The only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because I purchased some candied jalapeños here lol. This place has a price listed but then has underneath that price listed that they add 10% at the register. They have a general sign up front giving those who do not know how to figure percentages a general idea of what their added cost will be but are banking on customers being dumb enough not to care. Why not just list the item at the price you pay, makes more sense.

We’ve only been here a few times over the last year or so, but we usually have a decent time. It’s easy to find what we need or want for the day.I do agree with some people saying the total price of the time should already be on there. That would make it easier for me to do the math.I’ve paid a little more than I’ve expected sometimes, but nothing too outrageous.Well only come here if we can’t find what we need at other stores in the area or in town.

went today to use some coupons I had, a few wouldn’t scan, they wouldn’t just manually type in the coupon and take off the price…instead all the immature teenage kids working wanted to laugh and play dumb, like they never seen or used a coupon before. After all this I paid and walked out checking my receipt and realized they kept a few coupons that didn’t work or scan and I paid full price for the items. I went back in to get a refund on the item that was supposed to be free with the coupon and the teenage manager apparently refunded me but charged me 10% and tax again which I had already paid for the first time around and didn’t even refund the full price of the item. I am very unhappy and disappointed in this place. Kids need to grow up and do their job properly. Won’t be going back. Any other store I use coupons at I never ever have a problem!!!!!!

Our checker Deann went above & beyond to help my friend who was using a scooter with an injured arm, She Put her groceries on the counter for her. Then a kind young man Riley from the Meat Dept. took them to load into her car. Awesome Customer Service from these two. Thank you both!!!!

The floors are clean and there is a price on almost everything. The waiting at the checkouts is typical and the space around the registers makes the experience comfortable. There is an ever changing selection on the magazine rack and the specials are often a bargain. The store location is somewhat convenient .

"It's all about price" according to 10 Box opening day newspaper circular. The circular states "We price at cost...then add just 10% at the checkout." The store was new and clean. The decor was new & modern much like the "super food" grocery stores chains. The selections and varieties of items were numerous. I have never seen a Jackfruit...they had them. The selections of produce and meat were large and very well priced. From bulk to smaller individual items BOX 10 offered it. The large Isles and super friendly staff makes BOX 10 in Ada Oklahoma a place to shop.

Most horrible grocery store experience I have ever had. Let the checker know that the bacon I purchased was marked 7.40 it rang up 9.55. He claimed he took off the wrong price and put in the correct price. I told him he didn't remove the 9.55 because I saw it which he said he did. Got out to the car and checked the receipt. He charged me twice. It was 103 outside so I am already miffed about not being listened to in the first place. Go inside the "customer service" manager who may have been 19 came over. She didn't believe me. We checked it on the shelf it was 7.75. She didn't apologize for the checker or for the stores error. I used a debit card that seldom puts refunds back even after 2 weeks. If you call in they charge you to help you. I asked for the cash back because I explained to her they never give you refunds. She refused. When she refunded back to my card ( I hope) I asked for a copy because this was the only proof I had. She told me no. Can't you print me another one? I said I have to have proof. She said, you are not getting one and if you don't leave the store now, I am calling the police. I was not yelling at her or threatening violence. I do not understand. I did tell her you are the worst customer service agent I have ever encountered. Apparently, the truth hurts. She would be better employed at a prison or government torture facility so she can take out her unhappiness and aggression on the inmates. I said do you have a copy machine? You can make me a copy. She said I guess I can do that. She then refused to give me back my original receipt but I did get it. I cannot recommend this store until they try to re-train employees. I have been in customer service all my adult life. I never thought I would be almost sent to jail for complaining of being charged twice over bacon.... Sorry but this manager is poorly trained , could care less about her customers, and has a very low IQ (in my opinion.)

Always enjoy our trips to 10Box. It's a 25 mile drive one way but worth it every time. Update. Went yesterday to 10box different shift I usually go early but went late. The staff was great very helpful. The store was organized and clean. The checker was funny and quick. Definitely a great place.

I love shopping here. The prices are fantastic. I will make the 40 minute drive just for groceries. And my favorite coffee place is in the same parking lot.

As always the girls in here are great. My checkout person tho:/ broke. my. soul. when I asked for help locating the ingredients on a bag of dog treats he says he isn't gunna tell me anything else but he wouldn't buy it. I looked at him funny. He serooidly handed it back. "because it's from China. " 😱😟 there was a man behind me that seemed of such descent. And I couldn't have been more. just. urghhh. upset. 😡

Their meat quality and price is excellent. When buying large packages of meat their meat department will cut it into whatever size packages you require. Cutting loins into chops as thick or thin as you request same with steaks. Store is well stocked and very clean. Staff helpful. If you're budgeting you just need to remember that 10% charge will be added to total purchases at check out.

First time visit to a 10Box store. I did not really see a savings shopping here.Store was a little messy, it's a no frills type store and that is ok, save money when and where you can, I just did not find any savings on posted prices + 10%.

Pleasantly surprised ... the store had everything I needed , well lit without the harsh glare some stores have ... the store atmosphere is anything but chaotic, it's refreshing not to feel like I'm being hearded through the store. Employees were nice and helpful. Will go back

Very Amazed that the store was so clean and prices were low. Workers were very friendly. They even broke down the how the 10% works. Per grocery order not per items. Like some grocery store would charge. Cashier Lady was very friendly and funny.. I Love it. We were doing the check it out thing. I'm glad we did. ❤💜💙💜

Pretty good prices on meats. You can buy bigger quantities of other products. The staff is also friendly and help uou out to your car with your groceries. Well worth the trip even if you have to travel a little bit to get there.

I love sea food; I just bought a bag of Shrimp for $19.95, from another store (Wal-Mart). But at 10Box, though they add, for some reason, a 10% sir charge to your total, the same 16/20 shrimp, 3x the amount, in the bag, for $10.36. It's planting season, their seeds are $0.88 a pack, the other store (Wal-Mart) $2.75+. I will shop at 10Box. But I must confess, God! I miss grocery shopping in California. Still, the store is clean. The workers are friendly. And there's a Starbucks and other yummy stores, BBB, afoot.

Decent quality and prices. Definitely not crowded, which was nice. Parking was great, close to the door. Wide selection but they didn't have fresh cauliflower. Meat in good condition and an abundance of just about everything. I didn't like the lackluster bread selection.

It's a brand new store with some really cost saving as well as competitive prices on everything really. Super fantastic store with great attitudes, just what this place needed. A different shopping option that didn't have a big box store or a lipstick and rouge grocery store. New friendly up beat competitive easy to read pricing that doesn't make you read between the lines.10\10

Today was my first visit.UPDATE: Do not buy the $9.95 brown box of short ribs. Its a frozen block of scraps that is horrible. I took it to a local BBQ business to be smoked. They wouldn't even charge me because of the quality. I still gave them $20 for their efforts. I thought surely I could at least eat $10 worth out of that big box. I was wrong. I threw both big pans in the trash!I was pleased with all of my other purchases and may well visit them again in the future.
