Great store in Zanesville! Customer service was great, I had never been to this TSC before and asked a young man where the padlocks were located. He gave me the location and found them immediately! Overall, a great shopping experience!

This store was easy to find and easy to get in and out of. The store was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the shelves were very well organized and stocked. They had exactly what I was looking for at a good price. There is a big variety of products in this store.

Always appreciate this TSC location. Curbside or inside pickup for online orders, nice competent employees, well stocked and organized store. Makes a certain other farm store in South Zanesville look even worse by comparison. It's farther for me, and usually more expensive, but I still prefer TSC.

Quality of bird houses were poor. Our birdhouses purchased broke apart at bottom or sides after one week. Store was dirty with rodent urine and feces on products and shelving. Some staff were not wearing masks properly, revealing nose and mouth, leaving entire guard under chin. Some staff were not friendly nor helpful. One cashier lied to my daughter and I to get a charge card which I discussed with the manager after first billing cycle which she made it right. Kudos to her! Because of her actions, we continue to get our supplies there and did not cancel our cards.

Overall a good store. Be careful when ordering online for pick up as they will sometimes give you items that have been torn orripped, then re-taped. These items will be less in amount but they charge you full price.

Great place to me anyway....buy all my dog food here and a lot of dog stuff.staff is helpful and courteous......also vist the cats in the back that are up for adoption 😊

Always helpful staff, generally well stocked with the animal feed, tools, and supplies I'm looking for with occasional good deals. More depth in a number of things that are particularly useful in an agricultural or rural setting. This Tractor Supply has an urban/ rural mix that's about right for a store located in relatively modest urban setting.

Very quick and pleasant getting grill tank filled. The associate was very polite and even checked me out at the propane station so I didn't have to go back into the store again!

I've been in 3 of their stores. Pretty much all the same. Nice employees, laid back environment, don't pay their employees enough. Well stocked. Most rural supply , outdoor, and clothing. Found pair of C E Schmidt Wellington steel toe work boots that are best I found. Better than the big names, Wolverine, Mudd. Full line of lawn, garden, farm supply thst i need. Their brand Ground Works., better or as good as big names, Ortho, etc.

No space what soever in clothes with a cart. Very disappointed. Could find no one to tell me where, or if mens Levi's are being sold there any longer. Couldn't find them. Probably my last trip there. Seriously.

My local TSC, Zanesville, is staffed with super polite help. Of course, there are buzy times and days, and products can run out, as was the case on Saturday. Still, I like TSC.

This store is not enforcing wearing masks. Just shopped there and counted over 10 customers without a mask and no one was saying anything to them. All employees were wearing them at least.
