This place is horrible and the pharmacy is the worst. I now know why Rite Aid is going bankrupt. Why would you fill my prescription at 4:55pm then close at 5pm when you're supposed to be open till 6pm. I am 100% going to transfer all my prescribed medications to another pharmacy that is reliable. ✌️

I am extremely disappointed in the female pharmacist that had the audacity to laugh at my daughter who was picking up a medication to help her with panic attacks and anxiety. It is hard enough for people to ask for help and no one should be rude and disrespectful to a person who is desperate for help. I assume if you are a pharmacist you know the medications and why someone would need it. Your behavior could have pushed her over the edge. You should be ashamed of yourself. You are an adult in a field that should be helping people not hurting them. Your job is to teach people about the medication not laugh at them and treat them like they don’t matter.

Called to transfer prescription, asked if they stocked it, was told because it was a controlled substance they would not tell me if they had it in stock, said I would need to call my Dr. How are you supposed to know if they stock it if they won’t tell you. What a joke they are, I will just drive a little further to not deal with them.

This place has gone downhill in the last year or so. A Lot of employee turnover lately and the new ones are not helpful or nice. I don't feel confident in them filling my scripts, as I have asked for medication info that they don't seem to know how to answer. I finally transferred my prescriptions elsewhere. Tired of receiving bad customer service after giving them multiple chances. Tired of waiting in line a long time just to get horrible service. I hope they get their act together! Management must have ticked off all the good, former employees. :(

One lady is very rude and you have to tell her your info like 3 times they have claimed a few times my doc didn't send scripts had issues about my insurance several times on what I'm to get also I just waited 15 min to drop of a script. Itsjust poor customer service just picked up script and got the rude lady I spoke earlier she's very rude and has a bad attitude she ran her mouth something if she had the time she would do something I just ignored her I've had issues with her before also I don't have any insurance at the moment so I'm paying cash I already called down and told them what to cancel and it didn't get done if it wasn't so close to my home I would go some where else but lady needs to learn customer service.

I was just there, I stood at the prescription counter for a few minutes and No One offered to help me. So I left! So many times I go to pick up my scripts and I have to go around the store and wait through the Drive again because they didn't give me all my scripts! They always have different people working the pharmacy that don't seem to know what they are doing. I need to switch pharmacy's.

Rude and they didnt charge my insurance for months. I thought the medication just went up. They are give me a hard time to get my money back. Then I had it with them today. when my brother finaly got ir. The only medication for after surgery they only gave me the antibiotic. Of course it was close to 6. So it's to late now. In pain till tomorrow.They get right almost never. Terrible pharmacy with good store clerk's!

Extremely slow! I dont have time for this. Every time I go here to pick up my meds I have to wait hours, my doctor even sent in my meds and its been 3 hours and still not ready I'm going somewhere else for now on and I suggest everyone else do the same.

Worst pharmacy or store to shop at!!! All the women do is sit around and talk and gossip nobody wants to help you they get mad and sigh they act like your a burden to them! I recommend going else where maybe CVS or Walgreens

Used to be a decent pharmacy with normal 15-20 minute wait time now you sit in drive thru for 45 minutes while they get scripts ready that has been there for over 5 hours
