Location and management of the chain vary considerably.This location was underwhelming for this visit.Our server was great!My steak was done perfectly, but it was the toughest steak I've ever had at Applebee's. Everyone else seemed ok with their food, and I preferred not to complain as it was my grandsons birthday and didn't want to ruin the mood.

The whiskey burger was alright. The breaded onion rings were a little to salty for me and I wish I had gotten jalapeños on it. I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered she asked if I wanted 5 Buffalo wings for a $1! I guess it was something they had going on when you order a burger between a certain time. Only issue I had was just the building itself is ran down and looking gross. Wish they’d come through and do a remodel sometime soon. It’s the type of grime that will take more than some elbow grease to bust through.

Walked in, hostess seated us. Looked through menu for 15 minutes. Get ignored. Went down the street to the steakhouse.Half the of Applebees was empty, this was on Monday at 7:00PM.Multiple employees on phones standing around ignoring tables, giggling about teenage things.Not spending money here.To owner: You do not have authority to put me to work. Not going to waste my time with a link. Never going back here again.Stops wasting my time.Customer service is non existent. I can see why your employees stand around and ignore customers just by the way you posted this link requiring work from me to address the problem . How about you do your job, and contact the store yourself. Why aren’t you doing secret shopping?Stop, just stop.When a customer has a bad experience, you don’t put that customer to work. You go to work for that customer to address the problem. You have a huge disconnect here.How about you respect my time and fix the problem without putting me to work. So disrespectful of my time. You aren’t the only business owner. Get your house in order.

Upon entering we were greeted by host. We asked for a table instead of booth( husband is handicap). Poor kid kept looking over his map like it was rocket science. They weren't busy. And several tables open. But he did get us seated. I had to first visit restroom. The state of the restroom was comparible to an outdoor convenience store restroom. All toilets were dirty and water pressure wouldn't allow it to flush. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt on our drinks. But the cups were clear and horribly filthy with water spots and one had lipstick. Silverware was not clean that she brought out. It took around 30 minutes for our food. (I don't mind waiting if it's hit and fresh). My first bite was of mac and cheese. It was cold. The shredded cheese on top wouldn't melt because it wasn't hot. But, the rest of our meal, Steaks and potatoes and salad were wonderful. My advice is to clean up a little and make sure the restrooms and dishes are clean. And not sure what took our food so long but it was a little lengthy. But again, the staff we encountered was pleasant. We were seated close to the bar and we could see the bar maid working while interacting and being friendly. I hope our next visit is a little better quality.

We were seated immediately and our drink order was taken. My unsweetened tea with lemon came with no lemon. No biggie. Our order was taken. Then we waited 45 minutes. There were 3 other tables besides us. 2 waiters that I could see, including ours. My daughter's order was wrong. We told our waiter, who tried to argue that she ordered a shrimp dish. She doesn't eat shrimp. We asked for our ticket and waited almost 20 minutes. Finally got the other waiter. He told our waiter and we finally got our ticket. Never did get our to go box that we asked for. Finally just left the food there. It wasn't THAT good anyway. Worst dining experience in a while. We won't be back.

Plates came. Out dirty with food from last serving sent them back they brought four more plates and they were dirty so sent them back they silverware was dirty when we got our food it was left overs from being cooked to long ago. And was hardly warm food was just not up to standard like Applebees used to be this is not the first time it was that way not sure if we will go back or not bad deal when you spend 100.00 on food that bad and not clean. One of the dirty dishes when it came out it had a baby bug on it not sure if it was a roach or an ant but keep walking around on the plate till they picked it up

Visit before after waiting an hour after ordering was told they were out of the double crunch shrimp I ordered. Then it took nearly another hour to get what I ordered.Today I ordered after waiting a considerable time then our appetizer came out with our meal. This place appears to be the most poorly managed unorganized Applebee's I've ever eaten in, in my life. Will not be going back!

I ordered before they closed. They even took the money off of my card. Now nobody even has tried to contact me or reimburse your money. Idk but if you are working with Uber or door dash or whatever agency it is. Then abide by the rules. Don't be a chump

If I could leave 0 stars, I would, my sister got her shoe caught on a rat trap they have UNDER THE TABLE, said they would take off our ticket and didn't, we paid $100 for food we couldn't even eat, it was absolutely horrible, how do u mess up 4 meals, I had to ask for a refill 3 times and the lady would barley come out the back, when she did, she sat there talking to the manager laughing and goofing around on clock hours, place isn't good, and the service is beyond horrible, I wouldn't even feed my dog this stuff, NEVER coming here EVER again. I recommend never coming to this place.

Did the carry out. They put some sort of sugar glaze in the box with my chicken strips instead of ranch, simple mistake, but it sucked. The bowl of soup, I paid $4.69 for, was a half cup! See picture, I only added the tortilla strips and had not taken a bite.
