Took my little girl and little boy to eat here and took my little girl in the bathroom to this. Thank god she slowed down a little and didn’t go and touch this. Ice cream was great, but cleanliness was very poor !

I stopped in, got some sweet tea, a salad & a bag of cheeseburgers to go. Somehow a chili cheese fry was added to my order. Megan was not happy that she had to be interrupted w giving me a refund. The Cashier who took my orders seemed new So I let it slide that he was incredibly rude, Didn't make eye contact, Asked me "what do you want" When it was time to take my order And didn't give me a total, but had me put my card in the machine. Never offer a thank you or anything, Just handed me my number and expected me to know the procedure. Which fortunately I did since I waited twelve minutes for my order to show up. I stopped the manager on the way out and told her she needed to Have a chat with their employees. I could not believe how rude they were.I don't know if I will be back. The food is great and i'm told the family is wonderful as well But I'm simply not impressed with the employees at any of the Braums in OK I've stopped at.... There seems to be an attitude and work ethic issue at the oklahoma braum stores i've been to. I Have had no negative experience at the one in Denton, that I stopped to on the way to dallas

There was a sm puddle of water on the floor. One customer mentioned it to the cashier. Nothing was done. Nobody came out to clean it up after 10 min. I took it upon myself to find a caution sign and set it up. After ½hr. I asked for the manager as I left and told him. I don't know the outcome. Hopefully, nobody slipped and got injured.

My family goes to this Braum's weekly for double dip sundaes. When we first started the sundaes were a great portion and had all the toppings. Over the past several months services and the sundaes are severely lacking. There have been three occasions when we have had to send our sundaes back. On one occasion our wait was so long in the drive thru the ice-cream was more melted than formed and the other times for portions the size of a single dip. Management is disrespectful and childlike. We never have this problem when we drive across town to the Braum's on country club. Tonight was our last visit to this location. Just make it a point to frequent the country club location cause who can go without Braum's ice cream!! Upper management should really take a look at the employees/"managers" running this place in the evenings, it is sad.

You know when you go in there you expect to get the right stuff not only did I not get the right stuff had to wait 20 min!!!! For food 3 burritoes that weren't made right and a large biscuits and gravy not only that but 3 people that went after me got there biscuits but I had to wait this braums has gone so far down hill I don't think there's any saving it might as well just close up or start paying your people better to actually show up and work and get things right worst experience ever from this one

The Braums on Mississippi is quick.Not like the Braums on County Club are extremely slow. Once I placed my order, which was just a malt, It took them 20 mins to actually fix it.Parking: I went through the drive-thru window.

Braum's milk is the best! I have always loved it. There ice cream is great. Their burgers are better than most fast food places and try a cherry limeade! Also if Bob McGowan is still employed they have an excellent General Manager at the Tuttle operation. He is a good man!! I had the pleasure of working with him at another company.

I love going to this Braums! There are always extremely friendly and very family oriented. The inside is aleays tidy and the bathrooms are clean. The produce section is always fresh and clean. I have never had any issues with food while dining in. On occasion I have small issue with the drive thru but nothing to fuss over. I've ate here many times and will continue to eat here! Check out this yummy steak I got tonight!!

Pathetic. No hash browns for breakfast, but order the English muffin sandwich with sausage meal and they'll charge you for hash browns anyway, and throw in a cold muffin with no sign of warmth or toasting, a cold slice of ham instead of sausage, and egg not warm enough to melt the cheese.

Every time I come to this location my food is always messed up! How hard is it to make a burger with no ketchup and when I order a burger with bacon MAKE SURE THE BACON IS ON IT. Our friends and family will not be coming back to this location period. Can’t make the food right, the drinks always taste funny, and you guys can’t even fill the Braums sauce up. Giving us enough to literally dip our fingers in. If I could give 0 stars I 1000% would.

Got yelled at in the drive thru. I asked them why they let 2 people in the other line go before me basically just to see what they say. It took 20 seconds to be yelled at from some lady.Manager said she will look into it.No apology.

I visit this Store often. The Location appears to be well managed. Some of the employees are very nice but a couple of employees have problem with Customer Service Skills.Today I ordered something on the breakfast menu at 10:45 AM. The person's attitude about the order was totally rude and I did not get the order. She seemed to not care if I used the store or not!A week ago I ordered the Strawberry Chicken Salad. The attendant told me they were out of the 6 oz. Cottage Cheese. I asked if the price would be reduced but the employee told me, “no”. I refused to order.Employees with attitude problems will do nothing but drive off business!2 Stars

We are visiting Ada passing through from Spain to OKC to San Antonio. Kids have a tradition after school on Fridays "Ice cream Fridays" who are we (grandparents) to break the tradition... and the ice cream was delicious!!

This store is well maintained. The fresh market side is also well stocked and clean. My kids wife and I got some icecream and enjoyed the cool air inside this extremely hot day.Before we left we also picked up some fresh fruits and few drinks to enjoy on our way back to Oklahoma City.Just like everyone other restaurant, it is extremely hard to keep the place spotless. I would say the the inside, especially the fine inn area could use some cleaning.Another thing I would like to mention are the prices that are going high through the roof.It feels like it's getting harder and harder for the average joe to make a living now.Please follow, like and share.Thank you so much!

Was in the store on 4/19/222 from 2:45 - 3:15. Customer service needs some attention here. Only getting 2 stars because the burger was good after they remade it. First burger looked like a bite was take out of the bun. They tried to say the guy accidentally pulled off piece and tried to just throw another bun on there. I had to ask for them to remake it several times before someone who looked like they were on their way out in a green apron told them to remake it as ordered. Afterwards I decided I wanted a shake. I stood in line where you place ice cream order and several employees just looked at me. Not one asked if I wanted anything. After standing there for a few minutes I left.
