Horrible prices and had 12 people in line with 1 checker... who decided it was a good time to give shopping recommendations and directions as well as eating places recommendations while everyone waited in line. Took 25 minutes and I will never go to this place again!

There was a stain on the shirt I wanted to get for my son because we were going to the lake so I needed a change of clothes for him well anyways they wanted 6 dollars for the shirt and it was a big stain I asked if they could change the price and they said no..

Some good deals can be found, but some prices are absolutely RIDICULOUS. Was looking at buying a planter, I noticed it sold NEW from Ross for 2.99, This Goodwill has it marked at 3.93. You're kidding right? Its not worth more used than it was new. No, I didnt buy it. Be careful! Dont assume just because it's a Goodwill that you are getting a good deal.

Sizes are all mixed up you have to hunt. Would be better if it was my size and not color. Wasted time. Ppl seem nice enuff

I love to find vintage clothes, art and toys for my baby boy. I believe the prices are a little high for something donated but I'll always enjoy thrift shopping 🛍️

Going down hill fast.The free donations go in, the prices keep going up. Goodwill says they help people, but there are no signs of it here. There is no job center anymore to help people find work, they do not have the disabled workers anymore. So how do they help people?Now the prices for used merchandise are almost as expensive as getting new at Walmart. I have seen items with store prices lower than the the goodwill sticker. Their excuse is prices are determined by OKC. It's a cop out. They also have a 50% discount color of the week, which is also bs, as they pull that color off the shelf that day, and ship to other stores so their products can't be sold at half off.Another ripoff is "do you want to round up?", In other words donate more to an organization that keeps cutting services to our area.If you want to donate to an organization that helps Ada and the surrounding areas, Just Gotta Have It, and Salvation Army are better choices.

Pretty good stock. Service left something to be desired. Cashier barely even acknowledged my existence and left the bag on the counter instead of handing it to me. People have bad days, so I'd still come back and hopefully have a better experience next time. I usually find good stuff here. Keep in mind the dressing rooms are closed so it's kind of luck of the draw for finding clothes.

We come here quite often. The place stays moderately clean and we find lots of cool items! I foubd a Das Horn beer drinking cup today that was totally rad. They have daily color coded specials and sometimes you can find really great deals.

A large great selection, very clean, well organized, and the staff were the most helpful. There are dressing rooms to try on clothing before you purchase it. The prices are cheap but the clothing is mostly name brand. I found unique clothing and items that I can't find locally or would have cost too much for my budget otherwise anywhere else.

These employees are so offensive. They stopped my minor child to check her purse! I asked if she had picked anything up that would fit in her purse to have them think she was stealing. No, of course not. Why are they asking to see inside her purse? I would hate to think these employees are racial profiling. She was in their establishment looking for work shirts. After that incident, I will not allow my child to support that type of behavior!!! 😡

The people there are wonderful. Polite, friendly and helpful. The store is well lit and clean. The merchandise is in decent shape. I have shopped here before, I will shop here again, and I will invite friends.

I love when they have half off sales 9n the whole store like they did today. You can get so much quality stuff for really cheap! Deals galore! ❤️❤️❤️

Lots of nice things. Nice clothes but crammed on racks to tightly and lg, med, sm, mixed together. Some items a bit pricey for a goodwill store. Staff is always cheerful and helpful.

I can get great deals on children's books here, especially if I use the color-coded bargain system and buy the books coded to that particular day.

Older customer needed help out with a heavy item she bought and the cashier told her they can't help her then the cashier argued with other customers that were in line.

This is the highest goodwill i have ever been into and I travel with ny fiancé. 11$ a shirt or jacket? Oh my gosh, everywhere else I’ve been its 2.99-5$. For free stuff that’s crazy. Also this is the only goodwill that isn’t size organized so its kinda annoying. Sorry wouldn’t recommend

I love goodwill and always have I must say they are getting awful pricey. The clothing can nearly be bought brand new for the price. The picture frames are extremely overpriced.

Goodwill Ada Oklahoma has different sales everyday. Their inventory labled with colored markers depends on the days sale. Sometimes up to 90 percent off. Good 2nd use inventory, cloths, movies, electronic, kids, books shoes etc.

I used to love to go in once or twice a week. I'm frustrated there's no sizes for pants or shirts. Put the store back the way it was.
