You have a great business with great employees!! Your assistant manager was courteous over the phone (in fact the ONLY shop to even answer for me, an hour away drive so rather important I knew you carried an item) and, more importantly in person. She helped select the best products and was honest about items that wouldn't fit the bill or were waste of resources for my specific pets.Really wonderful and helpful woman and that means a LOT when looking for what you need. Will make this our usual stop from now on!

Went here today to get a harness for my dog. The man helping me was very helpful and listen to what I wanted for my dog. Awesome customer service and very friendly! Made me feel welcome even with my 4 little ones with me! Will definitely be coming back!

This place is the best! The staff is so nice and very knowledgeable. Rhonda helped out with everything I needed for our new puppy. She recommended great things! I'll never shop anywhere else, they truly earned my business.

Had a great time here! Just stopped in to get a harness for my chihuahua and got some great advice and incredible coupons! Rhonda was the absolute best out of any pet store representative I've ever talked to. My poor chihuahua has some terrible allergies and her advice really helped him. He absolutley LOVES the toy that she recommended. Its got special scents in it to help calm your dog down. Really works. Great place, never going anywhere else.

Excellent store with great help, good stuff, and chain pet store pricing. They have pet grooming as well as a pet washing stand available to the public. A standout establishment in an otherwise unremarkable strip mall next to Kroger on N. Maple.

I adore this Pet shop. It is in mt opinion one of the best and I enjoy their selection of chew toys, the option for doggie bathing and nail trims. The price is reasonable and theynow have a rewards card. 200 points landa a free 10.00 to spend in store.

Nice People, Nice store, Nice products. Didn't have much for reptiles but what they did have for reptiles was really great product. Really good price for substrates compared to other stores in Zanesville.

I love this store, every employee is so friendly and helpful. I use their Grooming salon; Cassandra does such a great job grooming my miniature poodle and Yorkie.

Love this place! The employees are so so friendly and helpful. My pets and I go there on a regular basis. Will be going on a regular basis to wash my dogs at their self wash facilities. It is awesome!

Nice pet store. They also have a place to wash your dog, providing shampoo and towels. They even clean up after you. They also have a groomer there.
