Don't get me wrong I love shopping at Walmart just like the next person, the shopping experience however is not why I give this a 2 star rating! The real problem is within the employers, I worked there for 1 month shy of a year I was a hard worker d3dicated to my job and customers but as a human being life sometimes happens, I had a few times I had to call off or leave early for heath issues or family emergencies. Walmart is based on a points system I had hit my 5 points but had 2 due to fall off just days to weeks after but was let fo of IMMEDIATELY meanwhile other employees have hit 10 12 or even 18 points and nothing happens, they allow things to overlooked for certain people but not others and when a conflict arises they are quick to pass judgment instead of hearing each side out, they allow associates to bully others because "that's just how that person is" and have no sense of right vs wrong. As a customer I love Walmart I even love the majority of the staff... as a former employee I can not say the same and I am kind of happy they terminated me when they did because I was quickly climbing the ranks and this is just not a place I felt proud to say I worked for.

Don't ever buy anything for pick-up. Waited for over 4 hours for them to bring out one item. The store manager was a idiot no help.The workers were very slow and not helpful in any way.

I always find what I'm looking for and if I can't find something, the employees at this store are always very helpful, friendly, and courteous.

Considering the mass hysteria we are currently dealing with, the employees were in good spirits and were doing their best to restock. Please do not take these pictures as derogatory towards the store or the employees who work there. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating this trip is because the grocery entrance was completely out of carts, and being that the other entrance was closed (not abnormal as this is done nightly). Other than that, I'm just releaved I didnt need water, butter, beer, ice cream, frozen waffles, or more than one package of meat as those items were either completely gone or very few left. The completely empty shelves are where toilet paper and paper towels belong but were completely sold out.

We just stopped for a few things, & the employees were friendly. We found the items we wanted, & as always, bought more than we came for. The store was tidy as well.

Very quick service. I went in with a football list of things to get and managed to get nearly all with no issues. The associate at the sevice desk at that time was Kelly and she made my visit better then I had expected. Even got me a bike for these gas prices!

The guy they have collecting carts today March 6th is quite rude. Other than that the store seems ok.

I understand it’s their busiest season but there should still be someone me to answer the phone I tried 4 separate departments and was on hold each time long enough to disconnect.

No registers open need to check yourself out then stand in a line to show your receipt to show that you purchased everything you bought as you had to cash out yourself you stand in line for 20 minutes to do their job and then get harassed when you don't want to stand in another line to show

They need more cashiers!!!The check out lines are ridiculous for the elderly who can't do the self check out!!! Please bring back cashiers! And besides we don't get paid to do your jobs!!!

Had pantry moths in bird seed. They said get ahold of the company and did nothing and it cost me 400.00 to get rid of them

Who does not like Walmart? Many items at very reasonable prices. Grocery item you might not find what you think should be a staple. Supply and demand.

After scheduling a curbside pickup between 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. I found myself still waiting at 9:00 p.m. call the customer service number and was awarded a $15 credit on my next online grocery purchase so kudos Walmart 4star customer service! 🏆

Call Of Zanesville stores in Cambridge let it ring no one would answer the phone. I forgot one thing their customers. Kind of reminds you of Kmart seers and JC pennies as Kevin O’Leary says take it out back behind the barn and shoot it it’s done

They remodeled, moved everything around for a re-grand opening. They forgot to upgrade the elderly scooters. Store only has 3 but 2 of them are broke down. Been broke for a few years.

Staff is usually very nice. Although the one bummer is their jewelry counter; if you can actually get anyone to wait on you it took me about four visits , no kidding, they treat you like you're getting ready to heist the jewelry counter. I have never been treated that way in any store or boutique ever.Update: was there last week 15 minutes before they close and the guy at the door wouldn't let me in. Miles outta my way for that!!October Update, I don't like going there as much, on my way home from work, now that they are no longer a 24 hr. Store. That last 2 hours before they close, they mostly avoid customers, I feel bad asking for help.
