Coming here may be overwhelming for some people, but the staff make it a better and less stressful experience. A couple of times we were not able to find something, so a staff member asked us and he pointed us in the correct direction, down to where it was in the aisle.We will always come here for our home improvement needs!

I suppose that I have been in my fair share of Home Depots, and this is a good one! Every Home Depot has polite and helpful people inside that ask if you need assistance, but at this one they really, really mean it. Extra helpful people. Clean and well organized store. Always good prices.

Selection is ok but the whole store feels crowded and the layout makes it hard to locate things and always in someone's way or someone is in your way. Prices are high as well. Id rather go to ace or a local hardware store

By far the worst home Depot I have ever been inside of. Do yourself a favor and shop small local businesses instead. If you choose to go here don't be surprised to be ignored and here a multitude of profanities while you wait to be helped.

My husband visited this location on our way out of town. We needed insulation supplies for our travel trailer. He found what he needed, although the prices were a bit steep. Parking was good and staff were personable. 🙂

Poorest service I have ever seen. I went and ask for help going to buy a saw but no one ever came. The lady I asked for help ask me as I was leaving if I ever got help. I told her no and she said have a nice day.

I have to give a big shout out and give thanks to Sterling. I walked in Home Depot he came straight up to me asked if I needed help! He is the first person in a very long time to ask and actually help. He loaded all the heavy bags of concrete and everything else I needed up without complaining once. He kept a smile on his face the entire time. Thank you very much for such a wonderful attitude stay positive always.

Went for this trailer plug and was told it they didn’t sell it and went all the way outside to get service and seen they had it and exactly where it was and went to it and told a person at the front about it but he didn’t say anything enrolled his eyes at me. And the guy that told me there was no plug was a couch. I wouldn’t want him coaching me or any of my employees. Please go somewhere at all‘s for all your trailer and in-house needs. I’m a local resident and I do me this way.

I got a lot of building material there. Everything seem to be fine. I also got raised toilets there. I got a vanity there that I'm using too. It's got about old supplies that you can need when you're fixing your home up.

Salesman came over and asked if he help us in any way. He answered questions and when I decided on AC he went and got a cart to carry it!! When I got to check out, self serve, a young lady asked if she could assist me with check out!! She then proceeded to do it for me! Absolutely fantastic service!

ABSOLUTEY VERY UPSET WITH HOW I WAS TREATED WHEN THEY RAN OVER MY PIP IN MY YARD AND BROKE IT. I JUST FILED A CLAIM TO SEE IF THEY WOULD FIX IT FOR ME NO BIG DEAL. I GOT TOLD I CANT PROVE THEY DID IT AND WONT PAY TO FIX IT. I DID NOT ASK FOR THEM TO FIX MY YARD THEY DROVE THROUGH JUST THE SMALL PIPE THEY RAN OVER. I HAVE BEEN A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER FOR OVER TEN YEARS AT THIS LOCATION

Wow! I have been so impressed with Home Depot, Ada. The other day, Sandy assisted me with an exchange issue. Sandy diligently worked on resolving this exchange issue. She went above and beyond in problem-solving and with such speed and care! Thank you, Sandy! Home Depot truly has a great customer service professional serving in their team!Also, recently, I had the pleasure of working with Louise P. Louise assisted me through the selection, purchase, and installation process of window treatments. We did experience some challenges, but I was grateful for Louise’s persistence in working through such challenges. She was very understanding and caring as well. Thank you again, Louise! I bought a refrigerator from home depot and was to have it delivered. Three deliveries all with dents. Asked them to refund my card. This home Depot location has some of the most helpful workers of any I've visited. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to help in big box stores but not here there's always someone close by to lend a helping hand give you information or find someone in the department where you need help. Must have a great management staff hiring really good people because I always get great service.

Well, 8:57pm and I realize I've left or dropped my phone they close at 9pm I'm 10 minutes away my wife contacts the store and spoke with Tyler who after making her verify my color OtterBox and devise says yes it's present ... So I whipped my truck and 40ft trailer hauling a f650 rollback wrecker around and get there in 8 minutes and yes they are closed ... A man responds to my knocking and I explain what my business is with the store "after hours" I even name dropped Tyler ... A young lady peeped from behind and said oh yes I'll get it while I had to describe my phone it's color and screensaver to the man ... Id like to thank Tyier and the 2 other associates for dealing with a forgetful customer who kept them from going home at their normal time.

The worst customer service ever. My husband as a military vet was treated with no respect an no help. We was going to buy 3 upper kitchen cabinets an no one cared to give us military discount or check out. They lost our business forever. I suggest go to Lowe's where they care about you.

I had one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. I wish I could remember the associates name. I was looking for some replacement power tools and the associate spent at least 20 minutes with me, explaining the differences of the new tools and what would be best for me. Awesome!
