I used to work here more than two decades ago, and it was a really good lumberyard at that time, and it will always be better than Home Depot.Lately, however, I’ve had some issues. I ordered windows and the order got a little messed up, and they took a little too long to make. Now I’m sitting here waiting for those windows and some siding to be deliver. It should have been here two hours ago, and now I have lots of construction guys just standing around right now. So, not a great experience overall.

Everyone is always kind and helpful. They remember you and are eager to listen to what you need no matter how minute. You might just need a wrench or perhaps you are working on a large project. If they can't help or don't have what you need they attempt to lead you in the right direction. I love when they mark down random things from copper wire to light switches.

Very helpful. I was looking for tools to change my brake light and I had never done it. I had also just moved to the area and had gone to multiple other places for help without any luck and had resolved to do it myself. A worker named Ben not only helped me find the right tools but also took the time to come out and help change the light because I made a comment I had never done it before. I will be returning when I need more home maintanence help, advice, and tools. Highly recommend!

We stopped going there. Staff won't wear masks in direct violation of the Constitutionally valid law and public health practices.. Obviously they don't make their customers wear the masks either. We're not the only ones who have stopped going because of this.I have been coming to JB's since we moved to Ada. Three is always a worker there who can answer your questions and get you right to what you're looking for. They are the only place we buy paint from. Got our wheelbarrow from there and our rakes and shovels. We put up a fence and got everything we needed from JB's. Free popcorn is a plus and why our going daughter looks forward to being there. The staff have always been great with her too.

I recommend buying on Amazon especially with Covid' running rampant. Masks don't work' it's best if ACE would just close down and prevent the spread of Covid. Btw' Anazon has More selection' cheaper prices.
