This store REALLY needs some work. I was in thia store for maybe 10 minutes at most, and while I was in I saw numerous safety issues, merchandising issues, and cleaning issues. This store needs swept, mopped, their top stock needs better organized, as there are boxes open with product that could fall on customers. On top of this the chain is not attached om the step ladder which should always be on it when not in use. There are half empty endcaps with signage falling off of them, and there are carts throughout the store with random products stacked in them. There are also missing price tags everywhere. I got in when there were no other customers in, yet I wasn't welcomed when entering. After wondering around unmarked aisles I finally asked for help and was pointed in the right direction. The cashier was nice enough up front, but that was the only positive thing about this experience. I've been doing retail management for merchandising and operations for quite some time, and these are unacceptable standards. I would advise someone visits this store and takes a look. I'm not from Ada, but everytime I've been in this store, it has been a mess. Best of luck!

Kendrick & Co Printing is WAY CHEAPER @ $1.00 per page to FAX with them while Staples is charging $2.10! Not only does this store lack associates to assist you in anything you may need they want to charge ridiculous prices to fax something. And charging those prices one would think they could fix the craters in the parking lot and hire some employees! IT COST $18.38 TO FAX 8 PAGE'S. No where is it posted on the self-serve copy machine that it is $2.10 a scanned page, which I suggested to the manager he do. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them. There are plenty of other way friendlier, cheaper, locally owned small businesses in Ada that do the same thing for 1/2 the price to do business with!

Called to see if they could print UPS label from a QR code. They said yes. I got a ride there the next morning and they said they cant. Called again was told they could print label if I emailed it to them. I did. Went next morning to be told there wouldn't be Anyone in the Print dept till 12:30. Get it together people. Found another business, they gladly helped me.

Whatever you do, don't try to exchange something you purchased with a rewards coupon. They can't help beyond providing an 800 call center number that eats up still more time. This is not a good way to treat customers. But to the good, everyone at the Ada store has a nice smile.

When I went into the store, it was pretty slow. I understand there's a lot going on, even when there isn't a high volume however I stood at a counter with two women behind it for about 5 minutes until one acknowledged me. I saw one was on the phone, so that was fine until she got rude with me after another woman that didn't work behind that counter went out of her way to help. The woman on the phone rudely told me she was on the phone and that's why she couldn't help but I didn't understand the attitude. I kindly said I had been standing there awhile, but the two women were very defensive rather than polite. I typically don't have troubles I report, but the woman on the phone especially shouldn't have had anything to say since I wasn't talking to her....and she was clearly busy. In the future just tell your customers you'll be with them in a moment. Printers go out sometimes, that's okay. What's not okay is making your customer feel wrong/embarrassed for trying to get answers after standing there alone for several minutes. The clerk woman was very kind and tried to meet my needs. The other two just made excuses. I will go back in the future. Hopefully, without the excess...

Took back an item I purchased (earbuds) an the store CLEARLY has signs up that says easy return policy. So I take them back an they say they are not taking returns! Ok then why do you have those little signs up? Still using covid as an excuse to steal people's money. Ada staples will no longer get my business. I had the receipt. You should have taken the loss NOT ME.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Manager is as unprofessional as it gets, refused a return due to “corporate policy” after a 45 minute phone call with corporate, I find out that she has made that rule up and must think her bs manager position means owner. Even after corporate advised her to take the return, she refused. Terrible leadership and customer support. Would not recommend to anyone.

Outstanding computer Tech services and very friendly people. Not going to get that at Wal-Mart! After Randaulph fixed my computer he explained what the issue was to me at a lower technical level so that even I could understand him. What Staples doesn't know is that I dropped another $400+ on merchandise that day that was meant for a different business. I will do all my business at Staples from now on.

Last week I couldn't find the power cord for my lap top so I stopped by staples to replace it...I was greeted by a very friendly staff when I walked in ...when I explained what I was looking for they were very helpful ...it was a pleasant, efficient visit...I was able to get what I needed and out the door in less than 10 minutes, which I loved...

Went for the fax machine for business. The same fax machine that sends doesn't receive. Employees were overall helpful asked if we had questions or could help. Would go back if I needed office supplies or to fax.

The woman printing my invitations messed them up and they were supposed to be done and ready for me the next day even though I needed them that day. I went to pick them up and the boy gave me attitude and told me they wouldn't be ready until the next day. Freaking ridiculous and ridiculous that he gave me attitude l will NEVER be going to that staples again. EVER!!!

Can't send faxes right. And when asked to resend again they want to charge me again. Most unprofessional staples I've ever been to. 0 out of 5 would not go.
