As always they are so kind always moving around and staying busy and always expecting me right before they close, sorry yall, but thank you for being so kind to my service dog 💕he loves yall and yall are the only place i can find a bag of treats that I dont see the ingredients on at first glance. I'm extremely satisfied and honestly this is what brings me back. The quality fir the price is sincerely unmatched

I felt as if I was suspected of something before I entered and then the cashier for reasons he making sure I wasn't disrespectful in my tone had me repeat that "I like to only purchase these items".But what I saw when I approach the register in just seconds is the bag he said I must leave at the door was now in his hand ,, Dollar general seems more down to earth. They may have been stole from and line takes longer ,, unless your recognized they will treat you like everyone else. Thanks Dollar General. Just saying

Was in there about a month ago and my daughter and I were told she couldn’t have her backpack (it is a backpack that is also a purse) in there. Told us she had to leave it behind the register. I asked the cashier if something came up missing out of it…could I hold her responsible. Was of course, told no. I asked to speak to a manager (it was a new one) and was told that yes, we had to leave it behind the register. (We had been in the store at least 15mins before the cashier even noticed). There wasn’t any signage on the entrance or near the registers stating that you couldn’t have a backpack in the store. We left and haven’t been back since.

The family dollar in allen ok is very un organized. The workers are either outside sitting down or standing at the registers on their phones. I've only seen 3 employees actually working. And they were working on the dollar tree side. They are very unprofessional and don't even greet the customers when coming into the store. In my opinion the store won't last long when the workers won't work. The workers are so rude they will be on their phones and make you wait instead of scanning your groceries then taking care of their personal business. They need someone to come in and show them how to be polite and how to be good workers and that's sad cause they're all over the age of 19.

Knowing that that's the only store open and it snowed hella lot on Valentine's day with only one worker and he did an amazing job! He didn't lose his cool and handled that whole store like a boss

Staff was amazing and helpful. The store manager however needs to get organized😞. I can't find anything past the carts. Sad.

Yes it was a good in and out not to many people this Monday evening. The cashier was friendly and the store had everything i needed today.

It's just not the same as it was!Family Dollar was my go to store but they have changed since the opening of the "Other Dollar".Even the employee act and treat people different from the way it used to be.Anyway just my opinion.Got to go to the "Other Dollar store" to pick up a few things.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The night shift workers get to see me quite a bit and its nice to be able to go in a place and kind of feel like your at home with friends.

They have done a nice job of cleaning up this place. It has stuff you need, and some stuff you can't find but hey its not a walmart. Would recommend.

Don't dislike, generally cluttered CSR are not friendly. Rarely acknowledge a patron rather me, in 15+ years I've got acknowledge once this year.

The selections are good. Staff is mostly snooty though. Need to work on that part. That's main reason I don't go their often.
