I take both my Mini Poodles, Coco, and Penelope and they do such an amazing job, they are always freshly bathed, the grooming is on point. They smell amazing and they always leave with the cutest bandanna. They have the friendliest staff, and the places is very clean with a lot of amazing house plants. They wouldn’t let me get very good pics lol.

She's kind and she's very gentle with dogs and cats just having a big mama up there cat to get the mats out she was an outside cat brought in so she had a lot of mats she came back very pretty

I'm really not happy with them. First time and last time going. Got my dog in the car and noticed his eye was injured. They took 5 hours to groom him. He smells like a strong old ladies' bathroom, probably to cover the cigarette smell in the place. The cut was good and is the only positive.

I have guinea pigs. These ladies are great. I have no complaints. I can call any time for a nail trim.

This is the first time taking my pet to a groomer. I was impressed by the staff and how friendly they were. The groomer is an animal lover and very loving towards the pets. My baby girl was so happy and well groomed. I will most definitely be using her again. ❤❤

Took Mollie here for the first time. They are wonderful, it's obvious that they love dogs. She looks beautiful. We'll be coming back regularly!

When you walk in the first thing that hits you is the smell of cigarettes. I left our dog there anyway because we had an appointment. The girl asked for a number to reach me. I left my number. 4 1/2 hrs later I stopped in. The girl said she texted me. She did not. She apparently texted my daughter. I can say our dogs toenails and paws looked great. The rest of her hair was not cut. If she had a bath I wouldn’t know. Only thing you could smell was cigarettes. There was several dogs running around loose. I saw 2 pee on the floor. Dog hair everywhere they were peeing on. I ask the girls if they were house dogs. She said they were the owners pets. We won’t go back. Who wants their dog to smell worse than they did when you dropped them off? Nothing worse than the smell of cigarettes!!

I will start by saying we only had one visit so it’s not like we have tons of experience with this company. Having said that, our first and only experience with this company was bad. We had our dog scheduled for grooming at 4:30 and at 8:00 we were still waiting to pick up our dog. When we finally did get our dog back I was kind of shocked. The brutal truth is that it looked like something a 10 year old would do to their pet. Missed spots, uneven cuts, shaved in some places, overall not great. I do understand that our dog probably didn’t want to sit still all that long but I can give it a bath for 20 minutes no problem and if you want to groom dogs for a living you should be able to deal with it. They did give us a discount but only because of a miscommunication and not because of the hack job. Some people may have had better experiences but ours wasn’t good. I won’t be going back. I don’t want to be too harsh because it is a local business and they need support but I don’t want my dog looking like a kid experimented on it with some clippers. Another thing that is aside from the quality of grooming is that there is a really bad smoker smell which isn’t really a problem for some people but I don’t like it.

This was the first time my pup had been to a groomer and she looks amazing. I was so they would cut her to short but it’s absolutely perfect and she SMELLS soooo GOOD 😊

My dog has some anxiety issues and the staff at Shaggy Chic are accommodating of his needs and make sure he is comfortable. He and I love them! They always do a great job and his hair cuts always look great.

I had asked to have just a little trimmed off my dog and when I picked her up, I hardly recognized her. The place smelled like cigarette smoke and so did my hair when I walked out of there.

Michelle is the ONLY groomer that will ever touch any of my dogs. She treats every dog that comes in as if they were her dog. I wish all groomers "got it" like Michelle does.

I took my dog here and dropped him off at 2:00 I did not get him back till 7:00 p.m. . Then when I got him home I noticed he was limping and was hurt the next day I called them to ask them what had happened they would not answer the phone and they did not return the message that I left for them I would never recommend these people to anyone and I will never be back to this business
