Trash cans outside entrance doors were over flowing, bathroom trash can full as well, was out of toilet paper, debris all over the floor. Definitely in need of a cleaning. Inside the store clothing, etc. was very disorganized and scattered about. In the future I will either travel the extra distance to another Gabe’s or take my business to a place that can provide basic cleanliness.

Negative 5 stars. It Straight Up Sucks. I waited for staff to unlock a dressing room door for about 30 min and still no one came to help. I pushed the assistance button repeatedly, hoping to at that point annoy an employee into actually doing their job. Surprise, surprise, no one came. The employees suck and the way it is managed, I'm not surprised. I normally avoid Zanesville like it's the plague, and this store just reminds me why. Hopefully by the next time I'm forced to come to this store, the employees brains have developed enough to be able to do the jobs they get paid to do.

If you want a good deal on name brands, this is the place to go. That employees are hit or miss, for the most part. They're pleasant. The store could use a little makeover but that's just aesthetics, you do get really good deals and that's all that matters.

There's a clothing store that gives u your money's worth . Carhart pants 2 for 35 . Nike socks 16 pair 12.99 sketchers slip ons 34.99 not 79.98. Locker room. Big guys hoodies 11.99. Candle sale 2 cake candles 6 dollars . Only fall back is the lines but it's the holidays and the whole staff were very friendly and on point.

You can find some good deals, just need time to be able to go through clothes if that is what you are looking for because it's a little disorganized. A lot of home goods, area rugs, wall art, decorative items, bath, bed, pet items, purses, luggage, shoes, jewelry, gifts. Just need time to look around.

Love the selection of items they carry. The clearance section always has something good in it. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the attitude from some of the employees. They don't care about helping the shoppers, just there to make money.

Great prices and clean store. There were quite a few other customers that ended up keeping it to 4 stars as the wait at the checkout was well over 20m was only 3 registers in operation

I bought my neighbors daughter a couple of pairs of sandals. It was hard looking through the mess and they had only one person at the register. Spent a good deal of time here and they wouldn't let her keep her own layaway box because they reuse them. She asked politely for it but they said no.

Employees are rude. I was verbally abused by another shopper. She accused me of following her around. I was shopping! It's a store! She obviously had some mental issues and looked homeless. Brought it to the employee's attention and then was verbally assaulted by the employee as well. Needless to say I left my cart which was well over $100 worth of merchandise and walked out. This store will never get my $ again. Beware! Super ghetto! Employees are awful!

Absolutely LOVE this place!! The layaway option is wonderful except each time I have started a new one the employees seem to behave as though it’s an absolutely awful thing to have to do. I mean I know it’s probably not the funniest thing to have to do but it is something that is offered by the company.

No organization to the clothing inventory. The style of pants I was looking for was on several racks throughout the men's department. It took a while to find the size I needed and after checking several racks. And who puts the clothing department at one side of the store and the fitting room on the other side of the store? Waiting to checkout with several people in line and only one clerk to check us out was upsetting several of the customers. They need to speed up the checkout process.

The prices in here are absolutely amazing. The employees are friendly and professional also very helpful. The store was clean as clean as it could be due to lack of employees just like everyone else. I give the two girls working the registers a lot of respect and credit for holding the fort down. I would return for sure.
