Expensive. Rude employees. They have a very small adoption thing. We went in and they had one cat for adoption. You can not pet the cat. You can not hold the cat.How am I supposed to interact with the animal (s) for adoption to see if we get along and decide to adopt or not? They should NOT have an adoption center. Especially if the only interaction is with the rude employees.Poor animals

Went in there past 3 times and they wanted to give me a hassle about cutting my dogs nails. The last time i went in there i had to carry my 100lbs dog in there and wait 20 minutes just to be told they didnt have a groomer available after i asked the employee for one.Before that i have came in a couple times doing a walk in, and the issue i had was they didnt even trim my dogs nails but a couple millimeters. I wouldnt recommend the groomer and they arent even there half of the time. My dogs vaccines are up to date but today was the first time they asked me for confirmation papers.

Only pet store in Ada. Very high quality products. They often have clearance prices on expensive dog food. They also have cats for adoption. Clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

LOVE THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY KYLA!!! Store is clean, prices are good, and variety of options available is good considering the store is a little smaller. We moved recently and started using Petsence after receiving a recommendation. Best decision made for our fur babies! Keep up the good work!

I don't know about all the employees that work here but the one that was here when we went was very kind and helpful and more than generous. She helped us find everything we needed for a new puppy that we rescued. I would definitely recommend this store

A nice pet store with very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced items with a great variety. Pet-friendly, my dog loves to go in stores and always gets treated like a little princess by the employees when she visits Petsense. They recently renovated and the store looks very nice inside.

I have a tiny puppy. I bought a harness that was to big. I came in the next day and the young lady came from behind the register to help me. She found a xxs harness that works wonderfully. Every time I have been in the store the employees are always kind and helpful.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in here. But it's a nice shop with reasonable prices on basic pet supplies. Not a lot as far as bird or exotic pet supplies, but if you need something for your cat or dog, they probably have it. They also had a half dozen very sweet kitties that were up for adoption. If I didn't already have 6 of my own, I would have took one home. Worth going to look around.

They have great dog foods but everything else is very over priced the groomers are ok but some (most) are in training and will butcher you poor dog as practice but still charge you full amount I personally think if you were in training that you should have to let the person know that you are doing this as a training session and if they will allow you to do it then they get it half off for using a student groomer but they don't do that and they don't tell you anything about your groomer best bet is to find one you like a make requests for the specific groomer.

Decent selection. Horrible prices. Almost everything i have looked at in this store is outragiously priced. Most things you can find atleast half the price anywhere else. The staff is is friendly though. Not a terrible store just shop smart to save money.
