Went into the store to get groceries and was 4 dollars short on my card so it was denied, but Kroger took 98.06 off off it and it didn't show up on register, my bank shows where they took it and I have talked to customer service, manager at store 3 times and kcrc (who handles transaction complaints) 3 times and no body has helped or tried to fix the situation. I offered to email back statements and was told no that there was nothing they could do, so out the money and won't be going back there!! So sad there isn't actual customer service any more!!

Rude employees today, ignoring customers. Price on sliced cheese was outrageous! Shopping carts were a mess, stuck together with only a few inside.

Ive been a loyal customer to Kroger for 40 plus years. Its the only place I would buy my meat. Lately I've been having trouble with dates on my meat. It's goes bad before the date on package. I bought a huge pack of hotdogs that expired the day I bought it put in freezer till I could return it. Due to schedule and health reasons, I couldn't get there right away not realizing there is a 30 day return policy. I tried to return and they refused because it was over 30 days. Most places allow 90. I had almost $70 worth of bad meat that they sold me that was dated wrong. Manager refused to work with me. They have lost a very loyal customer.

I'm an Instacart shopper & say this Kroger is AMAZING! Micah & people in Bakery are always so helpful. I love Bob, Carr, and Don in Produce & Mel, Drew & Don in Meats! They always go above and beyond! Kim & the helpful people in Deli are great too! The sweet gal in the special cheese is always there to answer all my questions.. Terry Barker, Zane, Owen, Cameron, Alicia, Teresa, Bonnie, Mimi, and all the cashiers are awesome! And Lydia makes the best Sushi, fresh everyday!

This store can't keep items in stock consistently unless you get there at 12 noon. Your paying there jacked up prices then you have to check yourself out. Prices have doubled on everything and at the end of the day if they don't sell the chicken they throw it out.

I'm so tired of people not putting the proper tickets and labels with the proper foods I went in to buy some apple turnovers and somebody put all the Cherry turnovers in place instead without changing labels. Also charging $15 for a phone cord that you can get at five below for five bucks, t.v. dinners are all 4$ & up and smaller portions,you people are getting outrageously gross with your prices.

Kroger pick-up only has one employee working and I waited for 20-30 minutes. It was not his fault, just very inefficient and frustrating when you walk in and see many employees just standing there.

Prices are out of control and only pick up specials and woo hoo isle items. All store prices are out of control and a lot of folks are really hurting. Come on America let's help one another during the hard times. Recession is just around the corner which is a shame!! Our men and women fight for our country for us to go belly up on cost of living????

Products that are expired seem to be overlooked. I check every single item now before I buy it. I have had 3 experiences where I get home to realize I’ve boughten expired goods. Not only is this a safety concern for my family and myself, but it is also an inconvenience as a consumer.

Quwona the cashier is very rude!! Most of them smile, are very courteous, and assist in bagging your groceries, before moving on to the next customer. Quwona however, slaps ur receipt down, immediately begins checking out the next customer, nearly gets your items mixed together, and then rudely commands you to get out of the way of the credit card machine, before your groceries are even bagged!!! Someone teach these people how to behave in a customer service position ffs!!! 😒

Kroger and Aldi are the only 2 places in town with high quality produce. I also appreciate their ethnic foods, but they could definitely expand in that direction.

The prices just keep going up I think they go up $0.10 from the time you enter the store to the time you leave every time. And the computers don't seem to be able to keep up with it,almost every time, here lately, I find that what I paid for an item, sometimes is a little more than what it was advertised at.

Always love the fresh produce isle. The only place in North Zanesville I can find shallots for my mushroom soup. I only wish the deli would stay open past 9.

Asked for assistance from clerk and she stopped to direct me to the appropriate lane.Did not have to wait in line to check out..plenty of open lanes. Friendly helpful staff. Clean store. Easy to locate items. Nice flow to walk thru the store.

Sparkling ice on endcap on sale 9.99 It rang up 10.99 at self checkout. Had to go to service desk. I had to apologize for inconveniencing them. Nabisco vanilla wafers 5.99. This place is highway robbery. But I'll always like Krogers. Just not this one.

Busy ! Great buy's, but have to jump through hoops to get best deals. Only wish they would limit qualities that you have to buy to two or three. Making you buy five to get the best price is a bit much. My opinion.

I ordered a 2 piece with 2 sides chicken dinner for lunch. It was delicious. I would most definitely recommend this dinner. Also, The deli was very clean too.

Great Kroger Store!Clean, friendly staff, and well managed.Operates smoothly, front end is efficient, and easy to navigate. Parking lot, even if a bit small, is nice, as it's back off the main stretch and easy to get in and out while converging onto Maple Avenue.Easily one of the best locations in the entire city to get your groceries. We often would drive from South Zanesville to specifically shop at this location, while, bypassing many other options for groceries.

This is my favorite grocery store in town. Hat's off to Mel in the meat dept. who was the only person working that day and was SWAMPED... but still maintained a very friendly attitude! :)
