Staff were very inviting and friendly here. I was able to find a car charger for my phone in the electronics section. Lines weren’t too bad at all. Got through the self checkout in no time. Refilled my water bottle at the drinking fountain by the bathrooms and was then on my way.

This Walmart has some of the rudest employees! The personal shoppers for pickup orders are especially rude, the one with the pink hair takes the cake though. My favorite is when they get right in front of you so you can’t see or get to what you need and they act like you’re not even standing there. There are a handful of nice cashiers and that’s about it.

I always find more than I knew I needed, the added self esteem always helps me cope with shopping at such an evil place. Oh you probably don't know. Watch "The High Cost of A Low Price" it's a documentary about all the environmental/ human rights violations Walmart commits all while avoiding local taxes and simultaneously draining local city/county/state raised taxes to accommodate their facility, using the promise of creating new jobs, then not allowing those "employees" to get enough hours for benefits so more tax dollars go into welfare programs. Yeah watch it.Oh I need 9 volts and water based personal lubricant, the two aren't related, C'mon you know hat stuff is all rechargeable nowadays.

Walmart has the absolute worst customer service. I been standing here next to 3 employees waiting for someone to open the cologne cabinet for 3o min. All while one guy tried using a app to unlock the lock to the cabinet. I called customer service and the phone just keeps ringing.

Their website is never an accurate portrayal of what is actually in the store, their sales associates are rude, ignorant, or next to impossible to find and when you do find them they are usually incase or downright unwilling to help. The store which used to carry everything more or less in bulk often has virtually empty shelves. A store that used to be the guaranteed place to find anything you needed,, now you pretty much have to go to multiple stores to acquire the ite..

Absolutely terrible grocery pickup. Coshocton walmart is ready and has my groceries loaded up 5 minutes after arriving. 3 times now I’ve waited over 20min at this location before they were ready. All falls on terrible store management.

You always see employees on their phones and just chatting instead of working, or they're working at a snails pace. The expectations of the employees has dropped over the years, and it really shows.

The employees are always rude and don't know where anythings at so if you need help finding an item might as well pull up the walmart app on your phone and do it your self. Just like when u check out.

Had to check myself out!!! And wait 10 min for the person to come make sure I was old enough to spray paint. They should offer a discount for saving them money. Not like they pay well to begin with.

I love the new Reno at the South Walmart. It took a little while to find everything, but the isles are larger and they have organized items better . It is clean and set up better.

We are full time RVers. We stop often at Walmart’s to overnight while traveling.Clean store.Huge lot, mostly level parking spaces, next to the Garden Center. Very quite. Great WiFi connection to Walmart.If I need a place to park over night and going this way, this Walmart is a really great one.

Christmas items were supposed to be 75% off. None of it rang up sale price so I left it at the checkout. Not enough cashiers as usual. Long lines. Customer service poor. Employees look tired and overworked. Sad.
