Staff has very little knowledge and is not friendly at all. To the point of making you feel inferior and uneducated if you have a problem with a mod. Had a screenshot copy of my receipt from three weeks prior and would not exchange or discount a new one when it crapped in 3 weeks. If you can't be honerable and respectful you will no longer have my business!

I drive over 40 minutes just to come to this place. All the employees I’ve been in contact with are absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable about the products and VERY helpful. I’ve been going to them for over a year and they will always get my business.

I went to purchase vape juice here a few days ago, I normally use a 6 nic freebase juice, which at any other shop is regularly stocked. The employee told me they only stock 0 nic and add the nic themselves to "keep it cheap" in his words. I was sketched out by this but went with it because I needed juice. The next day after using said juice I became very sick and suffered from "nic sickness" for 2 days. I will never return to this shop and wouldn't recommend anyone visit them in the future.

Always excellent service. If your only in need for some new Juice or Coils , to if you are getting a brand new set up , this is a good place to start. Always have discounted rates and is very reliable.

I buy $100 worth of juice at a time because I live 60 miles away from the closest location. Last weekend I came to this location on maysville pike. And purchased 6-60ml bottles of juice. Once I got home I realized the guy who mixed it put way too much nicotine in, somewhere between 10-15 mg. I vape a 3mg. So I called down and spoke with Caleb about my issue. He told me to come back down and he would get me fixed up. So I did. After Caleb and I spent an hour diluting the bad batch the manager showed up. And basically I spent 5 hours traveling back and forth to get this issue fixed. They blended the bad batch back to a comparable mg, which still wasn't right. And the manager gave me a single 15ml bottle to compensate my time and energy to fix this problem. What a joke!!! I wasted two coils trying to vape the bad batch, spent 5 hours of my time, which is the only thing I have of value. And $30 in gas going back and forth to fix their problem. And he compensates me a $15 bottle of juice. What a joke this manger is, I'll gladly take my $1500+ dollar a year business to another location. Because clearly my business isnt worth anything to him. Don't go to this store if you don't want screwed around by their managers!!!!

Opened my vape juice after I bought it without asking and then took it in the back to put the nic pack in where I couldn't see it. Super sketchy. Pretty sure it also violates FDA guidelines.
