I had to make an unexpected stop on a road trip. The lady at the counter was very friendly and understanding. Price was reasonable and lower than some nearby places. They allow pets which is awesome. There is a donut shop on the property! The room was really nice, I wished I could have stayed to enjoy it longer.Rooms: The room was clean and nice. When you pick from the cheaper hotels you don't always get quality. The staff was friendly and understanding.

The rooms are extremely outdated but that was fine. They are clean. We have stayed in the same room for 3 years now every weekend for a girls trip. The pool was not always heated and by day 3 it was smelly every year. The staff up till this year was great!! Super friendly and treated us well.I book this room months in advance every year. This year I called to check my reservation like I do every few months and while they have it-they are not going to honor it!! It’s for Feb 9-11 as I called Jan 6. Over a month in advanceThey have a week to week guest staying there and do not want to ask them to leave for 2 night to honor our reservation we made in June!! The GM refuses to call me. I worked in hotel management and when guest check in long term they are told any reservations that room has. This is a unique roomI am upset this would happen.Beyond that, the rooms smell of weed and cigarettes bad!! There are always shady people lurking around and drug deals happening all over the property.We have never felt unsafe and always enjoyed staying there for the room with the pool which is unique but overall there are much better optionsI do not Recommended any longer due to poor customer service.A reservation IS a legal contract and they are fine not honoring itRooms: Outdated. Smell of weed and cigarettesSafety: Lots of shady people lurking around and have been offered to buy dope more than once. Seen drug deals done in the parking lot and even had a man try to come in our room because his “hook up” was there the day before.

Terrible!! Took my money!! I reserved a room on a Thursday evening for a Saturday check in. Plans for me changed by Friday morning. I called that Friday morning at 0600, well before my 24 hour check in. I tried to cancel and told me I couldn’t. I stayed on the line after requesting to speak to supervision and was on hold for over an hour before I gave up. They still charged me for the room. I will never do business with them and will stay elsewhere when I go to ADA!! Terrible biz. And will let all of my folks to do the same.Noteworthy details: Terrible place to book with!!

I don't recommend this place at all. The maintenance guy has no respect for privacy. He came to the door and knocked he knew we were in there because the TV was on and we were talking but due to me being exposed I didn't open the door that's when he decided he was going to open the door anyways. He saw me with no clothes on due to me getting ready to shower and still tried to come in the room saying I got a note the light bulb needs changed. My bf and I said no it doesn't trying to get rid of him and he still tried to come in until my bf got in front of the door and said no we don't need the bulb. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. Then when I told the front desk all they said was I'm sorry.

This place needs an update for sure. It’s 105 degrees outdoors and the air conditioner barely works. Very run down. Bed linens had holes in them. Carpet felt like it was filthy. Room did not smell good. Plus I was charged $25 over the price I later found on the web site.Rooms: Need updated

I've stayed at this hotel many times, it's a good price for the rooms. Never had an issue until the last stay, but staff made everything right. They did have a group of loud and obnoxious guests (contruction workers) at the pool, but the staff kept them under control for the most part. Until a fight broke out, then the staff kicked them out, which I applauded. They lost a lot of income by removing them but gave the other guests peace, so they did the right thing.Rooms: Bed, TV, cable, fridge and microwave.Nearby activities: Lots of places to eat and drink nearby (walking distance) .Walkability: Lots of eateries nearbyFood & drinks: All the main restaurants are close enough to walk to

First of all I scheduled one day a head for a birthday party had to put 100 deposit down so the day of the party my rooms was left dirty and they said thst they would have to give me another room I explained that I need my rooms joined. I don’t even get that. As we go into the room to decorate it. I seen the bathroom was dirty with hair on the tub. And there was trash behind the end table and I looked on the other side where the headboard was there was a can pop cans there then in the couch there was a car charger in the crack of the chair as candy 🍬 and trashRooms: Room was dirty

Trying to get the key card to work in the door thing was very irritating. The food was okay. And yes it is a older facility and it does need some upgrades on the building and some other upgrades on the AC units and heaters.Rooms: The units in the room could use some upgrading. Just a heads up...We reserved a room here. Went to check in about an hour early and was told they werent sure when or if a room would be available and then requested an extra $100 cash deposit over the $95 we paid at the time the reservation was made. She stated it was in case of damages, even though they had our card on file. And theres a sign taped on the front desk that we should have read. We cancelled the room and went elsewhere, for less, and got a better quality hotel.

Stayed there last weekend, and had a awesome time! I love being home too, and and able to see my friends, while my kitten has a wonderful room to enjoy and play in. He loved it! Very nice. The pool was clean, and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was more than helpful, fast and efficient. I won't stay anywhere else since last weekend! The best part is that checkout time is noon! For people like me, always running late, lol

I’m a pilot car driver, I stay at a bunch of hotels, and stay at many Quality Inn’s. This particular one made my do not return list. Bed was clean and comfy but that was about it. I had to clean the room before I felt comfortable taking a shower or using the toilet. Had ants everywhere, more water came out of the bathroom sink faucet than the bath tub shower head, carpets were funky and sticky with grime and yuck, mirrors had handprints and smeared (I don’t even wanna guess what it was) filth all over them.Let me warn you now, if you have low expectations and low standards of cleanliness then by all means stay here.But if you want a clean shower, clean bed, and clean room I suggest you go somewhere else!

Mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Room is dingy with flaking paint. Sidewalks are crumbling. Pool deck is an accident waiting to happen. Pool is half empty and unusable. Netflix and showtime wouldn't work and the phone in the room is not operable. Paid 108 dollars to stay overnight. Will never stay here again!Rooms: Room was dingy. Horrible front desk service scanned my card for 2 deposits... shower water filled up in tub due to not being able to drain very fast.. lady at the front desk was beyond rude... The pool they advertised is not open.. only thing I can say is I didn't see any bugs....shower appeared clean however there was someone else's bar of soap still in there.. I don't see this place's doors staying open much longer.. dont waist your $

I’ve been stayed here for 3 nights. First room I was given the A/C didn’t work. Second room was better. The A/C worked but the room smelled like mildew from the condensation of the A/C and the carpet was not vacuumed. Also on the second night I woke up with bites on my arm hands and head. Not sure what got me but I had been bitten. Then on the third night I took pictures of maybe why there are bugs in the room. The front door has a gap at the bottom about a quarter of an inch. Also the staff does not refill the breakfast counter every day. I’ve noticed that it’s about once a week. Future visitors beware.

This is an older Hotel but rooms are spacious and clean. For all you big rig and heavy haulers, parking is excellent. Many places to park and turn around. They have a bar inside and swimming pool outside. Price is very good and parking lot is well lit. Not much on breakfast yet but it seemed like they were remodeling for an expansion. Overall, this place is pretty good to stay at.

Husband and I traveled from out of state to attend the memorial service for his mom. As soon as we opened the door to our room the smell of smoke hit us like a ton of bricks (we requested a non-smoking room). There were stains on the wall of what appeared to be dried blood. Also there appeared to be the same stains on the interior of the bedside lamp shade and fixtures. We should have complained at that time but honestly we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Next morning we both showered and in the corners of the shower there was visible mold. The accent chair next to the bed had burn holes on the arms and various stains. We were both extremely disappointed with the quality of the room. If you can afford to spend a few dollars more I highly recommend upgrading to a better hotel. You'll be glad you did!

Always a fantastic stay here! The pool is always clean. The staff there are so bubbly and respectful. The rooms are always nice and clean. The beds are SUPER comfy, the little pillows are very fluffy, and the water pressure is phenomenal. Looking forward to my next stay.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, even when I had to change the room number. Single room is very spacious and clean, and the same goes for the pool. Everything about this place is great. My only complaint is that I found a previous tenants empty alcohol bottle in the room. If not for that I'd give this place five stars instead of 4

This hotel is friendly, clean and has gorgeous landscaping. The rooms have granite counter-tops and a cool color scheme. The beds are comfortable and the pillows have some fluff to them, very nice.I was particularly impressed with the hotel manager's care and concern when learning my sister was in the ICU with covid. I will definitely stay here again.

They blatantly disregarded the fourth amendment.The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. I frequently used this motel as a get away from my roommate and they have very comfortable beds compared to the couch I usually sleep on. I've never any any issues or been an issue at this motel. I actually worked for them for about a week. Anyway Housekeeping entered my room 30 min prior to check out. I had even called the front desk and confirmed my check out time with them but Housekeeping went in anyway. I had a bong located under the nightstand. She called the police and i was arrested. I will take the charge I received but that motel needs to take their wrongs too. They are nosey and unethical. My bong was not bothering anyone. I didn't have any visitors, no loud music, nothing to draw attention to myself. Think what you want. I was legally in the wrong but so are they.

Not in particularly good condition. I asked for non-smoking and the first room they gave me #101 smelled bad of cigarettes. The second room #131 was better but the shower didn't work. It would have been worth the extra money to stay in the Hampton Inn up the road. I chose Quality Inn because I usually don't have any problems.
