Love this place...got 2 Bearded Dragons from here. Both are doing wonderful and after buying them and crickets I got mad points to get them even more. I also got fish from there and they are great. They keep stock up which helps with all my babies. Also got 2 black cats and a big dog.

Such a nice store and staff. Always helpful and accommodating. I bought the cutest tag for my dog that said “Hello my name is Griffin”, much like the typical name tag stickers we’ve all had to wear at public gatherings over the years. It was hilarious!! The associate at the desk laughed with me about that and helped me engrave it. There was also a very friendly and helpful staff member working in the grooming department. She was able to answer several questions I had and help me book next-day appointments for both of my dogs.

It's a good place but items are way overpriced. Cat capsules are 7-10$ there for one months pack for one cat.... I get mine e 2-4$ for 3-6 months supply for my 2 cats online

I’ve had good experiences with petsmart grooming until today. It took them five hours to simply bathe and grind nails. When I got my dog home, I discovered his underbelly was completely shaved. I never ordered any kind of for trim during this appointment. It was strictly a bath and a nail trim. When I return to the store to address the issue, the manager was in agreement that this was unacceptable and refunded my money. However the groomer who did this first claimed it was part of the package I ordered then said it was because the fur was matted which was absolute bologna.

I have been in pet smart a couple of times now and there Staff has been wonderful they have been so helping with helping me get stuff I need for my new puppy today I went in to get a harnesses for him and your employee Tessa I believe her name was (I tried looking at her name tag but kinda hard when she was fitting my puppy for his harnesses) but she was so nice and very helpful and my puppy Isaiah Loved her even though he was nervous being in a new environment and Renee was also every sweet to him and me as well I appreciate the great services they provided they make it so much easier on a new dog mom!

Outstanding customer service. We needed to purchase a first hamster for our daughter, the lady working the floor explained I'm detailed the types of cages, food, needed vs wanted items and the temperaments of each hampster type. This is where we purchase all of our pet supplies now.

I love coming here for pets such as a mouse or hamster even adopted a cat back in December. He is such a lovable goof ball. Plus they got everything you could possibly need for your pets.

Nice people, terrible at keeping dog trainers though. Had to cancel our dog training after our group went through nearly 4 different trainers cause they kept quitting randomly. Otherwise, a good place to get small toys and treats for your furry friends.

If I could give them a -5 star rating I would. I purchased over $70.00 in fish all died by morning, they said they couldn't do anything because I'm disabled and unable to bring them to store.

My favorite pet store to date. They have everything you need for your pets. Reptiles, wide display of fish, birds, and pocket pets. They even have some of the shelter cats there for adoption ❤️ The store is always super clean and the staff is friendly.

I went to PetSmart today to find a different food for my cat's because the texture and shape of the one they usually eat was changed and they would not eat it. They helped me go over several options and I found one to try and my cats are eating it like crazy. Thanks for all you do for the community and your customers PetSmart.

This location was very clean and everything was well stocked. The associate was so sweet and polite and asked very nicely before petting our puppy. The cleaning station is very convenient when your pet has a little accident while shopping. Clean store, lots to choose from, and very nice associates. Alfredo will definitely be back!

I tried to buy 2 Guinea pigs, but the lady needed proof that i had cages, requested that i should drive badk home and take a picture or buy a cage and bring the receipt, saying she wanted to make sure the pig was in a safe home as if she thought it wasn't. Kids were super disappointed, we drove and hour away to get treated this way, we already picked the ones we wanted but no sale.

We took the puppy training class with our new goldador pup and absolutely loved it. The trainer, Rachel, was so friendly and inviting. She got to know each pup and their family and worked with all to ensure they understood the skills. It was a very organized class, but allowed time for breaks and practicing skills. We’ve already signed up for her intermediate class and plan on doing the advanced as well. Petsmart really found a gem in her!

Always low on stock and expensive. Then they want you to donate causing more expense. I feel that the chain of stores should lower prices or donate.
