me keep organized, too. The only one complaint really has nothing to do with the employees or the company. Mine is with the people who use the drive thru to hold conversations and hold up the people behind them because they can't get their acts together. The window is for drop-off and pick ups, not to ask all sorts of questions or searching for scripts that haven't even been called in. Those people need to go inside, or use their phone, or get on-line. Our pharmacists should ask those people to drive around & go inside.

They're great but... why are yall closed on weekends for the pharmacy? People need their medicine and if I would have known a pharmacy actually shuts down all weekend I wouldn't even be using them. That's my only issue and its so unheard of because other pharmacies i have had experienced never ever did this. Now I can't treat my sons infection until Tuesday. not cool

Kind cashiers, always putting the customers first even in the checkout line. Very helpful with Walgreens rewards account! Love the deals. Wish there were better prices it seems it got a little pricey but still good for a quick late stop

Don't ever go here if you expect to get your medication at a reasonable time. Been waiting 3 days for Tamiflu and they kept putting us off til the next day, then said we don't have said person in their data base. then said it would be filled in 90 minutes. That was a lie. They still said it wasn't filled. Then said they didn't have it in stock. After 3 days they could have said that to begin with, but no they have to waste people's time.

Ok everybody knows the pharmacy closes at 9, supposed too. But they was closed on a Friday! Why? People need they're meds. So now my wife have to to deal with her pain till Monday. And I have to deal with her pain, and attitudes. Thanks Walgreens for nothing.

Worst pharmacy EVER!!!! I get a different story every time.. I'm changing pharmacies. They are so unprofessional and rude!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

My family has been using this pharmacy for years but we have never been treated as well as we were yesterday. Jacob was working the drive thru and he went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed. With my loved one having a compromised immune system it was a relief that we were able to get everything we needed without having to go inside. He was patient and kind and he is greatly appreciated!

I first want to say that there are a few really nice people working in the pharmacy here BUT how can you help people who need thier meds and you change your hours all the time without noting this online??!!!! I have only been using this pharmacy for two months but this is the third time this has been an issue. The first time I went to pick up my prescriptions, they actually left one out and then told me it wasn't there. They kept my insurance card as well. I went back after getting home and realizing this and got my card and prescription, which WAS there. Waste of time...

Forgot my mask so I went to pharmacy window to buy some only to be told I have to go inside to get them. I didn't want to go in without a mask in the first place. Need to sell masks at window like at every other walgreens in the state.

Terrible patient service. The staff got snapped at me because they did not fill my RX that had been sent days earlier, resulting in a wait when I got there. I received no notifications about issues with my insurance, despite the proper information in the system and when I asked about the policy to not fill it, she said they will only fill it if the customer calls to request they fill it.

First off... I want to emphasize how all the other pharmacy staff were great. This is only directed at the young female pharmacist. My Doctor had sent in a prescription for Ivermectin, Azithromycin & Dexamethasone. A covid cocktail w/excellent results. I'm also vaccinated. This arrogant (playing God) pharmacist has the audacity to refuse filling my script. She never really explains. She stammers out some BS over safety, blah, blah. Ivermectin has been used safely for over 50 years. More importantly, my doctor prescribed it for me. If it's really about safety and not personal politics. Why wouldn't you want ppl to have everything possible to fight this virus? Short answer... you wouldn't. Plain & simple.

The girl working the pharmacy was beyond rude. I pulled and she just looked at me and had an attitude the entire time. She didn’t take my insurance information nor did she get the doctor to explain the medicine or anything.

The staff is friendly the options are plenty. when I don't feel like running to Walmart and dealing with the crowd Walgreens is my go to place! Oh yeah, and they have the best sales on seasonal candy!

I quit using Walgreens over a year ago because when my doctor would call a prescription in I would go to pick it up hours later and it was NEVER ready. I was always told “we’re working on it, give us 15 minutes”. That’s very inconvenient when you’re there on a break from work and you don’t have 15 minutes to wait or you have somewhere else to be in 15 minutes. Today I was at my doctor’s office in Sulpher and he accidentally sent my E-script to Walgreens in Ada instead of the pharmacy I switched to. This was at 4:45. I sat at the pharmacy in Sulpher for an hour before they finally figured out my script had been sent to Walgreens. So I drove from Sulpher to Ada. When I arrived at Walgreens at 6:30, and then waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes, my E-script that was sent directly through to them at 4:45 was not ready!! I was told “we’re working on it, give us 15 minutes”. When I told them it had been sent through to them at 4:45 the girl rudely said “we can send it somewhere else for you”. Needless to say, Walgreens did not win my business back!! I will make sure from now on my prescriptions DO NOT get sent there again!!

There is a old lady with red hair who is literally rude EVERYTIME I come in, idk if she is rude to everyone, or it's just her attitude but Walgreens needs to hire some people with a nice personality. She kinda makes people not wanna come back

Dropped off my script an hour ago, came back up here to pick it up and was told they couldn't fill it, Why didn't they call the minute Walgreens Pharamacy found this out instead of making me drive back an hour later to pick up an unfilled script? Why didn't Walgreens call the doctor who wrote the script to sort out what was wrong? They are always backed up here and generally mess things up. My experience in past 8 years or more using Walgreens have been a headache. Browns is usually where I go and I've had zero issues and they ALWAYS made attempts of contacting my doctor for any misunderstandings and then contacted me instead of letting me show up first to tell me they can't do something. GO TO BROWNS OR ANY OTHER PLACES FOR MED REFILLS AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE FROM WALLGREENS.
