First of all, the entrance was very hard to find. There was a small sign at the turn in which was wasily missed from the street. We should have taken that as a clue to go elsewhere. The girl at rhe desk was very kind and even checked on us after we were in our room. There was no carpet in the room which was understandable. There were a half a dozen or more crickets in the room and little black bugs in the bathroom all over the floor, which we didn't notice until morning. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever. Its on a metal bade which sounded like someone was beating on an old tin can whenever one of us moved. The air unit sounded like someone was crinkling up plastic bags all night. There was a coffee pot but no coffee or cups. Bottom line, I can't believe Bestwestern has put their name on the sign. We were also surprised to see the doors were accessible to the outside. No interior rooms. This was the most uncomfortable room we have ever stayed in and this was the suite.

Let me save you the time, money, and headache! We drove 3hrs to come to a wedding. We are a family of 6, who after traveling and working all day were exhausted. We paid $200 for two rooms, not the most expensive but definitely not the cheapest so I hoped at minimum the rooms would be basically cleaned and cigarettes free. I immediately found an old gallon of milk in the fridge that had film growing but was trying to be understanding and just move on with the evening. Once we finally get everybody settled in I decided I wanted to treat myself to a bathroom break and thought a shower would be nice as well. To my dismay, I look down to find hair covering the floor, unclean tubs, and toilets instead. The receptionist came and took pictures and asked if I was wanting a refund. Being almost 11 at night I said yes I'm absolutely expecting a partial refund as this is unacceptable and it's too late to wake my 3yr old back up only for him to be screaming and wake up the other tenants, as well. I had not even been at the property for 2 hours at this point and was told "since I've already been here so long, a refund, even partial, isn't possible." The receptionist offered to come clean the rooms which again I'm too tired to wait around for as it should have already been done and a decent clean should take at minimum an hour and offered to put us in different rooms at the risk of again having a cranky toddler who will not willingly return to sleep and have to pack up 2 rooms and 6 people's belongings. I told them this treatment is ridiculous and that I shouldn't have to move my family around in the middle of the night hoping the next room isn't dirty either. Will NEVER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES SUCH AS SURESTAY AGAIN. I was truly hopeful this would be a decent place and was planning to leave a great review but was tasked with this instead to warn others. I can only imagine what other corners are being cut. They must also own the La Quinta next door because when they called me, that's what the caller ID said.Rooms: Disgusting

😞This was the 4th Best Western we stayed at on our weekend getaway. It was disappointing.We checked in late, and the first thing we saw in our room was that the comforter on the bed had multiple stains. It was the same with the linens in the bathroom room. The washcloths & hand towels all had visible stains.After showers (shower was clean), it was very late and time to catch up on the news. We didn't have a remote for the TV 😞, so lights out and we both retired using pillows that you could see the stains through the pillow cases.In the morning, I had a hot breakfast and asked for a remote so we could watch the news before checkout. The remote I was given didn't work 😒.Overall, it was a poor experience in room 103 & I can't see myself staying there again with other options so close to one another.

Google maps lies for directions, but should be fixed eventually. Fairy new place. Service was good. The A/c had a funky groan, but not too disturbing.Rooms: Basic room, 2 level walk up kind of motelish setup.

A decent motel with rooms for reasonable prices. The breakfast was adequate. The walls are thin and do not block out noises from neighboring rooms. It is far enough away from the road that traffic noises are not a problem. Google does not know how to get to the motel so the secret is to turn into the entrance to the Quinta that is closest to the stop light and drive beyond the Quinta to where the SureStay is hidden.

We come to Ada prior to Memorial day weekend from Arkansas to place wreaths. This is our second year at SureStay and won't be our last. It is fairly new and so our room was in great shape. It was clean and had everything we needed. The hot breakfast bar was quite good and well stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It is a quiet spot and pet friendly. The rates are reasonable. We recommend it.

Traveling in OK for my husband's work..nothing fancy here, just basics as it appears to house a vast majority of out of town construction teams.We opted for a king room, with a kitchen. Again, very basic. 2-burner cook top, no stove or oven, micro, single cup coffee maker, small kitchen sink, larger than a hotel size refrigerator which is great. You will need to supply your own kitchenware as the cabinets are empty. No pots, pans, silverware, etc.The breakfast too is very basic, no frills. Why is it that hotels always water down their juice selections ? Just wondering.Quiet area, gazebo with grilling options.Room is clean, tile and laminate flooring, bed slept good, table and chairs for 2. On site laundry.Typical white hotel towels.The staff is very friendly, helpful, accommodating as possible.Pet friendly !! Always a +Join the rewards program and save more $$ plus reward points. No respect for guest privacy. They enter guest rooms without warning right through the "do not disturb" sign.Rooms are infested by bugs. I spent much of my stay with a whisk broom and dust pan collecting these and flushing them down the toilet.zero stars if that were possible. will not return.

I ended up slipping and falling out of the shower at this hotel and injured my back when I hit the marble ledge by the toilet. The manager refused to meet with us or do anything. When we emailed him he blatantly lied and said the showers all contain non-slip mats on the inside, and bathmats. They do not. And we have pictures to prove this! I’m very concerned for other people who shower here. The showers are incredibly slick, and both of my parents almost fell in their shower as well here! If someone of a different height, or an elderly person fell like I did.. it could have been MUCH more serious! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! And quit being dishonest.

Hotel was somewhat clean, noticed someone else’s hair in the bathroom. Mirror was dirty.We used our Choice Points to stay here. But also required to leave a $75 deposit. I only had $80 cash not $75 - they had no change when I checked in. (I also have NEVER had to put a deposit down on a card or cash when I used my points).When i was getting ready that morning my $50 Estee Lauder glass foundation bottle slipped out of my hand and dropped on the tile and broke. I used their makeup wash cloth (they had it by the sink - it was a dingy not super white like the rest) to clean up the entire mess. I didn’t want it to stay on the tile or the base board longer than it needed to since it would be harder to clean off for house keeping. I needed to use a hot water and a wash cloth to clean up the mess. And then I washed out the rag the best I could. When I went to check out, and to get my deposit back. I was kind enough to tell her about the rag, she said I have to go check your room. I said okay. Comes back and tells me she is charging me $5 for a wash cloth.I’m all about the right thing, but the wash cloth was already dingy and used just for makeup. I should of went to the dollar store and got a 1.00 wash cloth to put there! Obviously if I’m using points I stay in a lot of hotels… I respect the places I stay. I didn’t get drunk and destroyed the room. Literally left the room the same way I got it other then bed not made and towels in a pile on the floor. If this hotel is going to charge $5 for a wash cloth. They must need it more than I do!

Friendly staff. Check in was easy but the room was dirty. The sheet had brown stuff on it and blanket had some crusty food on it. Hair and what appears to be public hair in tub and on toilet rim. Rooms need to be cleaned alot better. I am glad I bought my own lysol and wipes. We also bring our own pillows and blankets because ya never know. Lots of people smoking and loitering in parking lot. We will not be back. Breakfast was good.

It was a overnight stay, but the amenities would be fantastic for a longer stay, the fridge even had a freezer section! The room was clean and had plenty of space. Shelly and Deepa who worked the front desk were super friendly, and Deepa went above and beyond the evening of the stay helping me in the business center.

Clean, new rooms but very loud. We were up all night because of the people coming and going and talking and smoking outside the rooms. We were also charged an excessive "early check in fee" because we arrived a couple hours before 3:00. The place was not busy and we paid for two rooms. The extra fee seemed very unnecessary and was a sign of poor customer service. Then housekeeping was banging on our door nonstop at 7 am. We needed lodging for multiple nights but left after one day and gave our business to the La Quinta next door. It was much better.

Stayed 2 nights in August. Excellent staff, lovely clean room, immediate hot/cold water, great shower, clear bright TV. AND .... I left behind 2 items I sorely needed. Called up to ask if they had been found .... YES. Asked manager if he would mail them to my home address .... no problem, done immediately, and NO charge. Highly recommend this motel ... only $75 !!!!

We had a very nice stay here .. it was peaceful no noise from outside or other rooms also very clean .. comfortable beds and the a/c-heat worked GREAT .. we enjoyed the free breakfast also .. we will definitely stay here again when in this areaSafety: We felt safe during our stay .. no concerns at all

It was a pleasure staying at the SureStay. The owners were very accommodating and nice. They have good rates and lots of options for rooms. They allowed me to park my motorcycle under an awning when it rained hard one night. They also held on to an iPhone charger i had left in a room for multiple days. Great people to do business with.

From check in to check out the hotel provided seamless customer service. The desk folks were very helpful and informative on the area and where to go get our grub on. It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and set up nicely.
