The manager Susan is absolutely one of the rudest most condescending people that I have ever dealt with. She talked to me like I was a child while I was trying to purchase a table and proceeded to treat her staff the same way in front of me. She is terrible I feel sorry for the employees!

The cleanest big lots I've been in. The selection is decent and the staff is nice. Be careful, we just spent $40 on junk food lol.

I found the perfect patio furniture at Big Lots and John the store employee was very helpful and nice. I used a 25% off coupon and saved even more on my purchase.
